- Sajjad (1/5): - First, their staff is very rude and second, they made me drink acid in my water, which ruined my entire tour and I was sick for three days. Secondly, they rejected my booking and charged me extra money, and the facilities they promised online turned out to be the opposite, so I was very embarrassed in front of my family.

I asked him, should i cancel the booking. He said, yes you should cancel, if you do not come on time, then no need to come here. It was so rude.

- Hassam (1/5): I would never recommend, nor would I encourage anyone, to stay at this group of hotels. - The room service boy, however, was good. The receptionist's behavior and the claims regarding their services at the time of check-in were highly disappointing. Promised services, such as hot water, were not provided for two days, yet charges for these services were still applied. Additionally, the inventor was throwing dust, the furniture was broken, and the kitchen and garbage collection were treated the same way. This all happened during my stay at their Emporium branch.

Before entering the property, I was continuously in contact with their staff member on whatsapp, and he was telling me that, Sir, I am waiting for you. The room is available. But right after I entered the property, they denied accommodating me by saying that you were in contact with the other person whose duty is in the morning time. What is this behaviour. Then they sent me to their other branch, which was like a hell experience. Rooms were smelly, and there were too much dirty walls and everything. The furniture was broken and I saw a mouse running there and the smell of mouse poop was also there. They showed me their first branch, and then upon reaching there, they sent me to the hell. This was like a honey trap because in this way, they think that now the customer is here and he has no other option left now and we can sell our third class service to him by taking advantage of his compulsion. I totally do not recommend this property. This was hell like experience

- Sheikh (8/5): almost upto payment standards. - Excellent location, KFC at walking distance, A food street at KhiaBan e Firdausi, Emporium Mall nearby, where shopping and food court is available, Carrefour and Alfatah Shopping super markets nearby, ATM cash machine at 50 feet away, Two Desi Kiosk and Desi burger shop next door Neighbours, photocopy shop nearby, Expo trade center nearby, a big construction material market nearby, two good banquet marriage halls nearby, etc. cleaning guys never say no, even you can ask for clean sheets, bathroom, dry clean curtains etc for long stay, after taking advance non refundable, they stay with business promises.
