• Sarah (9/5): Appartement très agréable - Appartement comfortable et bien situé. Près du bord de mer et des commerces. Calme. Propre. Bus, supérette, agence d'excursion à 5 minutes à pied. Possibilité de se garer en bas de l'immeuble. Bonne communication avec les responsables qui m'ont autorisé à rester 30 min en plus. Une bouteille d'eau était prévue à mon arrivée, même si l'eau de Paphos est potable. La clé est dans une boîte sécurisée à l'entrée. Lit comfortable et deux types d'oreillers. Il y a deux balcons. Grand miroir, sèche cheveux, beaucoup de rangements dans la chambre et la cuisine. Un chat est venu saluer ! Pas de défaut majeur relevé. Juste l'eau chaude met du temps à arriver. Manque un reposoir dans la salle de bain. Pas de chaîne de TV (Youtube et Netflix). Manque quelques ustensiles comme des bols ou des couteaux à viande. La prise du lit pourrait être améliorée. Je n'ai pas aimé qu'on me propose un transfert aéroport à 70 euros alors que le taxi le soir coûte 42€ et le Bolt 32€.

Communication was really good. Price was little bit too much compared to the equipment even for the short period of time of vacation. We stayed for 3 nights.

Visus Pafoso lankytinus objektus aplankėme pėstute arba su viešuoju transportu. Priešai yra didelis parkingas. Apartamentai erdvūs, yra viskas ko reikia buičiai, internetas veikė puikiai, su karštu vandeniu problemų nebuvo. Lova plati, patogi. Yra du kondicionieriai. Maloniai nustebino palikti užkandžiai. Didžiausiai bėda buvo vietinės katės. Apartamentai turi du didelius balkonus, bet jais neįmanoma naudotis, nes gyvūnai iškart smunka vidun, o ir žymi teritoriją, tad sėdėti tikrai nesinori. Laiptinė baisiai netvarkinga, siaubinga smarvė. Sofa jau reikalauja valymo, dušo kabina taip pat, lyginimo lenta ir džiovyklė taip nudėvėti, kad nesinori jais naudotis. Gyvenome savaitę, tad norėjosi, kad būtų pakeisti bent rankšluosčiai.

• Самохвалова (10/5): - Я думаю у этой квартиры лучшее расположение Оно находится в одной минуте от улицы где ходят автобусы и в 6 минутах от самого центра набережной С одной стороны очень тихо и приятно здесь жить, а с другой стороны небольшая пятиминутная прогулка и вы в центре Хозяин супердружелюбный и всегда помогает в ту же минутку если возникает какие-нибудь вопросы. У этой квартиры есть кошка если бы с ней будете дружелюбны и будете подкармливать она будет вам составлять компанию вечером Это очень милая кошка Ванна не маленькая ,а крошечная Это единственная неудобство в этой квартире

• Bartosz (9/5): For biking in December - good spot. - Bright apartment, lot of sunshine in. Good location, walking distance to anywhere in Paphos. Great food around. Humidity in toilets too high, could be better ventilated. Water could be warmer, but nothing annoying.

Czysto i komfortowo 😄 Gospodarze są niezmiernie mili oraz pomocni 😊 Towarzyszem naszego wspaniałego pobytu był kotek 🐈 Bardzo blisko do przystanku z którego jedzie się na lotnisko (linia 612) Jedyna małą kwestią był fakt ze nie zawsze była bardzo ciepła woda mimo włączonego bojlera ale nie było to dla nas problemem
• KKM18 (7/5): Simple and convenient place near the beach - Great location close to good bars and restaurants. The apartment has most of everything you need including some cutlery, kettle. Fridge and stove as well as tea coffee. There's a building cat which manages to find its way onto the 2 balconies which the apartment has, and he/she is super cute. But depends on whether you like cats! WiFi, once we managed to connect to it ( the host is super responsive) was very good too! The apartment could do with some tweaks. For example, would have appreciated a few hooks in the washroom to hang towels on , ora space to put shower gel and shampoo in the shower. To get hot water, you need to put on the switch outside the bathroom for 30 mins ....then switch it off . If it stays on, the water isn't as hot ! This was mentioned in the welcome manual but was t very clear to understand. The coffee machine was also difficult to operate . There is also just the 1 mirror in the bathroom. You might see some tiny spiders in the bathroom, but they re common house spiders and harmless :) There are about 20 steps to climb to this apartment and it's also a 20 min walk to Archaeological site of Nea paphos.

• Joanna (10/5): - The apartment is perfectly located, very close to the beach, the seaside promenade, and many restaurants serving a variety of cuisines. There's a small shop in the same building where you can stock up on essentials, and a large supermarket is about 400 meters away. Despite the proximity to tourist attractions and attractions, the area is quiet, peaceful, and safe. This is my second time staying in the apartment and I'm very happy that I managed to rent it again this year. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. It has two balconies on either side of the building; one served as a drying room, and the other was a lovely spot for breakfast and evening wine. The hosts are truly exceptional! They respond to all your needs immediately and are very helpful, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend this apartment and hope to rent it again next year.

• Ulrich (9/5): Schöne Wohnung mit Katzenanschluss - Gut ausgestattetes und gut geschnittene Apartment nah zu Lokalen. Wirklich schön und sichere Gegend. Die "Hauskatze", die gezielt Einlass und Verpflegung begehrt, hat und schnell erzogen und uns zum Einkauf von Katzenfutter verpflichtet. Liebes und wollenstarkes Tier 🐱😅 Eigentlich ist alles in Ordnung. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist durch Bauschutt beim Nachbargebäude nicht unbedingt die allerschönste Aussicht, aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit.

