- Timothy (9/5): Fantastic stay in this friendly and homely hostel - We enjoyed our stay here very much and in the end stayed 5 nights. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Very homely ambience. Great kitchen facilities with lovely views. Room was very warm and comfortable and quiet. We had lots of lovely chats with the hosts, practising our Spanish. They stored our luggage whilst we went to do the W Trek in the middle of our stay.
- Mark (8/5): Our private room and bed were very comfortable and we enjoyed Gustovo’s hospitality. - The location was a short walk to the bus terminal. Gustavo and his family provided tips of visiting Parks de Torre. They also helped us with booking a flight.
- Annika (9/5): - Very comfortable Hostel, beds are very nice and cozy, kitchen has everything you need,
The guys running the place are super friendly and nice and staying there feels like living in their apartment.

- Tebo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriele (9/5): Superb -

Easily one of my fav hostel so f - Best people, best kitchen with wonderful view, the most comfortable beds, warmest room. Easily one of my fav hostel so far. I feel like being home:) It got my tears when i left.
- Mariah (10/5): Exceptional - Felt more like visiting a friend’s place than a hostel. Pedro, Daniel, and Gustavo were super welcoming, and treated me more like a family than a guest. They were very helpful with giving me tips and ideas on what to do in the area especially during the off season. The facility is also clean and cozy. The kitchen has great amenities for cooking while also having a great view from the window! Would highly recommend staying here!
- Federico (10/5): Feeling like home in puerto Natales - Fantastic staying a El Paso, Pedro, Gustavo & the team are working hard to make the hostel grow. Everyone is very available to help and make you feel like home. One of the best hostels I've been
- Clare (7/5): Good -
- Elisabeth (8/5): I would recommend! - Felt like home, clean, personnel helps you with pleasure, great atmosphere Privacy in shower is a little bit complicated because there is no place in the cubicle to put your clothes.
- Ferlo (8/5): I'd come back - Great value for money, within walking distance of the bus terminal, downtown, and supermarkets. Pedro and Gustavo were super friendly and helpful. It would be great to have individual lights and sockets for each bed in the shared dormitory.
- Huang (10/5): Exceptional - super welcoming stuff and good facilities. amazing view from the kitchen. really had a nice stay here. appreciate all the works of stuff!
- Bruckmoser (8/5): Great place to stay - Friendly, helpful host. Helped me with info on visiting Torres del Paine National Park. I really appreciated as last place gave no info. I recommend staying at this family place.
- Diane (10/5): Best hostel to stay in Puerto Natales. Great people, location and facilities. - Everything. Felt like a home and Gustav and Pedro so very helpful and have great tips for your travels in Torres del Paine. Loved staying here.
- Edoardo (10/5): 10/10 - Been there 2 nights, neat and clean. Stayed in a double room with shared bathroom. Room was essential but had everything you need. Shoutout to the staff for being super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend it ! Bus station is a 15 min walk and Main Street with local shops and restaurants is 10 min away.
- Gabriella (9/5): It was an amazing stay, with a super helful and friendly staff. Very recommenfed - Staff, location

