- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - They offer daily room cleaning which is good however they didn’t inform us upon check in. it was our 1st time staying in this kind of accommodation and it exceeded my expectation. The place is very accessible and convenient to MTR stations( just outside the building) shopping malls, restaurants, coffee shops and attractions.

- Beth (6/5): This is a relatively clean, economical space. It is no frills and fine. - The location of the guesthouse is good, near the ferry and metro The space is very small as is the bathroom. There were no amenities (soap, shampoo, etc).

- Mariatoni (8/5): Short stay - We booked this accommodation during our transit in hk to Dubai. Thankfully, we are allowed to self check in since we arrived around midnight. The room was clean and comfortable. Best location as it is close to tsim sha tsui mtr station and so many restaurants around.

- Natnipha (9/5): Good location and facilities in good conditions - Very convenient for travelling. All facilities are also in good conditions. The surroundings in the building area are also safe. Good for a female solo. Comfortable At first I thought there wouldn't be wifi available but there actually is. So nice The room is small but it is fine for a guesthouse.

Price was high relatively .. but compared to other prices in the area on the date I went, I considered it good value for money. Location was perfect. Right in the midst of of a popular area. Though transportation in Hong Kong is generally really good, so it wouldn't have mattered as much as other places. Appreciated the really hot water. And it was clean. A single room with a small bathroom included. The was a smoking scent in the room that I didn't like. It was pretty consistent. Even after the cleaner came, it was there. Yes, the room was small with no windows, but was enough and comfortable for one person.

The building is very run down, the room had terrible ventilation, windows that looked like they opened out into the lift shaft?! so the room smelt pretty bad. Not a place I wanted to spend any time rather than just to sleep.
