• Aviatorspring (1/5): Se ti vuoi asciugare con le Pezze. - In realtà ad essere sincera adesso capisco perché costasse così poco. Nulla, per contattare l'host, non so quante volte abbiamo mandato messaggi e chiamate per riuscire ad avere accesso per la nostra stanza. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per 2, ma abbiamo trovato un solo asciugamano, avevo scritto che ce ne serviva almeno un altro pulito. Hanno risposto che l'avrebbero portato. Ma noi non abbiamo visto nessuno. Il. Bagno è privato, si. Ma ha una porta a soffietto rotta, una finestra senza tenda davanti ad una palazzina, la tavolozza del bagno che si muoveva, la porta della doccia rotta e piena di calcare. Il muro con la muffa in camera, e non c'è il condizionatore in camera. Nemmeno uan sedia con un tavolino, e sul muro in camera c'era pure la muffa. Per la posizione raggiungevi in 10-15 min la metro ma è distante da tutte le attrazioni. Non la consiglio come struttura.
• JUAN PABLO (5/5): - The building itself is very old, but the accommodation unit has been renovated. It includes a kitchen area with a refrigerator, kettle, and oven. We stayed in a very old residential complex. The electronic entrance door was extremely heavy and made a very loud noise when it closed automatically. On our first day, we were unaware of this and not yet used to it, so the first few times we couldn’t catch the door in time — the noise even startled us. The next morning, we were scolded by a resident in the building because of it. We also smoke. Since we couldn’t find a designated smoking area, we went outside to the open courtyard area. There were already cigarette butts on the ground, so we didn’t realize it would be a problem. However, another elderly resident angrily told us that smoking was not allowed even in the outdoor open space. We came here for a vacation and did not want any conflict, so we could only apologize despite feeling confused about the situation. I would suggest that the host inform future guests about these rules before their stay. The room with one bed felt a bit cramped, and the cleanliness was acceptable. We are not noisy guests, but we ended up spending several days being extremely careful and walking on eggshells… especially because of that door.

• Lucyna (3/5): Worst experience to date - The small kitchen is quite useful - there are plates, utensils, a kettle, and a microwave for shared use. We were also quite happy with the location. I recommend to stay away from this property, especially the Deluxe Twin Room. The "private" bathroom isn't so private, considering it doesn't have a door - one of the beds has an exclusive, unobstructed view of the toilet. The shower was also broken, so we ended up having to use the shared bathroom in the hallway, anyway. The host refused to cooperate, saying they were unable to send anyone to fix the shower during our stay. They were entirely unconcerned with the fact we had paid extra for an amenity we couldn't use and aside from apologising for the inconvenience, didn't offer a way to compensate for it. Lastly, we weren't provided any towels. The host claimed they were "awaiting towel delivery" - except said delivery never came during our entire stay. Booking granted us a partial refund, saying they were "unable to reach an agreement with the property host" as well. Don't let the attractive rate fool you like it did us - it's not worth it.
• NA (1/5): Mauvais séjour - Arrivée la nuit avec un enfant, c'est difficile de trouver déjà l'auberge, aucune pancarte, rien n'est affiché sur l'immeuble pour ne pas confondre avec les autres. La nuit, bruit des aller retour, des claquements tout au long de la nuit impossible de fermer les yeux, sans oublier, aucun dispositif ni savon, ni rien dans la salle de bain, et l'odeur laisse a désirer. • ALINE (7/5): Foi tranquila, com boa acomodação para descansar. Localização de fácil acesso a autocarro e metrô. - Dentro do apartamento é bem tranquilo, arrumado, limpo e cheiroso. Organizado. A entrada do prédio é esquisita, aparência de abandonado.
• Maria (1/5): Horror de habitación - Absolutamente nada Por dónde empezar… Cuando llegamos tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos en la puerta hasta que nos respondieron por wassap y nos dieron las claves para acceder. Al entrar en la habitación estaba sucia, sábanas si. Cambiar, una toalla utilizada encima de un mueble, una mochila tirada en el suelo, una esponja y un jabón usados encima del lavabo. Cuando le pasé fotos de todo al responsable lo único que me dijo: que en la cocina habían sábanas y toallas limpias. Tuve que coger yo todo. Además la ducha estaba rota, durante 3 días me dijeron que iban arreglarla, al 3 día dejaron de responder. La habitación está mal ubicada, da miedo la zona y las cuestas hasta llegar, muy poco accesible. Tampoco hay aire acondicionado y da mucho calor. El baño da a la cocina compartida y como no se puede ventilar, todas las paredes están llenas de moho. Sencillamente todo muy asqueroso. Pusimos una reclamación y solo devolvieron 17€
• Antônio (8/5): CONSTRANGEDOR, ALÉM DE PAGAR CARO TEM QUE PASSAR POR ISSO. - O anfitrião é inconveniente e o atendimento deixa muito a desejar, anda de cueca pelos corredores, gritando para que os hóspedes tenham cuidado com a porta, embora não exista qualquer aviso ou orientação clara sobre isso no local. Além disso, o processo de entrada é bastante ruim: não explicam adequadamente como acessar o hostel e somente após a chegada enviam um vídeo no YouTube com instruções. Imagine chegar cansado depois de uma viagem e ainda precisar lidar com esse tipo de situação. Eu estava acompanhado da minha companheira e, felizmente, ela não presenciou a cena, o que teria sido bastante constrangedor. Essa experiência gerou desconforto e passou uma impressão de pouca organização e falta de profissionalismo.

