• Neil (9/5): Superb - Location at end of 18 tram line easy travel to Vienna Hbf. Easy access to canal and U-bahn. Comfortable and well equipped apartment, would definitely use again. Balcony was nice to have. A bit of the confusion on entry as there was a late change to the keybox location inside the building that I missed, but that was swiftly resolved withe a quick telephone call

• Alex (9/5): Superb - There were no problems with the preliminary online self-registration (filling out forms) and reaching the apartment were uncomplicated. Location: The location is good, not far from the center - within walking distance (about 20 minutes). There is a large shopping center with a Spar store nearby, where you can buy almost everything, and a metro station hub. Inside: Very clean, urban. Bright, flooded with light and sun, and very quiet - a bedroom overlooking the courtyard, so there is no street noise. The company has several apartments in the block - read the descriptions! We and our friends rented two on different floors. The apartments are the same as in the photo. Everything is very clean and new, with separate bedroom and modern comfort. And a cozy balcony overlooking the courtyard. Only once in the morning there was a little noise when garbage was being removed from the yard. The apartment has everything you need for comfort. Kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher (+ some capsules), coffee maker (+ some capsules), electric kettle, some tea bags (very good if you arrive in the evening), sugar, spices. The bathroom is small but has everything you need - a hair dryer, iron & board, washing machine. So, everything was great: kindness and attention from the hosts, excellent communication with them. I asked permission to leave half an hour later - everything was ok. It was a very good experience and I will definitely recommend this accommodation. The area is not very good for eating & walking - a ministerial area, but it is very quiet and safe. And of course we didn’t come to Vienna to sit inside :) It was a bit stuffy to sleep in the living room (the sofa is ok), but the slightly open door to the balcony helped.

• Carol (7/5): Good - Clean and comfortable apartment. Very close to public transport for the main areas or a 20 minute walk to the centre. Good self check in system. No ability to alter heating in the rooms. Very limited kitchen supplies would have likes scissors or some microwave dishes. Need to be careful getting around the bed due to industrial size piping being used for clothes rails, which are not visible in the dark.

• Amy (9/5): Superb - Brilliant location, very easy to find. Apartment was spotlessly clean & has everything you need, including kitchen & laundry facilities. Team were really helpful and answered any queries quickly. Good communication & check in was very easy. Noise travels within the building so we were woken up a few times by people in the corridor. However this is not a huge problem and the location is very quiet so no traffic or street noise to deal with.

I liked the washing machine and drying rack The shower was very small and didn’t accommodate for large people. I’m nearly 200 cm tall and showering was difficult because my arms would hit the walls.
• Robert (7/5): Enjoyable, in spite of misleading information on Booking.com - Convenient location. For the self check in the communication explaining the procedure was way too late as we were in transit and not easily contactable. Consequently we were not greeted at the door by anyone. Communication at checkout also too late, as it came as we went out the door. The description of the apartment is misleading in that there is NO balcony as promised. The small adjacent yard with smoking deck is not a balcony, nor is it private. A balcony suggests an upper level, but this is a ground floor dwelling. Privacy was incomplete because the curtains could not be pulled across on account of friction on the curtain rail 3 metres above, and 1 window had no curtain at all.

• Saab (7/5): OK appartment, but check that you have the one you want. - Good communication with the letting company This company has several appartments in this block. The appartment you see in the photos on booking.com may not be the one you actually get which I feel is misrepresentation. I thought I had booked an appartment in an elevated floor with a balcony. Instead I recieved a ground floor appartment, no balcony. It was extremely hot, no aircon and could not open the windows fully overnight for ventilation. During the day, it was noisy as it was next to the main exit for the appartment block. The letting company did not provide the details of which appartment they had allocated until 2 days before I travelled. They would not change the appartment as they were fully booked and I could not find another at an equivalent location or cost before I travelled for a business trip. The appartment was OK, although a little sterile. However, it is the poor representation/description of what I thought I was booking, presented to me at the last minute, which made the whole experience unpleasant.

• Margot (6/5): Check the weather and if it is more than 30 degrees Celsius (86 Fahrenheit) I would not recommend it - The apartment was very clean and friendly, like on the picture. The balcony was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. The fact that the apartment was extremely hot. It had 29 degrees Celsius inside. There was one fan in the bedroom which worked very well. But in the other room, where my daughters slept, was none. I asked for one and they told me that they don't have another fan and they were all in use by other apartments. They told us that in a few days, we would have one. I ended up buying one because we still had a number of days and there were extreme temperatures in Vienna. It was unbearable, the bathroom was like a steam sauna. I also asked for another set of key and a broom and the answer was always "unfortunately....", no customer service whatsoever. You also have to keep in mind that if you stay let's say for a week, there are no cleaning tools. There was only a little brush and a dustpan and I was trying my best to clean the floor, which was really challenging. For all this reason I would not rent this apartment again, despite the fact that it was charming and in a very good location.

• Faisa (2/5): Very poor - Clean, good location. Our family did not pay for the apartment itself at a fixed price, but a per person price was used for the payment amount. We as four grown adoults found ourselfes in a situation where all 4 of us could not fit on the bed plus the couch, so one of us had to sleep on the floor as a result. We figured this apartment is probably used by less people at once, or families with smaller children, or perhaps 2 couples who do not mind barely fitting on a couch as shown on our pictures. We immediately contacted the host with this issue, and they seemed helpful at first, but did not actually find us any solution as they basically communicated that they were okay with us sleeping like this, because "other people did not have this issue" - which I believe is very much a non-customer oriented approach. Only visit this apartment if you are max. 3 people, or if you are with smaller children.

• Lucy (9/5): Fantastic apartment, location and staff. Would definitely stay here again! - The whole experience of staying here was fantastic. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The staff who look after the place were friendly, quick to respond and have very clear instructions of how to get in. Would book here again! The only issue we had was that it was very hot when we visited and there was no fan to help cool down. Not an enough of an issue to not stay here though.
