Valerie (8/5): Hotel Sapna take service seriously - The staff were very welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure all I needed for my stay was provided. Breakfast was included 8-9.30am. I had to leave before then and staff brought my requested fare to my room. Room service food was tasty when I wanted to relax in the room. Daily cleaning was undertaken to a scrupulous standard. Security staff were on hand to escort in on arrival, ensure a safe departure and greet your passing with Namaste. A lot to like. It took a bit of adjustment to requesting a tub of hot water outside of the 7-11am plumbed supply but it never took long to arrive and added a more authentic feel I grew to enjoy.

Parking could be an issue, if you come in own vehicle.
