We have some problems when we do our check in because the personal told us that our credit card it was not working, and they do more charges. When we do the reclaim they was like angry with us and and they were treating us as if we wanted to rob them, at the end we were right, but they did not recognize the mistake they made, communication is also difficult because almost no one speaks English. Something important that they have to specify on the website is that the pool is not for swimming, it is only decoration.
