• Chris (2/5): 1 ⭐️ - I drove two hours to Miami yesterday to stay at this resort if that’s what you wanna call her, and there was no on-site receptionist attendant nobody, they just text me a code to get in said help yourself in fend for yourself, hope you have a great time. So the combination of that I left within an hour because of the service was awful. I couldn’t even get a hold of the resort manager. If you look back with our history with hotels.com spend a lot and a lot of money with you guys and for once I would appreciate a refund on this trip, please. Please get back to me sweetie Manor. I would greatly appreciate it. I hope you have a great day.

• Glenn (2/5): - Not a hotel, old hose, bad neighbourhood, no staff onsite, chickens running around yard, dirty, what is advertised is NOT what it is. Travelled for approaching 50 years globally, the worst experience I've ever had this includes, India, Pakistan, Croatia and many, many third world countries, the absolute worst

• Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible, horrible, horrible - Honestly pretty horrible. I’ve stayed in many places but this is by far the worst. Based off of the pictures, you would think that’s what you were getting but the host switched the location of stay right after I had booked and didn’t even send pictures of the different location when I had asked and just said it looks the same as the pictures of the posted location. As soon as we walked into our room, there was a cockroach flipped on its back still moving. Another cockroach (dead this time) under our bed. What should be the living room, which had no furniture or tables, had just a bucket and some stuff that looked like was used for construction. Only one bathroom for all guests to use which had a pretty dirty shower and sink. Very communal. Bathroom door also doesn’t close unless you lift the door up and push it in. The bed was insanely uncomfortable as well. I guess now I know

• jonathan (2/5): - We were notified <24 hours that we would be staying at a different location. We were informed that the previously booked property had been sold!! We approached the new address to find there was active home renovation: a crew of 3-4 men painting, the floors were very dusty, two of the five rooms didn't have beds in them (mattresses stacked in the hallway), the toilet didn't have a seat. Avoid this property manager. One star is too many.
• Ruth (2/5): - I would not recommend this place. They did not let me in because I had a noninvasive procedure while they did not even put that on their policies. And the owner was very rude and careless. Do not book with them
• Verified traveler (6/5): Business Trip - One needs to read their confirmation email carfully. There is no on-site staff. The check-in process is easy once you know it. The water pressure for the shower is non-existent. The facility was clean snd the beds were comfortable. There is no access to wifi.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Warning, not for travelers - I read the reviews and am usually comfortable when others write poor reviews. This is not the case. Front door has dead bolt and bars on windows. Asked the establishment manager to replace a battery in the smoke detector to prevent continued “Chirping”. His response: “Appreciate it” It took a few days before they acually removed the entire smoke detector from the wall. No laundry services as stated in this app. No kitchen dishes or utensils available for our use. Stove/Oven unit not working. Fridge Full, no room for our food. This place is a death trap waiting to happen. More like a flop house than a room for rent.

• TOMOYUKI (2/5): - I was forced to stay at completely different place that I booked. And that was terrible, stinky bathroom, a bed a with broken leg etc. I made a reservation for a business double sized bedroom, but there was a single bed. I want them to pay me back.
• Shirley (2/5): Cross your fingers for this one - Room was not available until 2 hours after check-in time. The bed was not made up as if someone else stayed there. This for the Business Double "Big Room". Hotels.com kept me holding while they contact the property owner and the owner said I checked in and room was ready which is false. The room was non refundable and I I couldn't cancel online. I definitely don't recommend this property. I read the bad reviews before I booked this property and I should have listened. They took my money but service wasn't available as advertised. I had to pay to stay elsewhere.
• Marielenys (2/5): - This place it’s a complete scam!!! Everything is shared, including bathrooms and rooms. I requested a private bedroom for two and got a shared bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and there was someone else sleeping on my assigned bed. The “front lady” or lady in charge (since there’s no front desk) was extremely rude. The area is VERY unsafe, and the place smells horrible. Please DO NOT STAY HERE, for your safety!!!
• Marilyn (2/5): - The women looks at me like I'm disgusting and you suppose to checking at 2pm and they not even have the room ready, no keys, I have to text for everything for keys, codes, tv codes. No tv code, no roku, network at all, have to bring everything soap, etc. Only one bed for my mom and me. Only one blanket, no comforters or ac, no hot water and no water pressure. Only one bathrooms for everyone and we checking at 5:22pm because room wasn't ready and the next day we want to be nice and let him know when we live in out and he responded like hello check out is at 11am. And I tell him we'll plan to go outside at 3pm because you knew what time we went inside the house and room was not ready...

• Carynebys (2/5): - I had the worst experience ever in that Place. DON’T BOOK THIS PLACE. I booked it 4 days after my school exam cause it was close to it, when I got there the place was dirty, food in the floor, cats all over the place, the neighborhood was so dark and there was garbage everywhere. I saw a sign in the front door saying call this number to check in and I was calling and calling and no one answered. An old lady came through the left side of the house and I asked her why no one answered my calls if I had a reservation. She called someone and was talking for a while with them since I was still waiting for checking in. The old lady asked me my name and what room I booked, I told her. She was still talking to the other person on the phone, then she addressed me for the left side of the house and when I got there my first impression was three people smoking herb right in front of the left entrance. Then she asked me if the owners gave me the code to access the property, I told her no cause I’ve been calling and calling and they don’t answer. I was super scared in that situation and those guys were looking at me and talking to me and I was petrified. The old lady gave me the code to access the house and when I entered she told me: let’s close the door cause people could try to get in, the interior of the place was even worse and scary, a lot of hallways and bedrooms and she took me to one of it. In that moment I just ran away from this awful place and I’ll never get back in my life.
• EDUARDO (2/5): - Do not book this place at all, the rooms do not have ac. I paid for a queen bed with decent size room instead got a full bed that fit from wall to wall and a fan to keep me cool in the night. When I spoke to the people from the place they said it was their mistake and could only refund me eight dollars only. I had to message multiple times in order for them to change the check out date because I was not going to stay there. They had the audacity to say that if I canceled I was not going to be able to get the same rate because they were going to increase the price due to the hurricane. I pray for the downfall of this establishment do not waste your money here.
