Stefan (10/5): amazing - the friendliness of the binh minh eco lodge family was incredible. we were always more than warmly welcomed, every time drinks & local snacks were offered. the rooms are tastefully & stylish decorated, the garden with pool is a real paradise. we were supported with all our requests most efficiently & had an unforgettable bike ride along the river. the vegetarian dinner was so tastefull that we asked for the recipes - while not expecting to reach the perfection experienced! thanks so much for hosting us & for making my partner’s birthday so special!

Exceeded my expectations. - The food, the room, the bath, the garden, the pool, the glass dock, Phuong and her family, the bed, she took care of me, I felt safe and comfortable…. EVERYTHING I loved everything. But one add that would be nice is wash clothes.
Christina (8/5): Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft für Menschen die Rihe suchen. - Super nette Gastgeberin. Zu jeder Zeit bekamen wir Wasser gekühlt und eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen. Die arrangierten kostenlosen Fahrten nach Can Tho haben super geklappt. Wir haben auch gehört, dass die Touren sehr gut klappen zu den schwimmenden Märkten. Die Fahrräder benötigen eine Überholung. Was aber kein Problem sein wird. Die Gastgeberin ist absolut immer bemüht es recht zu machen.
Élodie (10/5): C’est le top 1 de mon séjour au Vietnam, 3 semaines - Super bien décoré, nature et magnifique. Le personnel très très gentil ! Le problème c’est qu’il est loin du centre de CAN Tho. Les grab moto y vont néanmoins et l’hôtel propose un taxi gratuit par jour pour aller au centre. Cela n’a pas été un problème pour moi, car le coin est tranquille et magnifique
Heiko (10/5): - Liebevoll geführte kleine Anlage in ländlicher Lage. Unglaublich nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich noch eine Nacht verlängert haben. Lodge bietet vegane Küche, aber auf Wunsch auch Fleischgerichte an. Am Pool wurden wir stets mit kleinen Leckereien überrascht. Um in die Stadt zu kommen, fährt am Nachmittag ein Shuttle. Auch bei der Organisation unserer Weiterreise wurden wir unterstützt. Nichts!
Yvonne (10/5): - Kleine Anlage am Mekong, mit kleinem Pool und schönem Garten Der beste Service, den man sich vorstellen kann. So hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Ständig wurde uns frisches kaltes Wasser oder Tee gebracht und dazu kleine Leckereien. Alle Wünsche wurden über WhatsApp abgefragt und erfüllt. Das Begrüßungsessen war köstlich. Wir haben ein weiteres Mal dort gegessen, es ist etwas teurer als sonst, aber super lecker. Wenn wir nochmals zum Mekongdelta fahren, würden wir wieder in diese Anlage einchecken. Außergewöhnlich !!!

Theodorus (10/5): Fantastisch, groot respect voor de lieve mensen - Het was een smaakvol ingerichte grote ecologische tuin met ruime bungalows eromheen. De gastvrouw was geweldig behulpzaam en het eten was 2 Michelinsterren waard. Er waren geen minpunten, hooguit dat op een enkele avond in de verte ietwat valse karaokezang te horen was. Maar dat is niet de schuld van het resort.

Caroline (10/5): Hospitality from the heart - We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Binh Minh Ecolodge. We were welcomed with so much hospitality and felt comfortable immediately. The hotel area is like a small beautiful oasis, that is clearly cared for dilligently. Fruit trees, flowers and a pond with fishes... Our room looked even better in reality than on the pictures! The host made us fresh cold tea several times a day and brought snack to the room or to the pool. She was really thoughtful, when my husband caught a cold she helped us by bringing garlic (that we asked for) and made him hot tea for breakfast. Thank you so much! The food was also delicious. On the first night, we got a free vegetarian welcome dinner and it was among the best food we ate in 2 weeks in Vietnam. We also tried other dishes on their menu and they were tasty too. All freshly prepared and nicely seasoned. Lastly, we booked a tour via the agency recommended by the hotel and it was fantastic! We were picked up by boat right at the hotel and had a lovely guide. It is true that the hotel is on the other side of the river than Can Tho. We loved it as it felt more authentic and closer to nature. You can still go to the city, you just have to plan ahead of time. Small but important thing: this was the only place we stayes in vietnam with a really nice shower gel and shampoo. It smelled nice and wasn't so chemical like all the rest... The shower temperature was a bit hard to regulate but it had both hot and cold water available.