- Benedict (9/5): Top place to stay in Puerto Natales - Great place for a visit in Puerto Natales. Central but quiet location, everything in walking distance. Very helpful staff, speaking Spanish and English. Fast WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, small garden, friendly hostel dog, comfortable bunk beds, easy to get in contact with other guests
- Diane (10/5): Best place to stay for your Torres Del Paine adventure. So very helpful with all information. - Such a friendly and well run hostel. It feels like you are a guest in Gustav and Pedro’s house. We stayed five nights and were very comfortable. A great kitchen and lounge area to spend time if the weather is bad outside! Definitely recommended. Gracias Pedro and Gustav.
- Evelina (10/5): loved it! - amazing host, so helpful with everything! beautiful kitchen, cozy place for hangouts, great location. really enjoyed staying here! -
- Andres (7/5): Cozy and reasonably priced, but not that comfortable - Staff was friendly and helpful, the view from kitchen and garden, feeling at home vibe. Cozy common areas Few space in the shared rooms. Too many beds in one place, so there's few space to move or leave stuff. Only one ladder that has to be shared between 4 to climb bunk beds, no individual sockets per bed. Need to leave luggage in the living room due to the lack of space
- Moritz (10/5): Exceptional - Had an excellent stay with Pedro and Gustavo. What exceptional hosts. So helpful. Such good souls. So proactive. Great conversations.
The hostel was also really nice to hang out. Kitchen was great. Living room really chill. Met amazing travellers.
Also close to centre and bus station. Comfy beds. .
- Alan (8/5): Very homey, friendly & comfortable stay - Super friendly staff, extremely comfy beds, great kitchen facilities and fun house dog called Rocky! Pedro even dropped us to the airport for our flight out which saved the hassle of getting a taxi, a nice touch! Seperate bathrooms for male & females would have been nice & a window in the private room for some natural light also would’ve been a bonus but these are not things that would deter us from staying again!
- Constanza (8/5): Very good -
- Ana (10/5): Nice hostel - The hostel is well located, clean, the staff is super nice. .
- Nancy (9/5): Superb - The vibe here was great, the kitchen was lovely with some personal and communal food. The bathrooms and bedroom were spotless- the private double room bed was very comfortable. The whole place was well heated. Gustavo our host spoke only spanish and was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. He insisted on showing us the room before hand and showing us the shared spaces. Very much like staying in someone's house. The mixed dorms looked small and busy
- Emily (6/5): Homey - The staff/owners are absolutely lovely and the place has a real homey vibe with sofas in the common space. Showers were hot, never had to wait to use one. Walking distance from town. Met some great people! Understand it’s still quite new but does need some work - the kitchen is chaotic and there’s no real system to naming food or what’s communal so things are everywhere, there are far too many beds squashed into the dorm room with no real storage space, and the room light was turned on to check people in as late as 11pm while others were sleeping.
- Tyler (10/5): Exceptional - Felt like home the owner is exceptional and so is the dog rocky
- Edward (9/5): Superb -
- Chuchu (10/5): Really comfortable with everything. - The room, kitchen, bathroom are all clean and new. Also love the bed, bigger than other hostels! Provides free towels, earplugs , shampoo, coffee, and free lemon juice. The staff is so friendly, the lady drove me to the bus station, and say hello to Harper! A little bit far away from the bus station
- George (8/5): Nice staff, but uncomfortable bed that slanted, not clean with the exception of the bathroom. - Friendly owners very accommodating Hostel (with the exception of the bathroom) was dirty with food left out and generally not clean. Apparently the staff does not enforce cleanliness nor clean often.
- Peihao (8/5): Very good -
- Anastasia (9/5): Home away from home ☺️ - It’s a warm and cozy place in the heart of Patagonia:)
Only fifteen minutes walk from the bus station, ten minutes to the airport by taxi.
Pedro and his dog are very friendly, Pedro speaks perfect English and always ready to help and to answer all questions.
Beds are veeery soft, better than in Four Seasons hotels, it will be very hard to leave this blanket in the morning😅 No hooks or shelves in the shower;
also the “ceiling” of “first floor” bed in dorm is very low, so mind your head😅
- Darko (10/5): Amazing place to stay in Puerto Natales! - The best hostel I ever been, super clean, super nice... the owner and his father great people, full of suggestions and of great help.... the living room is the best decorated living room I ever been... recommend 100%
- Antonio (10/5): They helped us planning everything we wanted! Perfect value for money, definitely recommended! -
- Vaclav (8/5): Very good - Super friendly hosts always making sure that guests are OK, great kitchen, great value, and a nice view out the back. Room was quite cramped as there were extra mattresses being stored there (these should ideally be removed).
Bathrooms could be cleaned more often, kitchen was a bit cluttered.
19% IVA is included when paying by card
- Anna-lena (5/5): Passable - Pedro was very nice and helpful regarding any questions I had about hikes or transportation. I was able to extend my stay on short notice. Unfortunately the dorms are very small which makes it hard to store everyone's luggage. There aren't sockets or lights next to every bed. There is only a mixed bathroom. The kitchen was very dirty.
- Bartłomiej (10/5): Exceptional - 15/10 Pedro is the best host I have ever met, he speaks good english. It's not only place to sleep, they can arrange for you all trips to Torres del Paine national park. Help with sim card, buying tickets to park online or any other thing. Highly recommend, bathroom is new after winter renovations and very clean. I hope to come back one day.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice hosts 😃
