• Donna (1/5): Horrible service and the owner was extremely rude. - We read over the check-in instructions including the address provided. The address took us to an area full of cabins, but there was no direct number or letter connected to the cabin that we needed to be at. We drove around and tried to find it, although the lighting was horrible, and we never could find our place. We did do a very late check-in due to work and tried to contact the owner. When we finally got a hold of him, he was extremely rude, even accusing me of being drunk due to my speach (I’ve had a brain injury) and kept telling me that I woke him up and he had sick kids. Not a very pleasant experience at all! I rent a lot of properties and have never had to give a bad review nor do I have bad reviews, but this guy was definitely top notch in the rude department and made the whole experience, extremely difficult and all about himself and his sick kids. I would not recommend this property at all. Customer service
• Sylvia (10/5): overall we had a really nice stay, enjoyed our whole weekend - It was Cozy, Our own private little area. really enjoyed the screened in back porch. nothing
• Joy (10/5): Amazing vacation - The cabn was great! It wasn't too far from the main road which was convenient. The sreened in porch in the back was where we spent most of the time that we were actually at the cabin. The layout of the cabin was well thought out. It was very comfortable. There is so much to do in the area. We'll be back for sure Since we were close to the road there was road noise that you could hear from the porch. It was to be expected though, We had a small speaker with us that we sat behind the little table outside and it cover the noise nicely without being rude to the guests at the other cabins.
• Moore (8/5): - Loved the setting of the cabin. Off in the woods. Private. But still close enough to town for late night dinners or early breakfast.
• Rhoades (9/5): We loved our stay here, and will be checking availability if/when we travel to the area again. - The entire place was amazing, Me and the wife spent alot of time just relaxing on the large screened in back porch overlooking the forest. One of the most relaxing vacations we ever went on,

• Self (10/5): It was our first time to ever stay in Eureka Springs, so I have to say what a little time we had it was very stress-free - For starters, the people that own the place were very sweet and nice and make sure that we had everything that we needed and even checked on later to see if we were still OK needed anything? And I absolutely enjoyed our time there.💜🙌🤗🎶🎶💜🦋 No tv in the bedroom 😌

• Louis (8/5): Very pleasant love the cabin - I really love the cabin. It lives up to its name cozy maybe a new couch would not hurt other than that. I loved it. I need that on my property.🤣 I really enjoyed the screened in porch area. I would rent it again.
