- Subrat (2/5): Wastage of money and time, sleepless one night spent, never ever recommend to anyone. - There is nothing that can be liked. Booking.com should drop it from the online options. This place is not for people traveling for work. Suffocating all around inside the room as well as outside the room. Online pictures about the property shown are all unreal and can be misleading for travellers.

- Mohammad (1/5): Delist from your platform so not happen this anyone. - Why I am getting this email of stay. I didn't even stay there. Upon reaching the location I contacted the hotelier because I could not locate the hotel and I was just 70 meter away from hotel location but they denied that rooms are not available. I hv to go back from the location. I lost my money in traveling to hotel. If they don't have the available rooms after accepting booking they should hv reached out to me. but they didn't even tried and I reached hotel location.

Everyone should stay in this hotel if you are coming to see joy city of India. I like and loved everything in it starting from welcome and till the end of my stay. It's my exceptional stay ever in my life. Everyone must stay in this hotel while you are traveling to Kolkata.

- Bhumika (1/5): Bad - Hello, we booked 2 rooms at HOTEL S. R. Royale in Howrah through a booking service. The total bill was 4300 for 2 days. Upon arrival, they demanded 6000/- and refused to provide a bill, and they started behaving aggressively. Since we checked in at 4 AM, we also paid a 500/- early check-in charge. If they don't provide the bill and arbitrarily increase the price, what action can the booking service take against them? Also, the staff were very rude and lacked manners. They do this with every customer because tourists visit the area, and they don't care. This is a straightforward scam. I don't have an issue with the price, but when our bill was 4300 + 500, why demand 6000, resort to bullying, and hide the actual charges? If this is the case, dear Booking.com, please provide the correct prices. I read reviews on Google now, and the same thing is happening to everyone. I expect a reply from you. Otherwise, I will take serious action because no customer should be trapped like this. It's clearly a scam.
- Alam (9/5): Superb - Rooms are good and clean. Price is economical as per othes. The owner and staff are polite and helpful, eager to help whatever is needed. The location is not up to the mark, shopping and hotels are very few here. Looks like living in the outskirts.
