• Cara (3/5): - The location was good When we arrived the instructions to get in were wrong so took us ages to get in, then the sofa bed was broken so my 60 father had to sleep on the sofa rang the staff said they would ring me back and never did. Also all things left in the fridge and cupboards and draws.

• Oliver (7/5): Good - The location of the property is excellent, Close to anywhere you need. Communication with Marie was very good, also the video guide where to find the key was very useful on arrival. The apartment itself was clean. The common parts and also the entrance of the apartments need a good clean up. Carpets in corridors need cleaning or changed to new ones.
• Lisa (1/5): Bad - Quiet location It had not been cleaned. Lots of hairs in both beds. Very dirty towel..sticky glasses. Although resolved and cleaners sent. Paid for earlier check-in and didn't benefit.
• Nick (9/5): Super stay in an excellent location. - Brilliant location, well furnished and decorated. Didn’t spend long in the accommodation but what we did was great. Quiet, warm and clean. Brilliant communication throughout. Thanks Not even a grumble, but only negative was the sofa beds hard layer.
• Elizabeth (7/5): Good - Location was perfect for a weekend visit . Everything was in easy distance The entry to the flat had massive amounts of rubbish that was there all weekend and had rotten food in it. You had to stand over it to get to the stairs. We were on the 3rd floor and the lift didn't work because the amount of rubbish in front of it. Behind the beds wasn't clean from a previous visit although the rest of the flat was clean .The smell from all the flats rubbish got worse over the weekend

• Mandi (9/5): Girls weekend - The central location was fantastic right opposite primark and a two minute walk to Matthew Street where the nightlife is amazing, also only a two minute walk from lime Street Station The only downfall that we were in the 3rd floor and the lift was broken which to be fair was our of the landlords hands, it was just a struggle for myself and another of our party we have mobility problems but all in all a fabulous stay and we will defiantly be using them again, when I reported the lift to them they communicated with me straight away. Very professional and very pleasant to deal with, thoroughly recommend
• Edward (8/5): Just what I needed for a quick business stop in the centre of the city. Very comfy bed!! - Great central location, very clear entrance instructions, & plenty of space for a single guest. And a very comfy bed! The lift was unfortunately out of order at the time of my visit, not that the host could do anything about that.

• Cathal (9/5): Great location at a great price! - Stayed here with my two sons for one night while attending a Liverpool football game. Super little apartment right in the centre of Liverpool which was great for using public transport! Lovely decor, lighting, wood panelling etc. Fantastic location. Host was very responsive and even gave a personal what's app number in case of any issues. Nothing really. If I was to be picky, there are a few codes for lock boxes and doors to get into the apartment which took a little longer than expected. However I hadn't followed the detailed instructions given and once I did, I had no issues getting access!.

• Clancey (10/5): Ideal apartment for location. - The location is fantastic, 2 minute walk from the station. Great little apartment very clean and the beds are so comfortable.
• Grace (10/5): Well-equipped apartment located in the city centre. - The apartment is located in the city center, so everywhere is within a stone's throw away (including grocery shops, train station, and coach station). The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The host even brought us a larger sofa bed so that we could stay comfortably. The apartment's floor was a bit dirty at first, but the host was kind enough to sort everything out for us the next morning.
