• István Debrecen (6/5): A szállásadónak felhasználóbarátabbnak kellene lennie - A környék remek, a szállás elfogadható, a környékbeli szállások közül közepes árú apartmannak számít! The address was not clearly indicated among the accommodation details! No one answered the phone number provided, and communication was only possible via WhatsApp, which was slow. Our large car did not fit in the garage, and the WhatsApp representative was unable to provide alternative parking options. A €300 deposit was requested before using the apartment, which is unreasonable given the apartment's amenities, and we don't know when we will get it back. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the apartment. The door lock was unusual and we couldn't open it once, and there was no phone number for the administrator. With such an apartment price and a large deposit, it would be reasonable to expect the agent to be available by phone. Nem volt jól meghatározva a cím a szállás elérhetőségei között! A megjelölt telefonszámon nem volt felhívható ügyintéző, csak whatsappon lehetett kommunikálni, ami lassú volt. Nagyméretű autónk nem fért a garázsba és nem tudott parkolási alternatívát adni a whatsappos ügyintéző. 300 € kauciót kértek az apartman igénybevétele előtt, ami az apartman felszereltsége alapján indokolatlan, nem tudni mikor kapjuk vissza. Az apartmanban nem volt mikrosütő és kávéfőző sem. Az ingatlan ajtózára nem szokványos és egyszer nem tudtuk kinyitni és akkor sem volt telefonos elérhetősége az ügyintézőnek. Egy ilyen apartmanár és nagyösszegű kaució mellett elvárható lenne, hogy legyen telefonon elérhető ügyintéző.

• András (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is on the second floor, clean, fit to the pictures, has air conditioner. It is very ideally located in the center, at the end of the pedestrian street, a few minutes' walk from the beach. It took a little longer to find it, because the GPS gets messed up. Unfortunately, for using WI-FI we would have needed the owner, but he was in abroad, so we didn't have WI-FI. The beach is very spacious and the water is crystal clear. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is that it has a garage, which is a huge advantage if we take notice of the local parking possibilities. So it’s a very good accommodation for the price.
