• Kinomone (9/5): Tolle Aussicht und top Lage - Top Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Gastgeber mit allen nötigen Infos vorab und guten Empfehlungen für die Umgebung wie Restaurants und Boot-Verleih. Die Unterkunft selber hat eine grandiose Aussicht auf den Comer See. Sie ist an manchen Stellen zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Parken war kein Problem, auch für unsere Räder war genügend Platz. Die Lage ist vor allem durch den kurzen Fußweg/Abkürzung zur Hauptstraße perfekt - man ist sehr schnell bei der Fähre. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Kleinigkeiten: Hand-Seife und Spülmaschinen-Tabs gab es keine, dafür aber gab es Kaffee und Gewürze. Ansonsten war eigentlich an alles gedacht.

• Adam (9/5): Perfect location close to the ferry, restaurants and grocery shop with amazing views and great host. - Great location, amazing views, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Everything that we needed was provided for us. Matteo was a great and responsive host. He made check in very easy and was consistently available for any questions that we had. We will stay here again when we go back. We had a couple of maintenance issues but Matteo was able to resolve them quickly.

• Ranya (8/5): Great location and views of the lake! - Sauna and the hot tub. Great location for the ferry too. Matteo was extremely helpful and recommended places to visit and eat! Not an issue with the property itself, but the steep walk from the ferry got tough as the days went on. We had a car so it wasn’t too bad, we still went out every day walking. We just had to take our time and take flat comfy shoes.

• Ulrik (5/5): Reasonable stay, but we will not return. Price vs value does not match. - Friendly staff. Nicely situated in Tremezzo. The facility is in general very poorly maintained (significant signs of wear and tair, no lights, broken shower with no pressure etc). The appartment was very poorly cleaned (and we had dirty towals) and it has no air condition. Turist tax is also significantly higher than other places in Italy (90 euros for a family of 4 for one week)

Matteo was super helpful and quickly resolved any issues. The bed was super squeaky and the flooring by the hot tub was unsafe, needs fixing

The villa was equipped with absolutely everything you need, access can be done by car, but also by stairs and you can reach the port quite quickly! The owner helped us a lot with recommendations and information that were very helpful, the communication and interaction with him was extremely good! It was an unforgettable vacation, thanks to the owner who facilitated our stay!

• Avni (6/5): Nice place, decent location, not for families! - Great location, 5 minutes down to the ferry port but up a very steep hill which was difficult with children and impossible with a pushchair. The apartments were very clean and spacious. The beds were uncomfortable with a knackered sunken in mattress. I know it’s not just this apartment but its very annoying when hosts leave 1.5 toilet rolls for 6 people for 6 days. Especially when there are no shops to buy from ever open. It was very very noisy people having parties, doing loud karaoke and screaming which went on till 5am we let the host know but he never responded. Also an extra charge of about 80 euro when we checked in despite it showing on this site that there will be no extra charges. When mentioned to the host he became hostile and rude saying I’m not going to waste time discussing this with you, and then saying he didn’t have time to show us the path to the ferry. It was his error no extra charges were listing at time of booking, and he demanded money which we were made to pay. Spending a couple of euros on leaving water, sugar and coffee would be a nice touch, absolutely nothing is provided.
