Guest Reviews
- Barbara (8/5): Art-filled home in great location - Perfect location, fun art, very clean, and comfortable. Gorgeous tree in backyard. One bed did sink in the middle a little but was still comfortable.
- Zorina (4/5): This place was disappointing and I unfortunately would not recommend staying here. - The vibe they were trying to create was great. Selling local art to promote local artists is a fantastic idea. The property was not as featured. Upon arrival, the gate is broken. Not a big deal but it doesn’t help with the charm of the house.
The house itself was roomy but none of the doors closed completely. The master bedroom felt damp and when we tried to use the mini split, it made a loud noise that was not feasible to sleep in. The master bed looked very old and the topper was pretty dingy. The bed in the other room was no different. Even though the house appeared clean, the cleanliness felt only superficial. The walls are very thin and from the living room, I can hear my daughter shift in her bed. And at 2 am we heard neighbors talking.
The backyard also looked unkept which is very different from how the pics were portrayed. We booked for two nights and unfortunately only stayed for one night. We asked for a refund for the night we did not use but they said it was against their policy. Communication was ok the day before arrival, but I had sent a few messages via booking a few days prior and did not receive an answer therefore prompting me to call the property.
- Bas (6/5): Prima verblijf, iets meer servies en bestek zou wenselijk zijn, plus een iets grotere eettafel. - Bedden waren erg goed Weinig bestek en servies
- Samantha (10/5): The Art House is located in a quiet community, easy commute to everywhere we needed to go. Very cozy and we truly felt l - The property was super cute and gave you a home away from home feel.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Location, amenities.
- Christine (9/5): Really enjoyed everything about our stay at the - So much to like -- the house is extremely comfortable with a well-equipped/modern kitchen and we all loved the artwork throughout the house... neighborhood is quiet, but friendly and very easy walk or drive to restaurants, cafes, groceries. It was a perfect location and set-up for our long weekend visit for a wedding in nearby Clarksburg (and time to explore Sacramento before and after wedding activities).
- John (8/5): Enjoyable and relaxing stay. - Very comfortable. Lot of character. Location was a little sketchy.
- Steven (10/5): Nice place and communication with ownership was perfect. - Very quiet. N/A
