Martin (5/5): - lage super der cafeautomat ging nicht, weil nicht sauber und entkalkt. habe das angemerkt und es wollte jemand kommen. nicht passiert. die Tür lies sich von innen nicht schliessen, weil die Tür zu viel lack hat und nicht passend schließt. das Duschgel war aus und wurde nicht gefüllt. der Drehknopf der dunstabzugshaube ist nicht vorhanden. Sauberkeit gut. und Ausstattung und design gut.
Bettina (8/5): - Gut organisiert, Wohnung zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Bei Problemen werden diese sofort gelöst, sowie man diese meldet. (Als wir kamen war der Abfluss im Küchenbecken verstopft. Am nächsten Morgen gleich Nachfrage, auch, ob der Handwerker während der Abwesenheit das Zimmer betreten darf - am NAchmittag bei unserer Rückkehr war alles repariert.) Die Putzmannschaft könnte gelegentlich die Funktionsfähigkeit prüfen. Korkenzieher defekt in der Schublade, nicht zu verwenden. TV ging nicht, da der Firestick fehlte. Abfluss komplett verstopft im Küchenbecken. Alles Kleinigkeiten, die aber bei einem kurzen Blick auffallen könnten.
