• Ross (3/5): Modern but a bit dirty and smelly - Good modern facilities, but the awful mould smell - is a bit overwhelming. Serious problems exist with ventilation. Opening windows does not solve the long-term problem. Scented sticks only mask the true problem of mould in the air. The cleanliness of the place was bad. Lumps of hair in shower, black hair on bathroom floor. We are blond - we know it is not ours! Lovely bathroom lighting that shows the wall tiles are dirty. I question the thoroughness of the cleaner. The modern construction needs improved ventilation. A terrible mouldy smell exists - regardless of the open windows. Scented sticks only mask a real problem.

• Carlos (9/5): Superb - Location is very good. Sebastian (hoster) is very nice and helpful. Perfect apartment for 2 or 2 + 2 children. Comfortable and very new. To mention one point, hot water tank not enough for 4 consecutive showers.
• Sharma (10/5): If you have it available for yoir dates, book it without thinking - Thoughtfull planning of every detail of the space. Smart, clean, comfortable. Absolute bliss! I liked sharp kitchen knifes, good quality matching ceramic tableware. Spacious bathroom and rain shower with good pressure. Huge supermarket litterally at a doorstep. 50 meters from historical city centre. There is no "buts" about this loft. If you are lucky to have it available on your dates, book it without thinking. I was ok with it, but the entrance to the loft is from the street and it can get noisy sometimes.
