• Maria (9/5): Perfect modern apartment near Como - The property was perfect for us as a couple. It was modern, great location wise, and had beautiful views. It had everything you’d need for your stay. When communicating with the host, they were helpful and polite. We’d definitely stay again.

• Roxana (7/5): - The apartment is very nice, with all the amenities one might need. And the host is responsive and helpful. Good parking spot. The location is a bit far from the turist area if you decide to walk.

• Sarah (1/5): TERRIBLE! Do NOT GO if it is hot or even warm season. - I had the worst experience I’ve had in a VERY long time here - and I have lived as a nomad traveling 100% of the time for the last 2.5 years. I can’t say anything I liked because my experience overall was so terrible. When I arrived, it was amidst a heatwave. It was 95 degrees inside the apartment and the air con did absolutely NOTHING to cool down the place. Even after several hours of having it on “full blast” the upstairs (where the bedroom and bathroom are) were still over 90 degrees and felt literally like a sauna. The downstairs was maybe 3 or 4 degrees cooler so I “slept” the first night on the pull out couch, with wet hair, ice packs and wet towels all around me just to try to stay cool but I STILL was way too hot to sleep that night. The next day, I contacted booking that there was no way I could stay there. They then told me if I left that day, I’d receive a full refund so I BOOKED it out of this godawful sauna apartment and found a last minute hotel room (NOT IDEAL in July in Como)!! I have only now been issued a VERY partial refund by the owner of this property for about 1/3rd of what I paid and am furious about it. Absolutely unacceptable to say you have air conditioning when in reality you have a unit that does NOTHING to cool the entire upper part of an apartment (and the part that matters - the bedroom)!

• Antónia (9/5): Great for couples of 2-3 friends - The property has a great location, just 15-20 walking to the centre of Como. The bed is SUPER comfortable and everything was nice and clean. It also has a beautiful view. Can be a bit noisy as it’s near the main road and there’s a manhole cover that needs fixing which is just under the apartment and makes a loud noise every time a car drives on it. The gate was also tricky to open and was a bit of a challenge every time.
• Rokas (10/5): Amazing place, I'd choose it again if I'll come back to Como - + Spacious; + In a walkable distance from the center; + Friendly staff; + Includes all the necessary utilities (washing machine, utensils, etc.)
• Margaret (8/5): Great. Quirky. Very clean. Good bathroom - Amazing view from this apartment. Everything you needed was provided for you. The host even gave us a lift to the train station. Taxis are very hard to come by in Como. Unfortunately the only route into town was via a very busy road. Not suitable for kids. We did enjoy our stay despite the road.
• Julian (6/5): A very nice place to stay for a few days in Como. Clean and cozy house and very nice host! - Clean house, beautiful view across Lake Como, near the train station. The place is nice for a young couple who wants to visit the area and want a cozy little place to spend the night. A very nice Host always there when/if needed. - The cool air from AC does not reach the upper room (the bedroom); - The only way to cool the bedroom is to open the widows and there is a lot of noise from the road below the windows and the probability to take in some mosquitoes; - There was a problem with the shower draining; - Some strange rules that were needed to follow, one of them being the obligation to maintain the kitchen "tidy" by washing all the dishes, but there was no sponge provided by the host, although we were risking a 50 euros fine;

• Claire (7/5): Good - The beautiful view across the lake. Comfy bed, and I liked the skylights above it for watching the moon. The kitchen equipment was very basic - no sharp knife and saucepans with mismatched lids. The apartment hadn't been cleaned correctly; the bathroom sink was dirty and the bins hadn't been emptied.
• Colum (6/5): Will not be revisiting this property - 20 minutes walk up steep hill and dangerous section with cars passing. The person who manages the property rang me on second day and was very rude ,demanded documents, not clarifying what documents she required . She was highly agitated, and slammed down the phone twice on me. A relation ,who lives in Como had to return to property to provide copies of our passports, and subsequently missed the day in Milan with us and he missed out on booked events in Milan. There is no excuse for rude behaviour.
• Kirsten (8/5): Beautiful Views from a colourful and lovely, clean accomodation - The Accommodation was clean, safe and very colourful and lively to stay at. The views were absolutely beautiful. It is close to the train station, to the coffee shops, restaurants and to the main piazza. Highly recommend it.
• Tobiasz (10/5): Great apartament with view over the lake - Great view over the Como Lake. All needed stuff in the apartament. 2 TVs and great WiFi. Localization, but for this price it's reasonable, and the apartament has a great view over the lake! When it's raining/storm, the bedroom is very noisy
