• Marta (6/5): Abbastanza bene - La struttura si è dimostrata meglio di quanto pensassi. Dalle recensioni sembrava un posto orribile, ma alla fine dei conti per 3 giorni è andata più che bene. La metro sotto casa è molto comoda e l’appartamento, nonostante sia piccolino, per 2 persone va benissimo. L’appartamento poteva essere più pulito e l’host avrebbe potuto lasciarci dei prodotti per pulire. La doccia non funzionava benissimo e ci avrebbe fatto piacere avere una macchina del caffè. La posizione è un po’ lontana dal centro e purtroppo non ci sono supermercati immediatamente nelle vicinanze.

• Paulina (1/5): było okropnie. - nic melina nie pokój. Obiekt znacząco różnił się od tego na booking. Cały sufit i ściany pokryte w grzybie. Okropny smrud, dziury w podlodze. Beznadziejny był również kontakt z wlscicielem, ,,zapomnial” nas poinformowac że drzwi nie dzialają i musieliśmy szukać klucza w innym apartamencie. Odrazu po zobaczeniu stanu pokoju zarezerwowaliśmy inny. Gdy zglosilismy problem do właściciela, kontakt sie urwal. NIE POLECAM

• Paulo N’Kruman (6/5): A estadia foi boa, mas podia ter sido melhor. - As comodidades e o conforto da cama. Humidade, o espaço é muito frio e o aquecedor não era adequado para tal (era minúsculo e não aquecia), em relação a insonorizarão referida, não é verdade, dava para ouvir tudo do outro lado. Alguns itens de cozinha estavam um bocado sujos e o chão também. Espero que levem isto como uma crítica construtiva para melhorarem.

• Manuel (4/5): Excelente ubicación pero no me volvería a quedar - Ubicación a 200 metros de la estación de Metro Francos. Tuve 2 problemas y Vitor, la persona que te contacta (el host) por teléfono respondió a esos dos problemas. Tiene una pequeña kitchenette con una pequeña nevera, cocina eléctrica de dos fuegos, menaje. Hay toallas! El primer problema (grave) fue llegar al edificio y la clave de acceso no funcionaba ya que el dispositivo estaba dañado/roto. Hablé con el host y nos dijo que esperasemos 30 minutos para buscar en el portal de al lado una llave. Esperar ese tiempo en pleno verano no es fácil. Para no perder el tiempo fuimos al súper a comprar unas cosas y asi hacer mas rápida la espera. Y lo otro que también me parece muy grave es el engaño de indicar en la publicación que tiene aire acondicionado y al menos nuestra habitación con kitchenette no tenia aire, fatal para el verano. Debo decir que Vitor nos llevó un ventilador nuevo para hacer el apaño y poder dormir un poco mas cómodo. Sábanas con una mancha algo rara. Estor o presiana enrollable hiper sucia. La ducha del baño con moho, sucia, nada agradable. Hay un dispensador de jabón pero vacio. Afortunadamente siempre viajamos con artículos de higiene. Las fotos no están del todo actualizada y sería prudente que el host lo haga, asi creará una mejor credibilidad del alojamiento y que tome en cuenta estas quejas para que puedan ser subsanadas. Algo inherente al alojamiento es que muy temprano por la mañana había un ruido tremendo por obras cerca de la zona.

Proximité avec un arrêt de métro devant lequel passe la quasi totalité des lignes.(je pense 7 arrêts de métro jusqu'à l'aéroport) Proximité avec pharmacie, laverie, petits commerces et supermarché"continente" Le studio est très bien pour 2 personnes. La salle de bain est confortable. Notre arrivée s'est mal passée car le système de digicode de la porte du petit immeuble était HS. Une solution a été trouvée assez rapidement car on est venu nous apporter une clé. Au départ, on nous a aussi dit que le ménage n'était pas fait.Il était 16h45! Le ménage était bien fait mais la faïence n'était pas propre et les joints du bac à douche sont tâchés , tout comme les oreillers et le rideau qui devraient être changés. La quasi totalité de la vaisselle était sale, collante. Il manquait de nombreux équipements comme le grille pain, le ventilateur , la climatisation...ce qui était sensé être compris tout comme les produits de douche. Pas d'eau et de fruit comme dans l'annonce booking...On avait ce qu'il faut, je le note pour que les futurs locataires le sachent!

• Wendy (6/5): Pleasant - Just for a few days is enough, the location is close to casa de música and very well connected, the bed was comfy. It has television in different languages and channels The wood floor was broken and it was sounding every time. The bathroom has dust. You can hear the noise from outside the train and the other guest close to the room, and when I tried to reach the owner to say that the box of the hairdryer was empty he didn't reply to me.
• Tonij (4/5): Great location, but very basic, cold, and damp, - The location is very close to Francos Metro station. The room was dark - not enough lighting during the night. The bathroom light above the shower is dead, and the only light is above the basin. The bathroom exhaust fan is poorly working, and the room smells damp. All the walls felt damp and cold, especially during the night. The only heater provided is 500 watts, certainly not fit for purpose. During our stay, there was a leak from the ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom. The host provided the bucket two days later. And We had to ask for extra towels. Which is given after repeated requests. The microwave provided is not fit for purpose as there is rust inside. The food smells rusty after heating. The windows condensed so much each morning that we had to wipe it with a towel. And all the walls feel so cold/freezing to touch. The cooking facility and cutterly and plates provided are very basic and limited.

• Jessica (3/5): Add some euros to stay somewhere else, it worth it - Near by the metro and easy check in since nobody is coming to give you the keys. Enough towels for myself. Flat wasn't clean, I could find chocolate paper on the floor from previous travelers. Very thin walls : we hear the neighboors, the metro ... But also, we feel the humidity and cold (even if it wasn't really raining during my stay and was quite warm weather, so I can't imagine during winter in rainy Porto). Not enough household sockets, since one is totally burnt (safety relevante?). No soap and shampoo, which is the minimum we expect when staying in flats registered as hotels.

• Malgorzata (8/5): Good value for money, easy access with metro - Close to metro, easy access any time you come, all necessary utensils in the kitchen. Clean. The mattress could be changed, as it's not keeping the form anymore and for someone with back problems it's important.

• Céline (8/5): Évaluation de l'appartement - Nous avons bien aimé ce petit appartement très fonctionnel. Il est situé à 2 pas du Métro. Il ne manquait de rien. La tranquillité était au rendez-vous. Bon rapport qualité prix.