Billie (10/5): Beautiful setting, friendly and efficient staff - It was a lovely setting with walkways to our rooms, like a nature sanctuary. We had beautiful food looking out on garden, we loved being collected by boat in early morning for dunrise trip to floating markets At Cai Rang. The tours organised for us by Lily were great, cycle through villages and tropical fruit farm and Tra Su Forest. It’s a little remote, which is wonderful and that is what’s nice about it and we managed well with taxis arranged by hotel (to Can Tho). The sunset on their walkway at the river is beautiful.

Sylvain (10/5): Beautiful gateway from Ho Chi Minh City - We loved Binh Minh Ecolodge! If you're looking for a gateway from Ho Chi Minh, a space to rest and recharge your batteries this the place to go. The rooms are comfortable and nestled around a beautiful tropical garden. There is a nice swimming pool. The hosts (Phuong and family) are very attentive to their guests. And the home-cooked meals are amazing, clean and tasty. You can also get to Can Tho by car or by boat arranged by the hotel. Nothing.
Claudia (10/5): Stay like in paradise - The feeling was like coming to good friends, a very warm welcome and a super hosting. You live in small bungalows in a lovely garden with flowers and fruittrees and you can relax. But for sightseeing you can use bicycles or the boat.

Claudia (10/5): Exceptional - I would recommend the Lodge to everyone who wants to visit Can Tho. It's the perfect place to be after coming back from a long, hot day in the city or the floating market. The garden is beautiful and the people that live and work there are so friendly. The room is big, pretty and comfortable and the host could not do a better job. The food is amazing as well! Every morning we woke up, looking forward for having breakfast. The shuttle service to and from the Lodge to the city is so convenient and it's also possible to use bikes to explore the area.
Vanessa (10/5): Amazing hospitality and beautiful place - They took such a good care of us! We got a lot of information in advance, they arranged a car to pick us up from the previous place and we got a free welcome dinner the first night. They helped us with excursions, drove us to Can Tho and back with a boat. We got some iced tea and snacks every time we came back to the hotel or went to the pool. They didn’t speak English but we communicated through WhatsApp and it worked perfect. The garden at the property was beautiful and it was a great place to relax. Our room was huge and the breakfast was very nice. They drove us to the bus station early in the morning when we were leaving. No alcoholic beverages in the menu but they fixed a beer when we asked. Only four sunbeds but they were always available.

Claus (10/5): Top hotel in a beautiful garden with exceptional friendly staff - The Binh Minh Eco Lodge is a very nice hotel with an exceptional nice person managing it. The garden and rooms are very beautiful and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. One of our friends had his birthday while we were there; the manager of the hotel provided a very nice birthday cake in the morning which was very much appreciated. The dinner was delicious. I would always want to stay at this hotel again! nothing

