• Chari (9/5): Great stay - The property was huge . Having tele in both rooms makes it more entertaining. Location is one ride to Termini. Shops , cafe and metro are around the corner. Smooth communication with the host. Good aircon in rooms. I recommed this place . The hot water not working good. Need to fix especially if it’s winter . Good that we traveled in May.

Dobra komunikacja z właścicielem w trakcie pobytu, mimo kilku 'problemów technicznych" szybko reagował uwagi. Biorąc po uwagę cenę - polecam! Do poprawy komunikacja przed przyjazdem. W trakcie bez zarzutów.

Además que había otra habitación para huéspedes que la propietaria del piso se olvidó de limpiar y creyó que había sido yo quien había entrado en ella y la había puesto en alquiler por mi propia cuenta, un disparate.. su descuido me trastocó un poco las vacaciones a pesar de su amabilidad inicial

• vincenzo (7/5): - Struttura situata a poche centinaia di metri dalla metro A. Complessivamente un pernottamento nella norma, una stanza che si presenta abbastanza spaziosa con una serie di comfort minimal. Spazi in comune molto basici, puliti. Check-in abbastanza agevole e veloce. L'appartamento necessita di una rinfrescata generale, è stato lasciato in molte cose nella sua configurazione originale, manca un po' la sensazione di accoglienza nell'ambiente. Dispiace per un persistente odore di fumo e dei molesti rumori dal piano superiore che hanno reso il pernottamento meno sereno. Sebbene l'host abbia ascoltato con disponibilità le mie dimostranze, non mi ha più ricontattato per aggiornarmi su una possibile risoluzione dei problemi: bisogna che l'host sia tempestivo e si accerti personalmente su ciò che accade nella propria struttura.

• Vaishnavi (7/5): Budget-friendly - All the facilities mentioned were provided and we were satisfied by our stay here. Although it is far from the centre, the metro connection to this area is good. We frequently travelled by metro. Overall, it was budget friendly and well worth. Location is in a very crowded residential area. But in a place like Rome, this is the best option in our budget :)

• Aaditya (8/5): Very good - It was superb. The property in itself is awesome. Good stay. The check-in process was not good as we had to wait for quite a while. Still the lady was sweet and kind.
• Zarmeen (8/5): Good value for money - The apartment was clean and nice. The room was exactly as shown in the picture. The place is a bit far from central Rome but is easily access through the metro (almost 15 min walk from nearby metro stop)
• Iana (7/5): Good - 10 minutes walk to the metro. 11 metro stops to Termini Station. Good district. The room and shared zones are clean. Be careful that these is not separate apartment, although in the title there is a word "apartment", you need to read the description carefully - this is one room, other people live in the other room and you share a bathroom and a kitchen with them. It's written, but you should read it carefully. 1) price/quality ratio - for ourselves we have realized that for this price it is better to book a hotel closer to the center and with a private bathroom and breakfast. 2) Check-in at 16, check-out at 10, if you are in Rome for 2-3 days, this is not very convenient. It is better to book a hotel where check-in is at 12-14 and check-out is at 12, and in other hotels you can also leave your luggage until the evening 3) There were problems with the first entrance - the gate to the yard and the entrance to the staircase. The owner doesn't sent instructions in advance, as it is usually in the case with contactless check-in; you receive them minute by minute at check-in, and if you do not have a constant Internet connection, there it may be a problem. For the first time, the owner opens the doors remotely. We had to wait for the doors to the courtyard and entrance to open for about an hour. But the owner explained the situation: “I just opened it, but the problem is that we open the door remotely, if someone pass through the door and closes it, you find it closed.” We had to call some neighbours and explain the situation so that some of them would open the first door for us, then the second one. There were no more problems with entering the apartment; we entered using the code. If you have a constant Internet connection, there may not be such problems. Once you have the keys, the next time there will be no such problems. 4) Usually in shared kitchens there is a set of the simplest things - tea, salt, pepper, oil. All this was not the case here. Only coffee machine. Of course, coffee machine is a more impressive sign than salt/pepper/tea, but does not replace the most necessary ones.

• Michal (9/5): Good place to stay in Rome - I really appreciate the communication with the owner, the check-in and check-out went really smoothly. The apartment was really clean, spacious with sufficient space for 6 people. There was also a kitchen with basic equipment to cook your meal Just a small things - there were just 4 chairs in the apartment however we were 6 people. And also the Kitchen could be slightly better equipped for cooking for 6 people.

• Kentaro (10/5): It was a very good hotel. As a user, I would like many people to use this hotel. - The hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. We were confused about how to get into the room, but the staff were helpful. There are also plenty of amenities, and I rented an espresso machine to drink coffee in the morning. I would like to stay there when I visit Rome again. Not particularly. We would have been even more satisfied if there were slippers in the room and a bigger trash can.
• Yuval (1/5): Don't go there !!! - Don't go there !!! 1) He refused to let me in !!! - Even that it was late at night, and I told him I have nowhere to go. - Even that there is no other hotels/ hostels in that area, and almost no public transportation at that time. - Even that I told him I received confirmation email from Booking. 2) It's very far from the center of Rome. 3) He refused to give me back the money. 4) He was very rude. 5) There were almost no people at that time in the area, nothing was open, and the neighborhood seems dangerous (and I have been in Naples). I called him over the phone him and he was angry that I woke him up, he was very rude, and refused to let me in. I explained him that it is very late at night now and I have nowhere to go. He refused and hung up the phone. I was lucky I found nice Italian couple that helped me get to the bus station. I called him a few days later, and he got angry that I called him on the weekend, he was very rude, and refused to give me the money back, and hung up. I am using booking all my life and I NEVER had something like this. NEVER. I almost never give a bad review. I am honest. Another thing: The Italian people are great, generous, honest and friendly. The hostels/ airbnb in Italy were better than I expected. This case doesn't represent the hostels in this great country.
• Wayne (9/5): A good budget option in Rome - A comfortable room and as described in booking.com. A kitchen so we could buy from local supermarkets and cook if we wanted. The apartment block looks a little rundown from the outside but nice once inside. It was a little difficult to find initially, but it was easy to contact the owner by WhatsApp. Note exactly what entry door as the blocks of apartments look the same. Shared apartment as two bedrooms and shared bathroom but very clean and good communication as to who else was staying each night. A 15 minute walk to the metro but felt safe at night.
