• Jozsef (10/5): I totally recommend the apartment for the easy access from the Airport, easy walking to center - Great apartment, with everything you need inside. location is easy to get to from Airport, from Etna, from Syracuse direction. Host is friendly and supportive. Keys collection is very easy. The streets outside very dirty, chaotic parking and driving. Pretty crowded intersection in front. Not a dealbreaker for the apartment but hopefully it makes pressure to whoever can make it improve. Few hundred meters in city center direction everything changes.

Mi sono sentita subito a casa e ho potuto godermi il soggiorno in totale relax. Un alloggio che consiglio con piacere a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno speciale! 🌟
• Alessandro (10/5): Semplicemente perfetto! - Appartamento grande,comodo,dotato di ogni comfort. Anche i materassi sono comodissimi. Ubicato in posizione strategica,ti permette di raggiungere la cattedrale e le principali attrazioni turistiche in 10 minuti a piedi. Lucio si è rivelato un padrone di casa eccezzionale,sempre attento e disponibile a soddisfare ogni tua richiesta. Mi sono sentito a casa. Grazie di tutto Sicuramente torneremo.
• Anita (10/5): Wakacje 25 - Mieszkanie czyste, przestronne, 3 łóżka (w tym 1 kanapa), duży stół (to duży +) , świetny kontakt z właścicielem, na plaze i do centrum +/- 20-30 min, balkon, pod mieszkaniem piekarnia, zaraz obok sklep spożywczy, niedaleko ryneczek z pysznymi owocami. Trochę glosno (przy ulicy), ale dało się wyspać:-)
• Clifford (7/5): - Very modern and clean. One bedroom and kitchen are airconditioned the other is not. Catania is one of the filthiest places in Europe. Outside is a disaster, rubbish humps everywhere, broken pavements and crazy drivers all around.
• MARTIN (8/5): - I really liked the apartment itself – it was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The host was also wonderful and very helpful. What I didn’t like was the location – the area in front of the property was quite dirty.

Nice clean apartment, close to all amenities, super close to super market and fresh fruit and vegetables shop. The owner was so caring. Our flight was in the evening and he extended our check out time for the entire day without charging us. Highly recommended Clean and caring owner.
• Susan (4/5): Birthday get together - We had a good washing machine. The bed was comfortable. The appartment looked fairly new. The room stunk of cigarette smoke, with dirty ash tray in the apartment. The sheets were threadbare with grease stains and beds unmade. No kettle or toaster in our kitchen. The dishwasher was not working. The dishwashing cloth was disgusting and old.

• D-empire (1/5): Shame for booking and the property that such lists are still advertised on the web - I did not like anything. When we arrived there the area was extremely dirty. Tons of garbage around the street and property. When we entered the Appartment we saw unmade beds in each bedroom, linens placed on the counter on the side and part in wardrobe. Nothing was corresponding to the pictures seen on booking. Going further kitchen was not clean and not as per pictures and description was supposed to be equipped in coffee machine but it wasn’t there. We have texted owner and asked if anyone is still coming to prepare the house as it clearly not ready for guests arrival. When we asked about beds and if anyone is coming to made them we were told that they stopped preparing the beds as every guest have different preferences so we have to make it from scratch ourselves. When we asked about coffee machine we were told that previous guests broke it and they didn’t replace it so we can go to the bar on the street if we want coffee. When we told to owner that this is not ok to present property not ready for guests arrival and that we are not going to stay there for this reasons the answer was to leave and find something better if we are thinking we are able to do that. It was an absolute nightmare of a place and the contact with them was beyond any criticism.

For people who like walking, it's the perfect distance from the city center that allowed us to also see some of the non-touristic areas of the city. The hosts were very accommodating, as we made our reservation very last-minute at 22:00, and they came to meet us without any issues, explained everything about the apartment and showed us around. Thanks again for everything, we really enjoyed our stay at your place! 🤗

• Olha (8/5): A pretty good apartment, but the location is not the best one - The apartment is very spacious, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed for 7 nights. The host is helpful and friendly. I recommend you have a look at the location on google maps in the street view mode to see how it actually looks, so there are no surprises for you when you arrive. The street is close to the city centre but it is extremely dirty and very noisy. There are literally piles of garbage everywhere on the street, bad smells and a lot of noise even at night. The neighbours are also pretty noisy, we heard children shouting loudly at 1 am and it was very disturbing. If you have a sensitive sleep mind that you may hear very loud conversations and even shouting all late at night.
• Diana (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The apartment was very comfortable and modern. I loved the kitchen, we had enough space to enjoy our time with friends together. We also loved having a supermarket 3 minutes away (on foot). The only thing I didn’t like is the distance from the city centre. It’s not so far, but you didn’t feel very safe outside, especially in the evening.