Brett (10/5): Exceptional - This Hotel was a wonderful experience. Located across the river in a little village away from the noise and ugliness of Can Tho city. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Fastest way to Can Tho was by motorboat across the river, and we were able to order the free return trip any time we liked. The food was exceptional, and probably the best we had during the whole Vietnam trip North to South. Fresh, aromatic, tasty, wonderful. We went for a walk around the village one night and discovered a small family noodle making shop. People pay to go to see tourist versions of these and we found a real one right on our doorstep. The hotel provided free bicycles and we discovered some really interesting paths to ride along through villages and vegetable fields. This hotel is a much better option if you are visiting Can Tho than the run of the mill stuff in the city. And you can watch the sunset and the city lights across the river from the beautiful hotel jetty. Recommended without hesitation. There was nothing we didn't like. The fastest way to the hotel from Can Tho was by motorboat, which was heaps of fun but required a little bit of planning for the return pick up. However, the alternative cheap taxi back across the bridge was always a plan B option.
Claudia (10/5): had a wonderful time, the homecooked vegan food was amazing and the staff very friendly and flexible to make arrangement - It was lush green and well designed, a lovely garden right by the river, quiet and well managed. Only discovered the area with the hammocks on the last day, would have been so nice to hang there before
Dan (10/5): Exceptional - It was a short stay, but very nice. The location itself is absolutely beautiful, with a nice garden with lots of plants, small pool, small ponds with water lily, very idilic. Thong and his wife are great people, very welcoming and helpful. Thong's mum is the one cooking and the food is simply delicious. Many of the guests choose to skip the breakfast at the Eco Lodge, in order to have the traditional noodle soup at the floating market. But we were so happy we chose to have breakfast here. At the floating market it is crowded, and i am unsure how clean everything is, as everything is washed with water from the river. But we made the best choice having breakfast cooked by Thong's mum. They also arranged floating market tour and taxi back to Saigon through their travel agent, Lily. All were extremly helpful. Please just be aware that at times it can get noisy if there is a wedding party nearby or any kind of celebration for that matter as karaoke will be sung to mark the occasion. Not only here, I mean, but in all areas of Mekong delta, as we were staying in diffrrent locations, to see different parts of the Delta. Best to have some ear plugs, just in case. Otherwise, please do not skip this accomodation, as it is beautiful. One suggestion: maybe some hammocks would be nice to have in the garden.
Maciej (7/5): Good - The hotel has a good location as a starting point for excursions in the Mekong Delta. You can also go cycling along the river. But apart from that - the connection to the city is very difficult and there is absolutely nothing to do in the hotel. There is a small pool, but no sunbeds. Rooms are very clean. Value for money is not good

Mongkieu (7/5): The perfect quiet beautiful escape (not a getaway) - Staffs were very humble and kind. Beautiful jungle feel stay. The Vegan home cooked meals were amazing. This is a great place to stay at if you want to have a clean white bed with AC and still have the local rural feel. You're surrounded by different exotic plants and greenery. Beautiful sunset view and love their mini pool. I was quite disappointed to not see the outdoor bathtub for my stay as I was expecting that when I booked and the reason why I booked. When I asked where it was, I was told it's at a higher rate. This is false advertisement because my bathroom photo was not included in their their photos, giving you the impression you're going to get the outdoor bathtub experience when you don't. The price was relatively high with little operating amenities and low staff. No phones in your rooms, so you have to text them if you need anything. There's a cafe on their property but it was not operating and seemed to be vacant for awhile. It's a beautiful place but for two-three nights, you'll eventually run out of things to do on premise besides enjoying the pool and take a few sunset photos. There's a boat that takes you to Can Tho every morning (that is if you can wake up at 5am) and takes you back around 8:30pm. But the night we stayed, the boat guy couldn't come so they were trying to accommodate by finding a car. The logistic got too complicated so we didn't go. For almost $200/night in VN, I was expecting a lot more than a beautiful property, home cooked meals, and a clean comfy bed. Meals were amazing but you have to eat at their outdoor dining area. I wish there was an option to eat the meals in the room where there's AC. This is a perfect place to go to if you want to get away from people, meditate, and have your quiet time. If you booked this place w/ the expectation of having activities to do, you're out of luck. Recommendations: Adding (on premise) activities like fishing, canoe or boat ride, cooking w/ the staff (cook your own meals), Traditional costumes for photos/selfies, walk to visit the neighboring locals, etc. would really enhance the experience here. Add vending machine, snacks, fruits or quick food options for guests to purchase. If their cafe was operating, I would have given a 5 star.