As cobertas estavam com um cheiro parecendo que estavam usadas, não conseguimos usar, mas as toalhas estavam limpas. o prédio tem um cheiro horrível de cigarro do lado de fora, do lado de fora não parece acomodação, ao entrar no prédio que parece abandonado nos deparamos com uma porta com senha e atrás dessa porta são os quartos e é tudo limpo e organizado, mas falta um fogão. Mas para estadias curtas é um bom custo benefício.

• Ewelina (10/5): - What I liked the most was the contact with the hotel staff, they were very helpful, polite, and always ready to assist. A big advantage was also the possibility to leave luggage for a few hours after check-out without any issues, which made the day much easier to organize. Overall, I rate my stay very positively.
• Claudia (1/5): La ubicación no lo es todo... - Buena ubicación cerca del metro La limpieza era inexistente: sábanas llenas de pelo ( en una de las camas ni había bajera), la ducha llena de pegotes, el suelo más de lo mismo, las lámparas llenas de polvo y telarañas. No nos dieron toallas como ponía y tras hablarle por mensaje al hospedador no recibidos respuesta. Solo nos contesto para decir que valorásemos la estancia... Es imposible dormir, puesto que se oye todo y la puerta es bastante fina, ni siquiera llegaba al suelo por lo que entraba luz. La situación era buena, pero para llegar hay que entrar en una especia de patio que da sensación de no ser seguro, fuera aparte de ello, el mensaje para encontrar la puerta fue bastante lioso y tampoco recibimos ayuda. Durante los 3 dias de estancia, no aparecio ningúna persona para poder preguntarle y mucho menos una limpiadora... La habitación se decoro con gusto en su momento (como sale en las fotos), pero no se ha mantenido asi... la realidad da miedo!

Fácil acesso ao metrô. processo de checkin e entrada confuso, o que no primeiro momento gera um pouco de desconfiança/tensão, inclusive devido ao fato de que o local não é sinalizado, apenas com o número do condomínio. Faltaram toalhas de banho durante 2 dias da acomodação.

Infestação de formigas que surgiu durante a noite. Ouve-me muito o baralho do piso superior e do exterior. Água quente é, aparentemente, limitada. Ou seja, a água baixou de temperatura durante o banho.

No tuve una buena experiencia. A pesar de haber llegado dentro del horario de check-in, no recibí la información para ingresar a la habitación, sino que tuve que pedirla por escrito. El anfitrión no respondió mis llamadas. La mujer que estaba haciendo la limpieza salió y quise hablar con ella, pero no entendió ni me respondió (al parecer, no hablaba ni portugués ni español ni inglés). En la habitación había un tenedor, una botella y jabón usados por el huésped anterior. En la cocina había bolsas de ropa de cama y toallas sucias. Al ver eso, llamé a atención al cliente y cancelé la estadía.

• Bram Smith (9/5): Excellent, clean stay with all the thoughtful details! - I was initially a bit worried about the check-in process, but the host responded very quickly through Booking.com with all the necessary details. Most importantly, the place was very clean. It has all the essentials that other guesthouses often miss. The hot water works perfectly, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the bathroom mirror light, a heater, a fan, and a dedicated reading light by the bed. Having light switches and power outlets right next to the bed made it very comfortable. The room also included a large mirror and a wooden block that works great as extra seating. They even provided a clothing rack and a glass for water. The only thing that would make it absolutely perfect is if they provided a little coffee for the coffee maker in the kitchen! Overall, it’s a simple, clean, and very well-thought-out space. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Lisbon!

The hot water ran out pretty fast, for the second person showering there was barely warm water left. And the sink was clogged..

Letti tutto sommato comodi, il Bagno in comune era pulito, presente la cucina in comune. Vicinanza alla metro e ai mezzi pubblici. Presente l'asciugacapelli in camera e un appendiabiti. La stanza era fredda, non presente il riscaldamento. Solo una piccola stufetta insufficiente per riscaldare due persone. Le lenzuola erano leggermente macchiate, forse perché vecchie. Potrebbero essere sostituite. Leggera sporcizia nella camera, lungo le pareti e sugli infissi. La zona cucina anche questa sporca. La porta di ingresso in comune con le camere rimaneva spesso aperta, quindi era poco sicuro ed entrava il freddo.

