- Michelle (10/5): Perfectly located, beautiful, spacious 3 BR, 2 BA condo - This beautiful, spacious 3 BR, 2 BA condo is located next to the main pool at Vista Cay and only minutes from the Orange County Convention Center. It is the perfect location for families who are staying in Orlando for the AAU National volleyball tournament. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again! We keep our home thermostat below 70 degrees and were only permitted to keep the temperature set in the 70-74 degree Fahrenheit range. We would have dropped it a few degrees at night but it was fine. For families with young children: This condo is lovely but there are a lot of breakable, decorative pieces (e.g.,glass sculptures). We moved a few pieces out of our 4-year-old grandson’s reach until departure.

Defin - The location of the apartment was convenient to Universal, Seaworld and International drive. Apartment was really nice with a lot of space. The only dislike was the pool closed at 10:30pm. After visiting Universal all day, the kids really wanted longer time in the pool!

I think I should not really have something to say to rate, they are cooks, they are the people you should not trust, they are trying to cheat you and try to steal your money without question This is the worst host for my over thirty years travel experience! The property owner sent me text message and email mentioned I have to pay $309.50 for damage deposit though PayPal, and indicated will fully refund within 2-3 days after we leave on Feb 24th by text message, I check it out my account on March 8th and there is zero refund, when I contact with the owner, she said she would be get back to me the refund same day, also she showed me there was $300.25 refund by screen shot, I ask her why there is $9.25 short, she said is fee charge by PayPal, I question about why didn't tell me from the beginning, then she blocked me, none refund until today. Cooks!
- Holly (7/5): Friendly host but to expensive. - The location was good as it was close to the attraction we were in orlando to visit. The lady I dealt with was friendly and quick to respond to my questions. The price upon booking is very misleading. States that the room is $199 on the website but my card was charged $598. I knew there was a refundable damage charge (which I havent recieved), so I thought that I had been charged that. Nope. There is $398 in hidden fees that is charged to you without you knowing which includes cleaning and some other taxes and fees. I would have never booked had i have known that and since it was nonrefundable i had no choice but to pay the additional $310 damage fee on top of the $598. Almost $1,000 for less then 24 hrs. Very steep pricing for a single mom. No breakfast included and if we showered we had to wash and dry our own towels?! Quite disappointed.
