Alok Pandey (1/5): worst Experience in Travel History of last 25 years in this decent price range hotel - Nothing to like I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is in very poor condition and completely unhygienic. The rooms were filthy, with dirty beds and stained, unclean linen. The washrooms were stinking and badly maintained. The air conditioner barely worked and functioned more like a roadside blower fan rather than proper cooling. The hotel offers almost no basic facilities, yet charges very high prices for such low-class services. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the reception staff. They were rude, unprofessional, and behaved as if they were running a five-star property, while failing to provide even the minimum amenities expected from a budget hotel. Overall, the hotel suffers from poor maintenance, poor hygiene, poor facilities, and extremely poor customer service. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone. This property needs serious improvement in cleanliness, staff training, and service standards to justify the prices they charge.
