• Ivaylo (8/5): good for couples - The location could not be better, almost on the beach. Relatively quiet in night. Elevator. Host let me in earlier. Under the property there is a big supermarket, you can find anything there. In the beginning of the busy part of the beach promenade. Many good restaurants around. Great view from the balcony. Key box for keys. The property is a bit worn. Could be cleaner. There were some ants, and in the evening there were a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen. To remove them spray everywhere with the spray that you can find in the supermarket, and they disappear for days. Weirdly enough, there were mosquitoes inside, so I used another spray to remove them too. For a couple that sleeps in the bedroom the bugs are not a problem. However, for more people, bear in mind that bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom.

• diana (2/5): not good - The position of the apartment is very good. One can also see the sea from the balcony. The apartment itself is nice, but the overall experience had several important shortcomings. I did not receive any check-in instructions in advance and only managed to access the property after arriving there and calling the owner directly. The air conditioner also seemed not to have been cleaned in a very long time, as it appeared to blow dust into the room. In addition, hot water was available only in the shower, not at the sinks, and there were no functional shower faucets inside the shower itself. To start the hot water, one has to step out of the shower and use a very high tap located on the electric water-heating unit, and then step out again afterward to switch it off. This setup was quite inconvenient. There was also a significant amount of mold around the shower cabin. The internet required frequent resetting, and the TV also did not work reliably.

• Andrei (9/5): - Locația la 50 de metri de faleza si de apa, restaurante si supermarket. Găsești tot ce ai nevoie in apartament. Raport calitate pret excelent. Am gasit fire de par pe pat...se poate insista pe partea de curățenie si la baie..
• Elena (5/5): - Es ist eine schöne Wohnung mit perfekte Lage zum Strand und Stadtsparziergängen.Ich habe in den Schrank sogar ein Sonnenschirm und 2 Matten die man als Liege benutzen kann gesehen.. Mit etwas Liebe kann man die Wohnung perfekt zum Wohlfüllen gestalten. Es roch stark nach Rauch. Das gesamte Eindruck war sporadisch , schlecht aufgeräumt. Es fehlte an altegliche Gegenstände Gabel, Toilettenpapier.....
• REEM (10/5): I was very happy to stay there. It felt like HOME 🥰 - I loved everything about the property. It was clean, comfortable, prime location close to everything related to the annual international Cyprus Zorba Festival… the purpose of my trip to Larnaka NOTHING.
• Mihaela (2/5): Unacceptable conditions forced us to leave immediately without staying overnight. - Nothing This accommodation was an absolute nightmare and one of the worst experiences I have ever had. From the first second, there was an extremely strong and unbearable smell. The apartment was in a shocking condition: very dirty, damaged and stained walls, filthy and wrinkled curtains and tablecloths, torn towels, and no hot water whatsoever. The conditions were completely unacceptable and clearly unsafe for guests. Staying there was impossible, so we left immediately and did not spend a single night at the property. This accommodation is grossly misrepresented on Booking and does not match the description or photos in any way. We contacted the property owner and Booking immediately upon arrival, reported everything in detail, and provided evidence, yet so far no solution has been offered. We have clear photos and videos showing the real condition of the apartment. I strongly warn future guests to avoid this place unless they are prepared for a truly horrible experience.

• EWA (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt mile będę wspominać - Rewelacyjne położenie przy głównej promenadzie w pobliżu sklepików, restauracji,morza,plaży blisko do każdego punktu który trzeba zobaczyć. W pobliżu przystanek autobusowy skąd można jechać wszędzie w każdy zakątek Cypru Nikozja Bardzo łatwo trafić do apartamentu prosty schemat otwarcia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem Gospodarz bardzo pomocny pomoc w organizacji transportu z lotniska zameldowanie o północy możliwe bez problemu Bardzo elastyczny i miły gospodarz polecam nie wykluczone że wrócę jeszcze 😍
• Maxim (6/5): - Расположение отличное.место в квартире достаточно, проблема с горячей водой( так и не разобрались как пользоваться) в кровати спали в одежде, Чистоты нет Есть телевизор ,каналов пару штук Есть чайник , плита Парковку надо поискать, есть платная у дороги

• Alina Martha (7/5): Great location, not very clean, bad smell inside ⬇️ - Good location, close to the main pedestrian street and 5 minutes walk from the bar and restaurant area. Good to know ! ⬇️ ❌ The place itself is really nice, quiet and relaxing, but not so clean. ❌ The apartment has an old furniture witch it’s seen better days: it’s not well-maintained, countertops are slimy, the dishes too. ❌ The feeling is that everything you touch, you’ll get dirty. It’s certainly not too much effort to clean the house responsibly. the apartment needs thorough cleaning. Visited November 2025

• Otto (10/5): Kitűnő lakás Larnaca tengerparti sétányán - A legjobb helyen található. Az erkélyről oldasó tengeri kilátás nyílik. Kényelmes ágy, jól felszerelt konyha, zuhanyzós fürdőszoba, nappali kanapéval, tv-vel. Az erkélyen kifeszített szárítózsinórra lehet kiteregetni, ha a konyhában lévő mosógéppel kimostad a ruhákat. Első emeleti, de igazából a másodikon van, ha gyalogosan mész fel, és nem a liftet használod. Óriási plusz, hogy a szállásadó 16:00 óra helyett, már délután egykor beengedett minket. Nem volt ilyen

• Mihai (9/5): Excellent and comforting - A comfortable apartment, with air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room, equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, right on the seafront, 50 meters from Finikoudes beach. On the ground floor of the building there is a market with everything. It was an excellent stay. The host was very nice and open to our requests and we received detailed information for the accommodation. The noise from the nearby bar on the street, which only stops at midnight, but it's still a holiday resort, so it's understandable.

• Judit (10/5): Perfect apartment for a perfect holiday - Very good value for money apartment! The beach, shops, market, excellent restaurants, rock pub, airport bus stop, harbour, within walking distance. The apartment is practically furnished. A view of the sea... it was wonderful to wake up like that. Wi-fi and air conditioning are excellent. The bed mattress was really comfortable, I really liked the decor of the apartment! The host was attentive and the area was safe. I couldn't find a tea towel... but that wasn't a problem, it was just missing🤷‍♀️

• Elena (8/5): Good value for money, near the beach, and with a lovely sea view. - Very good value for money, just across Finikoudes beach where we spent most of our days in the sun when in Larnaca. The apartment is ideal for a family of 3 as it spacious. It has air conditioning and the wifi is working perfectly. We did not interact too much with the host as there was no need but when we did, we were assisted. Despite the little minuses, it is definitely a place I recommend and where we felt at home. The space will need a makeover as the furniture is quite old and the walls need a hand of paint. As someone else mentioned, there was some heavy smoking in the apartment at some point and the small stayed. Some balcony chairs are also necessary.
• Salvatore (10/5): Perfect flat for a perfect holiday - Everything! Lovely location, very close to the beach and close to all the bars and restaurants. You are literally walking distance from everything you need for a very relaxing and family friendly environment. Plus it's a very safe and calm area, I really enjoyed every single bit. The flat comes with all the necessary and the owner is very attentive and tries to help with everything you need. Mattress a bit too hard. There's a lot of ants around so you'll have to be very careful to dispose of all the rubbish real fast. No one's fault though, it's just how it is in Cyprus. Not in the right position if you like to go to sleep early during the weekend since it's really close to pubs.
