La relación precio/calidad/servicio. No me gustó la falta de agua. No me gustó la falta de agua caliente en el baño. No me gustó la falta de aire acondicionado.

• Carlos (10/5): Pousada de charme - Trata-se de uma pousada de charme que vale muito na região de Madryn. A área externa é a estrela: ampla, arborizada, enorme e com uma bela piscina. O café da manhã é muito bom e com ótimos ingredientes. Nosso quarto, apesar de pequeno, tinha limpeza impecável, com uma cama enorme e confortável. O restaurante funciona à noite e é uma opção agradável para o jantar. Tivemos problemas com um cancelamento de voo e fomos muito bem acolhidos pelo staff, que nos apoiou prontamente no imprevisto. Ficamos muito agradecidos pelas 3 diárias que passamos ali como casal.
• Gustavo (9/5): AGRADABLE - EL lugar es muy lindo y pintoresco, las camas muy, muy cómodas y grandes, se descansa excelente. No esta en primera linea de playa, hay que recorrer unos 500 mts, el parque y la piscina son fantásticos, para pasar la tarde, aunque la piscina es algo chica para la cantidad de habitaciones y si hay muchos huéspedes queda un poco saturada. (lo bueno te dan toallas extras para la pisicina) El restaurant, esta bueno no es de lo mejor pero sirve para una lida cena, desayuno completo y bien (huevos, panceta, frutas cereales flanes gelatina, yogurt, pan, tortas y masas, infusiones todas, jugos y limonada., jamon, queso y una variedad de salame tipo milan) se puede desayunar en las mesas del exterior y el lugar es muy "michus dueños" hay tres que pasean por el parque y son amigables jajajajajaj las habitaciones un poco pequeñas, y el baño faltan repisas o estantes. la climatización es central y no se regula desde la habitacion

• nathalie (9/5): Hôtel charmant avec grand jardin . - Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme et une belle décoration. Très bon petit déjeuner et grand jardin avec une belle piscine qui est vraiment un plus. L’endroit est tout à fait décentré donc il faut une voiture pour tout , même pour manger un bout le midi et c’est au bord de la ville donc c’est un peu surprenant. J’ai demandé de réserver une plongée bouteille avec les lions de mer et la réceptionniste a essayé de me faire croire que ça n’existait pas pour que je réserve via l’hôtel un snorkeling avec lions de mer. C’est la seule fois que qqun a essayé de m’avoir en argentine. Dommage car tout le reste est très bien.

Un poco de ruido de mantenimiento del jardín en la mañana, me desperté a la 6am y no pude dormir más. No nos había pasado antes pero esta vez la habitación justo quedaba al lado de un cuartito que entraban y sonaban cosas de mtto.

Ist eine sehr gute Wahl wenn man von hier die (nahen d.h.200km) Naturschönheiten ( Pinguine, Robben, Seelefanten, Wale und.v.a.m.) besuchen will. Dafür ideal, Vorsicht in manchen Zimmern nachts Fenster zu da sonst ab 6.00 "Spatzengeschrei". Insgesamt für o.g. Touren sehr empfehlenswert mit gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Solo una noche el servicio de la comida fue muy demorado, parece que tuvieron algún problema en la cocina. De resto todo muy bien.

• Surene (1/5): Rude, unhelpful, not close to town, restaurant very underwhelming. - The garden out the back was the best part, housekeeping staff no issues but more negatives than positives. Lounge area was nice to look at. The guest service experience was just horrible, for international non Spanish speaking guests. Reception staff, bar one, were unfriendly, rude, did not want to help, glued to computer. There were no staff in bar and always had to find staff to assist. No service around the one good thing, the pool. Standard room bathrooms were shabby. Superior room was just ok. Overall the staff there really affected my stay by their sullen unhelpful and rudeness. • Jennifer (10/5): Quiet and relaxing during the off season. - The breakfast was excellent with a variety of healthy foods and sweet treats. I absolutely loved the hot milk carafe for the coffee. Our room was spacious with lots of counters and shelves for unpacking items. The decor was lovely all around. Very elegant. Incredible value. The staff was very nice. The only thing that is annoying is the parking. You have to phone or text on whatsapp to get the gate to the parking lot to open. The staff was always very responsive and we got in right away but it was an unusual setup.

• Teresa (7/5): ok hotel but a bit out of town - functional stay if you’re planning excursions with pickup service and/or have a car, breakfast was ok it is quite out of the center of the town, we didn’t have a car and needed 30 min on foot or 10 min with a taxi, it would be cool to have the possibility of bike rental. if I would come back to Puerto Madryn I would book somewhere in the centre of the town
• Paul (6/5): Pleasant - breakfast was decent. nothing exceptional but good enough rooms could be cleaner and updated. the bathroom was very outdated and overall the room needed to be painted.
• Adrian (1/5): Bad - The place was quiet and relaxing The overall stay was okay. The room was okay, the restroom was subpar, and breakfast was just okay. My big issue was there is a tall, skinny, blonde lady who said because I am a foreigner I need to pay in USD or if I pay in pesos the rate is 1 USD to 312 pesos. I argued why that would be the case if the national bank states 1 USD is 168 at the time. So for 250 USD stay it was close to 80k pesos. I disagreed (it was like 11pm) and she said I can discuss with reception the next day. The next day I did and the receptionist said it would be about 42k pesos. I paid and done, but it felt very sketchy or as if the first lady was trying to scam me. I honestly don't know but 80k vs 42k pesos is a big difference. Pay 42k the place is okay nothing fancy but paying 80k this place would be a rip off

• Daniel (8/5): Really enjoyed it, but could have been better without the niggles - Very friendly, small and personal feel. Great breakfast, and very nice restaurant for lunch or supper. Also a nice bar with a pool table No salad option at supper except as a goodwill gesture, and then a little begrudgingly. No independent temperature control in the bedroom, so was too cold and then too hot. Pool table should be wedged a bit as it's difficult to play on a slant.