• Jolanta (9/5): Polecam jak najbardziej - Mieszkanie bardzo fajne, wyposażon we wszystko co potrzeba. Ma 2 klimatyzacje choć trzeba chwili aby je rozpracować :p 2 balkony ale 1 okupowany przez koty które wchodzą obok po gzymsie i śpią na stole/krzesłach (jesli ktoś nie przepada za kotami to to jest ciężkie doswiadczenie). SmartTv z możliwością logowania do tv online także super. Blisko do plaży, sklepów, restauracji, centrum Kato Pafos. Blisko do lotniska - autobus prawie spod domu (jedzie jakieś 25min). Wifi jest choć czasami zanikało. Łóżko - na 1 chwile wydało się super ale po 2 nocach nie moglam na nim spac - wszystkie kości bolały (może to mój odosobniony przypadek). Najbliższą okolica niezbyt "urokliwa", dużo budynków w remoncie lub rozpadzie. Bardzo dużo kotów- nawet cały lokal dla nich na parterze - kto lubi to ma co głaskać.
• Oleh (8/5): В принципе неплохой вариант - Хорошее расположение, 7-10 минут до хорошего чистого пляжа. Кошка очень любвеобильная и дружелюбная. Было несколько переходников с евро-розетки. Хозяева позаботились о воде в холодильнике, несколько снэков, вафли, кофе, сливки, чай. Мелочь, но приятно. Тихо, соседей не было слышно. В самой квартире чисто на 7/10, (не считая душевой) Мелочи которые нетрудно устранить в финансовом плане, но портят впечатление о столь неплохой и стильной квартире. А именно старая, немного сломанная сушилка, потрескавшиеся от солнца прищепки. Немного маленькая душевая. Направляющие дверцы в душевой сломанные, грязные углы в душевой. Слив пришлось почистить чтоб не застаивалась вода. Очень неприятно это было делать после заселения и тем более после кого-то Несколько волос на кровати

There were construction works inside the apartment building that started early on Saturday and continued throughout the entire day. It was extremely loud and very annoying we couldn't sleep in, which was not really great. I am sure it were necessary works but a warning would have been nice.

Its big, comfortable with two balconies. Everything Was perfect. The customer service is sooo sooo sooo profesional! I did not expect that for this price! Well done Flamingo team!
• Vasiliki (7/5): Overall, it is a good choice for accommodation, with a modern aesthetic and comfort. - The accommodation is in an excellent location, offering direct access to points of interest. It is clean, modern, and equipped with many useful appliances, such as a washing machine, an electric stove, and a refrigerator, making the stay more convenient. However, one drawback was the performance of the air conditioning units, as they did not provide sufficient heating, which could be an issue during the winter months. Additionally, the entrance of the building is in need of a complete renovation, although the apartment itself is recently renovated and modern. Lastly, the bathroom was quite small.

This killed a vibe a bit. I know, this is independed, but still aware of this during the booking time would be better. Great contact with the owner. Bathroom is smaller than on the picture and could be better cleaned.

The apartment is located in a great area, very close to the seaside promenade and many restaurants and at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend!
• Agnieszka (10/5): Exceptional - The place is more than we expected. Apartment is located near Pafos broadwalk, shops and restaurants, but at the same time it is calm, quiet and peaceful. Behind the building there is a huge, safe parking where we could leave our rented car. It was comfy, clean, the bed is very good and we had the best sleep there! In the kitchen everything you need for cooking. In general it feels like home. The staff is great, helpful, and smiling. Huge plus for the cat that runs all the building and came to visit us as well- we became best friends. If I had a chance I would come back to the same place
• Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - I travel a lot, I have rented many apartments and I can say that in its price category this is the best apartment ever. Communication with the host is great, every request is fulfilled, you can see the concern for customer satisfaction. The apartment is extremely clean, the equipment is sufficient, the nice, intimate terrace is the perfect place for breakfast or evening wine. The bed is comfortable as is the sofa in the living room. Bed linen and towels are of a good standard. WIFI is ok, only one day there was a problem, but it was the fault of the supplier, not the hosts. The surroundings are quiet, friendly and safe, especially since a dozen or so meters away there is a policeman on duty day and night, guarding a certain object. The location is ideal! Very close to the beach and a large number of pubs. A few hundred meters from the apartment is a Poplife supermarket, and downstairs in the same house a small shop with very nice service. I am very, very satisfied and I recommend this apartment to everyone. Since I liked Paphos very much, I will try to stay in this apartment again and for longer, especially since I was promised a 10% discount after the stay. :)
• David (9/5): We can thoroughly recommend it. - no breakfast, but a very good range of facilities including iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, fridge, freezer with ice ready, balcony, good shower. Location is not that close to a beach (10-15 mins walk) but is central in the lower town of Paphos with nearby boardwalk, bars, pubs and restaurants plentiful. The Old Town of Paphos has more character and lots of bars and eateries, but is a 30 min uphill walk or a bus ride away. Easy parking right there. A bit of walk in the morning to the nearest cafe. We were there in November, so maybe some places were closed. Had to locate wifi and switch it on, but once on it was great. It's quite difficult to find and to drive there you need google maps as there are lots of one-way streets. Needs a couple more hooks for towels on the bathroom maybe.

There are no problems with parking. It would be nice to have mosquito nets on the windows so that you can leave the windows open at night instead of using air conditioning

As well, you can find Georgian restaurant very close. This area is full of love and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!!! Nothing to add.