• Marie (5/5): Il faut être très intime - La situation géographique un peu retirée du centre était chouette. J'aurais préféré payé 5€ en plus pour avoir une tenture. Il n'y avait qu'un seul essuie pour deux personnes. La literie blanche, c'est joli quand on sait la garder blanche. Une tenture entre la salle de bain et la chambre aurait été grandement appréciable. Des prises de courant ne fonctionnent pas. Une poubelle manquait dans la chambre. Une ampoule est à changer. Il y a des fourmis. Un porte manteau ou des cintres pour pouvoir utiliser la penderie. Une chaise. Pas d'eau chaude le soir (vers 19h). La planche du WC mériterait un peu d'huile. Les autres locataires vivent la nuit apparement.

• Rayan (1/5): Un cauchemar - L’emplacement près du métro. Ce séjour a été une véritable déception. Dès la première nuit, nous avons découvert la présence de punaises de lit dans la chambre, ce qui a totalement gâché notre confort et notre tranquillité. Il est inacceptable de devoir dormir dans de telles conditions. À cela s’ajoute une information trompeuse : les parties communes étaient en réalité partagées avec d’autres voyageurs, ce qui n’était absolument pas mentionné dans l’annonce. Le “balcon”, qui devait être un plus, était inutilisable à cause d’une fuite d’eau permanente. Dans la salle de bain, la découverte d’un cafard a été la goutte de trop : un vrai choc, révélateur d’un manque flagrant d’hygiène. Le bruit incessant des voisins empêchait tout repos, et la porte de la douche, ridiculement étroite, compliquait chaque entrée ou sortie. Cette expérience ne reflète en rien ce que nous étions en droit d’attendre d’un hébergement proposé sur Booking, et nous repartons avec une grande frustration.

Solamente que no hay utensilios en la cocina y solo un microondas, pero lo demás muy muy bien. Gracias, hasta pronto. • Stéfane (8/5): - Fiquei hospedada por 8 dias e tive uma experiência muito positiva. O quarto é novo, limpo, confortável e bem cuidado. Apesar do exterior do prédio ser antigo, o interior surpreende pela qualidade. Tudo estava organizado, com lençóis e toalhas limpos. A localização é excelente, próxima às estações de metrô Arroios e Anjos, além de supermercados, farmácias e comércio variado. Facilitou muito os deslocamentos pela cidade. I stayed for 8 days and had a very positive experience overall. The room is new, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Although the exterior of the building is old, the interior is surprisingly modern and high quality. Everything was tidy, with clean sheets and towels. The location is excellent, close to the Arroios and Anjos metro stations, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, and many local shops. It made getting around the city very easy. O único ponto de atenção é a comunicação no check-in. Cheguei um pouco antes das 14h e não tinha recebido instruções prévias, nem resposta imediata pelo WhatsApp, o que gerou insegurança. Só depois de enviar mensagem pelo Booking recebi retorno. Vi outros hóspedes passando pela mesma situação. Seria ideal enviar as informações de acesso com antecedência para evitar esse desconforto. Fora isso, a hospedagem valeu muito a pena. The only point of attention is the check-in communication. I arrived slightly before 2 p.m. and had not received any instructions beforehand, nor any immediate response on WhatsApp, which made me feel unsure. Only after messaging through Booking did I receive the information. I noticed other guests facing the same issue. It would be ideal if the host sent the access instructions in advance to avoid this inconvenience. Aside from that, the stay was definitely worth it.
• Kelsey (4/5): We won’t stay here again - The beds and pillows were comfortable There was no name on the outside of light, so when trying to find it, they said a green door but the neighbors had a green door so we tried the keypad to get in and they shouted at us saying it’s not an Airbnb so we felt bad. Our room door handle was broken and kept falling off, there weren’t any towels or a hairdryer , no coffee for the coffee machine . The room smelled like sweat or feet when we arrived and the duvet looked very dirty. I just think it’s not worth it for the price they ask nightly

• Joana (8/5): Aconchegante - Era bem limpo, a cama era confortável, no centro de Lisboa, mesmo ao lado do metro Foi relativamente difícil encontrar o alojamento e principalmente entrar em contacto com a gerência do mesmo, pois não me tinham enviado as informações e códigos de como entrar, além disso a maçaneta do quarto em que fiquei estava partida.
• Prior Adhikary (1/5): Disastrous & Filthy Stay in Lisbon – Worst Booking.com Experience in 13 years - Nothing as this is one of my worst nightmare. I've been booking accommodations through Booking.com for 13 years while traveling extensively, and this stay in Lisbon was by far the worst experience. The room was unprepared and filthy upon arrival, covered in hairs everywhere, with an unclean toilet that smelled like a gutter. The doors (including the bathroom one) were poorly structured and wouldn't close properly, making it impossible to use the facilities comfortably. There was no guidance from the owner at check-in, and despite multiple complaints about the issues, they never responded or showed any concern. To top it off, weird terrifying noises in the corridor kept us up all night. Extremely disappointing and unhygienic—avoid this place!
• VASILIS (1/5): Με διαφορά η χειρότερη από όλα τα ταξίδια μου - Τίποτα Μου έστειλε τους κωδικούς πολλές ώρες αργότερα από το chek in και αναγκάστηκα να κλείσω άλλο ξενοδοχείο αλλά γενικά μύριζε υπερβολικά άσχημα όλο το κτίριο ,είναι με διαφορά το χειρότερο
