• Ray (4/5): Passable but disappointed. - Interior design is decent. It's very quiet and situated in a very good area with amenities etc nearby. The lounge area/kitchen is a good size, with a good working cooker and washing machine/dryer. Lack of cleanliness. The floors in the living area needed a mop. There was dust on the sofa, on the windowsills and the kitchenware needed a clean. With the sofa being a fair distance away from the TV, the TV itself needed to be much bigger, as it was fairly small. The bedroom is fairly small also.
• John Townsend (8/5): Good spot to stay - This is a good choice of apartment. Modern, centrally located, close to shops, restaurants, etc, and public transport. Good facilities covering all essential needs. Good supply of hot water for showers. Building of character in a generally quiet street. The steep set of narrow stone steps from first to second floor. Not so much a dislike, but something to be aware of, particularly when carrying luggage. Some noise from a nearby entertainment venue to be aware of. Not. a big issue as stopped at 11pm. A non-slip bath mat in the shower would be a welcome safety addition. I have booked through booking.com before.Those using Airbnb may be more familiar with the additional identification requirements needed. I found the booking instructions ambiguous with conflicting instructions. An email with instructions providing how to provide the essential details did not reach me. I was left chasing up with owners at the last minute so as to be able to access the property. Clearer instructions along the following lines would overcome this. 'Next steps. At least 3 days before you arrive, you will receive details of how to verify your identity and card details to act as a damage bond. These requirements must be completed in order to obtain the access arrangements for the property. If for any reason you do not receive this contact xxxx without delay" In my attempts to deal with the issue, I contacted booking.com. Contrary to what is stated, booking.com is not available 24/7. You are left dealing with an AI bot and/or messaging customer services who take days to respond!

• Leeanne (7/5): Reasonable but a bit over priced. - Good location Bed not very comfortable & more details should be provided regarding stair access. Very difficult bringing luggage to room and steep stairs difficult for older people. Could have been a little bit cleaner in areas.

• Diane (9/5): Clean and spacious apartment in quiet Lace Market location. - The quiet but, central location was brilliant and we especially loved the nearby 'Keans Head'. 10 out of 10 for the spacious living room and overall cleanliness. The bathroom ventilation could be better.

The building was quirky and had bags of character. We had a lovely stay here whilst in Notts for a friends wedding and very impressed with the value of the apartment. There was no complimentary shampoo and conditioner and I forgot mine but the error was mine. My feet were quite dirty walking round with no shoes on so perhaps a more regular mop is in order. The bedroom was pretty hot even though it was chilly out so have a window open! The pillows were quite chunky but again all due to preference.

The location was perfect being close enough to the city centre without all the noise. Very clean, comfortable and perfect for my weekend stay in Nottingham. The steps to the apartment were a little tiring but worth it.
• Angela (10/5): Lovely comfortable stay in a well situated apartment - Property was really well situated. It was comfortable and spacious and well decorated. It was stylish and in a lovely quiet area. Maybe a microwave would have helped as limited cooking utensils

• Steve (9/5): Perfect location, perfect getaway - The location and the style Nothing major could’ve done with a microwave the heater below the TV kept making a noise when heating like blocked air and the bathroom just needed a bit more of a clean. Apart from that it was absolutely perfect thank you for everything we would love to stay again

Would definitely go again but would find an alternative car park as although bang next door the prices were extortionate. There’s wasn’t anything we disliked about the property!

• Sharon (8/5): Great location and nice apartment but need to do better with cleaning and facilities. - Great location, good layout in the apartment. Apartment was very hot with only one portable fan. Apartment could be a lot cleaner with frypan, plates and glasses dirty (we had to wash before using). Oven was not clean with trays/shelves in there dirty too. There was no tea towel so we could dry up dishes and washing up was hard too as there was no plug for the sink. Lack of power points close enough to mirrors to dry hair, so I had to purchase an extension cord. Ironing board cover needs to be replaced as it would not stay on when ironing. Noise around the apartment on a couple of occasions went well into the early hours.
• Tom (1/5): Horrible dirty apartment - Netflix Place was dirty, sticky floors, dirty cutlery and glassware bathroom mirror making noise and lighting up and off constantly for 4 days. After speaking to staff who look after the place they are useless abd promised me daily it would be fixed and no one ever came. Strongly avoid this place

• Marc (3/5): If they fixed the bathroom mirror, it would have been fine. - The location was great, parking, pubs and restaurants nearby. The apartment was nice and quiet. There’s a good video on how to find the apartment and get in. There was dust over the floor, the fridge shelves weren’t clean, there was crumbs on the sofa. The mirror in the bathroom was flashing and beeping every 2 seconds, we phoned to get it fixed but nothing got done, We stayed Friday till Tuesday, with the faulty mirror. There was no microwave, but said there was one. The coffee machine leaked. No plug in the kitchen sink.
