- Luthando (5/5): Beautuful establishment, rotten service - The place is beautiful and quite close to amenities like the airport. The breakfast staff were very nice. They inflated the price, booking.com charged me one price and they increased it by R200. The reception staff were also quite rude. I was given a room that seemed to have just had the carpets cleaned and it was smelly so I asked that they change me to another room. My card would not open the gates and they had to be reprogrammed.

- Romeo (7/5): Very helpful and friendly staff, enjoyed my stay. - Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean room. Breakfast, i missee bacon on the menu. the room had very little Tea and Coffee. at the Conference room, there were no sideplates at thencoffee stations. There were no glasses on the tables inside the conference venue.

- Sinah (4/5): Not so good but I had to change rooms, it was better at 2002 - the food was well prepared although on the 31 October, we had to wait for more than 45 minutes for the eggs as they were finished I totally did not like the bed at 1402. It was finished and even a sponge was inserted to try to balance the mattress. Why should it be like this, we are paying to sleep better at the hotel not what happened and i experienced with Kopanong on the 7th October 2025
- Macdonald (10/5): - Place and rooms beautiful U must have small stove
- shivesh (9/5): Peaceful - Breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect. Staff was respectful and helpful. Room was cleaned when i was at the conference and lady who checks the rooms if they are cleaned also came to check as well. Nothing
- Horst (7/5): -
- Cara (10/5): Business trip - Perfect for business
- Coopan (5/5): For work yes - The restaurant and staff. The bar was Great. The bartender was excellent and friendly everytime I seen him. Was noisy, aircon and fridge motors was very loud, but my last night was good.
I noticed that the cleaner, goes into the room to clean with out a notice on a door, I been to hotels and lodges ask for cleaning services, but with this place they dont, they should change their ways, cause it's should be a request to clean tag,..... Anyway overall it wasn't convenient to get to places, very far away. But it was okay.
- Mokone (10/5): - I was happy, friendly staff, clean rooms. If you need to clear your mind and a peace of mind, this is a place to go to. Nothing
- UshmiZA (6/5): - Location. I was here for a dental conference, which was literally a walk over to the conference area.
Large suite. Spacious enough for my mom who was with me. 1) Breakfast was continental, but not enough savory/warm options for a vegetarian who doesn't do cereal.
2) The aircon in the room (3101) is old and sounds like a tractor.
3) We pay more for a suite with a "kitchenette" thinking that at least basic crockery and cutlery will be provided. This is especially important for people who have different diets (vegetarian in my case). However, we only had 2 cups & saucer sets with 2 teaspoons, and 2 drinking glasses. Not even a swab, disclose, dishwashing liquid to wash up after oneself.
4) This "suite" was booked for 2 people. But upon arrival, only ONE bottle of water was provided. Serious cost cutting happening at this hotel. No shower caps. Bathing stuff provided for single person only. Was glad I carried my own soap and shampoo.
5) Poor cleaning: The blanket had a moth (or some insect) embedded into it. And there was a spider web in the kitchen.
6) No block out curtains. So be prepared to lose sleep if you're a light sleeper like me.
7) King pillows to sleep with. The big and fat and hard kind. Who sleeps on that? This was exchanged upon request. But you seriously need to think about whether a normal human being can sleep on such big, hard & thick pillows. Maybe put 2 king and 2 standard pillows so that people can choose.
- Richard (10/5): - Great staff. Friendly and efficient at the hotel. The room service was exceedingly poor. We waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes before the food arrived. Also was promised that a plant-based/vegan diet could be accommodated. Kopanong couldn't. It is great if you eat meat though.

- Lal (8/5): -
- Mhlanga (8/5): - Everything was in order. N/A
- Kalisha (2/5): - Nothing really. The bath towels were hand towel size.
The TV was old and portrayed poor quality.
The shower was soo small that you have to literally stand against a wall. Place was cold. The aircon was extremely noisy (used the heat function)
- Mhlanga (9/5): - The environment, cleanliness and service
- Zachariah (10/5): -
- Ntonbi (1/5): No customer care - Nothing I checked in and to room 2901 and tried to switch the aircon on but it not turning to heat ans called the male receeptionist and told him the room was to cold and asked to give us another roon thos is too cold and He said the was no other room and aent maintainance who said the aircom is a problem on this room why they checked us on this room He qas actualy talking to his collegue not me. My husband joined and complained and that was the hottest hotel, Around 20h30 when we were already in bed reception called us asking us to move to another room because the aircon is leaking outside suddenly they had a room to move us to wow and told us its warm. We had to dress and go to the other room. For dinner we ordered grilled chicken and we were served a stale chicken covered with curry gravey, we told the maintainance guy to tell them to fetch their stale chicken from 2901 they called us aound 21h15 to find out abt the meal it was too late. Breakfast my husband sat there with no one to offer coffee but waiters were there cleaning aound 7h30 time of service he had to stand up and ask for service. Your staff are in the comfort zone they dont look energetic they are there to give service not excellent service or memorable one. I think the hotel is for groups and conference not leasures
