• George (10/5): The perfect family Stay, especially for Cypriots, and also 2 or 3 couples. - We had an absolutely wonderful stay here with our family. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and exactly as described. A special mention has to go to Leah, who was an amazing host throughout our stay. She was always available to help, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her friendliness and attention really made a difference and made us feel completely at ease. She is a genuinely lovely person, not just in it for the money, she's just has that aura of the perfect approachable host. The space itself was perfect for a family—clean, well-maintained, and with plenty of room for everyone to relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. We’d happily come back again! One thing I liked was having a sandwich toaster where we made our own Cyprus style sandwiches and saved a small fortune. There's also a Cypriot BBQ but I wanted a break from cooking so I didn't use that. The shared pool was lovely, although a little cool for this time of year and there's loads to do and places to eat especially in Kiti. Tamala pub as well as loads of other places. Super discount store is around 10 minutes which for me has the best value stuff for shopping but alpha mega, smart and Lidl also close by car so for Cypriots looking for a home from home stay and even 3 couples going out together, you all have en suites, seriously it's perfect. Having to check out and go home 😭. Jokes aside, nothing at all.

• Oded (10/5): wonderful place to stay - Leah was so helpful and available. the place is very comfortable - 3 bedrooms with double beds inside, each room has a private bathroom and it was wonderful. Leah thought about everything we might need (such as shaving knives, hygiene pads and more and more...,. fully equipped kitchen with anything you might need, large dining table and very comfort living room. and above all - the view from the apartment is so beautiful. best place to stay in Larkana. At nights there's cow's smell outside - but NOT inside the apartment and that's not Leah's fault anyway.

Am fost placut impresionati , deoarece am fost intampinati cu apa , suc , vin , snacksuri , cafea , ceai . Casa este echipata pana la cel mai mic detaliu . Zona este in dezvoltare

• Andrea (10/5): - Sehr schöne Villa, alles vorhanden. Gemeinschaftspool war auch sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Sehr sehr freundliche und nette Besitzer. Leider gab es keine gescheite Busverbindung. Also hier benötigt man ein Auto um einkaufen zu können oder sich etwas anzuschauen oder zum Strand zu gelangen.

• zak (10/5): no problems at alla everything was perfect - the property is actually fully equipped! we didn’t need anything else except our food. excellent house, excellent owner!! its located in the village and there is nothing to do (except if u go outside the village in the town) and at night it smells a bit bad outside due to the fields but its bearable and unnoticeable when inside

• Polina (10/5): Perfect Stay! A Dream Villa for Families :) - We had an absolutely amazing stay here! The house is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, which is hard to find in this area. One of the best features is that there are three bathrooms and one extra toilet, making life so much easier when traveling with a large family or group. No waiting, no stress—just pure comfort! The view from the villa is breathtaking, and the location is fantastic—just a few minutes by the car from the sea! The pool was a wonderful addition, perfect for relaxing. The villa is also fully equipped for living, with a well-stocked kitchen full of appliances and utensils (coffee machine, toaster, very good oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, sandwich maker), making it feel like a home away from home. Another amazing feature is the large home cinema with a projector and access to Netflix movies—perfect for cozy evenings with family or friends. It made our stay even more special, offering entertainment for all ages! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the villa offers plenty of space, making it ideal for families or groups. The comfort level is outstanding, from the cozy beds to the stylish interior. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning! Highly recommended—one of the best villas in Cyprus! PS. he beaches near here are a hidden gem! They are very clean, spacious, and have incredibly clear, shallow water—perfect for children to play safely. The peaceful atmosphere and soft sand make it an ideal spot for families. -

The villa has three spacious and beautifully designed bedrooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom and shower – a detail that made our experience incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The cleanliness was outstanding, and every little detail showed thoughtfulness and care. The balconies were the highlight for us – each one provided a quiet and relaxing space to sit, whether it was for morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. The pastoral view and the tranquil countryside atmosphere created the perfect setting for a peaceful holiday. The host was simply wonderful – on the day we arrived, she waited for us with the keys and a big, warm smile, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. She was always available for any questions and took care of every little detail, making our stay exceptional. In summary, the villa exceeded all our expectations! It’s a luxurious, perfect place for a family or couples’ getaway. We will undoubtedly return in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Cyprus.
