• Nicoletta (4/5): Negativo - Non consiglio per nulla Non appena siamo arrivati non c’era alcun posto in cui c’era la sigla dell appartamento, abbiamo iniziato a chiamare il proprietario per almeno 20 minuti, ma nessuno rispondeva. Poi ha finalmente risposto e ha cercato di darci segnalazioni del posto. Siamo arrivati al limite, ad un certo punto ho detto forse è meglio che chiamiamo l assistenza Booking, poco dopo siamo riusciti ad entrare nell appartamento tramite un codice dato da lui. Entrando,non c’era acqua calda e nessun wi fi compreso. C’era una piccola stufa da bagno. Inoltre era tutto poco pulito. Non andate in questa struttura.
• Perrine (1/5): - Je ne recommande pas du tout ce logement : ce dernier est sale (mégots de cigarette et chaussettes oubliées sous le lit, mouchoirs sales derrière le canapé), sans chauffage (en période hivernale) ni eau chaude. Malgré des appels + SMS au propriétaire, aucune réaction de sa part.
• Ashleigh (1/5): Absolutely horrendous! Extremely unsafe for a solo female traveller - refused to give the address before meeting and has - I didn’t like anything about the property. It was dirty, unsafe, WiFi didn’t work, bed was uncomfortable and no hot water:

• Natasha (3/5): Not coming back unfortunately - Locatie was goed. Grote van appartement. WiFi password was wrong on the instructions. Last day no internet. Bed is hard and not comfortable at all. Metal bed as well. No atmosphere. Very cold and white walls. Not a cozy place to stay. Dirty washroom, floor and dusty overall. Lights where to bright as if you are in a hospital. There is no sign outside the building with name of the appartment or house nr. It's a big place and with great potential to make something great out of it. I hope they at least give it a deep cleaning and put a good bed in it and a sign to recognize from outside that its your appartment.
• Tomas (2/5): Toto ubytovanie určite nikomu NEODPORÚČAM! Pozrite si popis a fotky. - Jediné, čo sa mi páčilo bola lokalita. 10-15 minút pešo od Tower Bridge. V okolí viacero reštaurácií. Napriek tomu by som toto ubytovanie nikomu neodporúčal. Neskutočný neporiadok. Apartmán nebol čistený niekoľko mesiacov. V prílohe posielam zopár fotiek. WC vyzeralo horšie ako na letisku po návšteve 100 ľudí. Špinavé bolo všetko od zrkadiel, umývadiel, WC až po fľaky na gauči. Nerozumiem ako môže niekto bez hanby zobrať peniaze za prenájom takéhoto apartmánu. Dokonca stena v spálni vedľa postele bola plesnivá! Kontaktoval som ubytovateľa, ten mi ponúkol, že tam pošle upratovačku. S tým som nesúhlasil, keďže som mal v apartmáne svoje osobné veci a mal som sa vrátiť až v neskorých večerných hodinách. Niektoré elektrické zásuvky neboli poriadne primontované k stene, bál som sa tam zapojiť nabíjačku na telefón. Odhlučnenie bola katastrofa. V spálni je na stene, ktorá susedí s ulicou, umiestnený vetrací otvor. Vzdialenosť od chodníka bola asi 1 meter, takže v spálni bolo počuť z ulice úplne všetko. Apartmán sa nachádzal v pivnici bytového domu, prístup bol priamo od chodníka po schodoch. Pri vchodových dverách bola špina a smrad od moču. Jedálenské stoličky boli tak labilné, že som sa na nich bál sedieť, aby nedošlo k úrazu. Komunikácia s ubytovateľom takisto hrozná. Na správy na bookingu vôbec neodpovedal, snažil som sa ho kontaktovať na 4 telefónnych číslach (uvedené v automatickej správe na bookingu po rezervácii), nakoniec mi odpísal, že ho mám kontaktovať na inom čísle. Hodinu pred check-inom som nevedel ani presnú adresu apartmánu, ani detaily self check-inu. Toto ubytovanie určite nikomu NEODPORÚČAM!

• Kornelia (3/5): Didn't meet my expectations - Location DIRTY FLAT, I was wondering when was the last time when someone cleaned it. Also a few days before I asked host about something in the app and didn't receive a message so I was scared that after checking in, I will be scammed. He text us back at the same day when I text him again. Also bed and sofa was like sleeping on the floor.

• Riccardo (8/5): Nice place. - Near whitechapel subway (<10min). Tesco 5 min by foot. Queen bedroom and two-seater sofa bed. Many nice and cheap restaurants near the apartment. Toilet clogged when we arrived in the evening. Host solved in 15 minutes. Same issue after few days still in the late evening. Host solved after 15 minutes. Host did not provide the full address. He asked to call him and them he came to take us to the apartment. Quite strange but it was ok.

• Nina (9/5): Super good for the price. - The host was super nice and very quick on responding to questions. The apartment is really spacious. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Amendities are good. Check-in, check-out were all very easy. The location is not ideal. But that's our problem. Didn't research London well enough ahead of time. LOL The subway station is 12 mins walk away. Feels a little jumpy walking from that to the apartment. But there is a bus station just 2 mins walk away. So we figured out how to switch from subway to a bus that can land us there. That was good enough. The wash machine was probably rarely used. It needs some cleaning inside the folds. We happened to need to use it. So I cleaned it as best as I could. Everything else in the apartment was very clean.
