• Dusko (2/5): Modern appartment close to everything without internet access and careless host - Heated pool , jacuzzi and location. Apartment was infested with cockroaches and when I reported that, I was told to buy a spray in convenience store. In our apartment 202 we didn’t have internet access all 8 days and host Zoe didn’t care about that. Only response was to restart / reset router and that internet bill was paid:(

• Tate (10/5): A place for a holiday - The location is fantastic—right next to the shopping centre, making it incredibly convenient, and just a minute from the beach. The view is absolutely fabulous. If there were a flyscreen, that would be great.

• Sarena (8/5): Fantastic location, enjoyed wine o’clock evenings watching the moon rise from garden - Great location! A min walk to beach, restaurants, beach etc. liked being on same level with outdoor garden bbq and pool area. Don’t be put off by the lifts and hallways to get to the apartment, they are a bit dingy, but the apartment is not. The only issues with the apartment is the shower spray onto the tiled floor area. It is actually a safety issue but a quick solution would be to have a rubber type mat that the water can drain through to be safer to walk on, and extra bath mats to wipe up excess water.

• Oj (10/5): Amazing place to stay! - Very well thought out apartment, which catered for my family of 4 with two young children who loved the place! Zoe was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with whenever I needed to enquire about something at very short notice. Kids loved the outdoor area where they could run around and the apartment felt very homely. Prime location! In the heart of surfers could get anywhere within a min or two, will definitely be booking this place again in the future, thanks again Zoe! Everything was great, the grounds keeper man was quite rude but everything else was fine

• Roane (10/5): Perfect family staycation - Everything. Cosy and felt at home soon as we got it. Close to CBD close to the beach. Easy transportation through didi. A little bit loud sometimes at night. Maybe soundproofing the unit soon?

Neat, clean and well-equipped one bedder. - Great apartment and with a lot of little 'extras' such as more than enough tupperware, ice bricks, use of a noodle for the pool, spare sheets, which were not needed but nice touch anyway, plenty of condiments which is not the usual!, great communication before and during the stay when needed. Great having the pool just a few metres from back door along the grass and sooo close to beach. We were well-aware of this before travelling but the undercover parking height limit was only 1.8m and even though our vehicle went very close to that we were ok, albeit a little hair-raising in parts. Having said that we parked in the outside carpark the second time.

• Aleksandra (7/5): Apart of the some drawbacks that I have mentioned, the apartment is well furnished and equiped with everything you need - Perfect location When traveling with a baby the first thing you need is everything to be extra clean and in this case it was not. Too much dust under bads and in the wardrobe. Not much space in wardrobe to put clothes. Also, you can hear everything from the apartment above, in this case was big noise from the bed moving every night, which was very annoying.

• Evelyn (9/5): My host Zoe was very good. She is beyond compare in attending to our needs. - The location was superb. Our host Zoe replies in a flash & communicates very easily with us. She is excellent! The noise next door. It could've been very good if that apartment was soundproof.
• Nadine (5/5): Facilities were not clean. - The shower was full of mold, bath mat was moldy and pubic hair clump was found at the bottom of the shower. The shower was not cleaned and it was not to a standard I would expect when paying top dollar at a tourist destination. I would not stay again.
• Denise (6/5): Handy to pool and public bbq area with reasonably tidy outdoor area - location was great, good air-con - no bugs flying in sliding door at night. Liked car park situation, close to lift for groceries etc. Nicely furnished but lacking final touches; eg windows dirty and sliding door tracks. Main bedroom backed onto the entry foyer of other units......no windows, just a blind to cover the window. Bathroom, very dated. No instructions avail re washing machine etc. Had two issues; power (fixed next day, still awaiting an answer re compensation; door locked in error by electrician) - both fixed after extended texts.
• Patricia (3/5): Just tolerable - Location was near the beach and many restraunts. Battled ants in the kitchen and bath throughout our stay. No space for food storage except for fridge. No instructions provided for operating HVAC, stove, etc. Cooking pots were dirty and had to be washed prior to use. Shower floor was grimy and had loose stones. Shower head was frayed and sprayed everywhere. "Sea view" consisted of the horizon unless you left the unit and walked to the wall overlooking a demolished building site.

• Krystal (10/5): Best holiday ever! - Everything.. The location was 2 minutes from the beach, and 5 from Cavill ave! The room itself was beautifully furnished with so much love put into the decor it felt like a home! The communication was efficient and really friendly! The only fault I have was I could hear the drains through the walls at night.

• Simon (8/5): Great well equipped apartment in brilliant location, just a noisy building - Great location and the apartment is on the second floor, just walk out the door to the bbq and pool. Well equipped. The apartment block is soooo noisy, you hear water flushing and all sorts of unexplainable noises which just woke us all up before 6am. Not a fault of this apartment as such, but this was an issue for us.

• Upul (10/5): Exceptional - You cannot beat the location and the view, plus your own little front lawn! The pool and sauna were just meters away! The unit was packed with generous amounts of tea coffee bin bags and everything yoou can imagine. Directions given were precise. Owner responded in a matter of minutes to inquiries and assisted promptly always. Our 3yo had heaps of toys/games available to play with. Rubbish disposal & laundry at your fingertips! An absolutely pleasant stay! The area where the toilet is gets a little wet after a shower because it is not separated by a screen, but isn't a big deal at all.

Bed was extremely comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, with 2 towels in the form of swans on the end of bed, which was a lovely touch. 😉 Kitchen well equipped, coffee machine, even down to Glad wrap , Alfoil & plastic zip bags. I look forward to a future stay. N/A

• Sneddon (9/5): Superb - Kitchen couch TV view bathroom, and styling of the apartment. Pool area was nice too. A bit noisy at times, and a bit hot in the bedroom. The main table and chairs are a bit unstable. Sometimes the light in the bedroom goes on and off without pressing any buttons.

Apartment was newly renovated, well stocked and very clean. Needed a blind/ curtain in living area (Owner said one is coming soon)
• Ashraf (9/5): the best place to relax in your own home - Outstanding location and very helpful hosts. There is nothing to fault in the choice and we would highly recommended it. We booked it on behalf of visitors but we would consider it for ourselves. Guests could not find the key so needed the hosts to come over for assistance. It was not a problem and only took 15 minutes to resolve. Guests have never had to pick up keys from a key lock and were not familiar with process.
• Melenewycz (8/5): A great location for a Surfers Paradise break within walking distance to Caville Avenue. - The location (unobstructed views to the beach), cleanliness, amenities and check in process was fantastic. The host was responsive and helpful and the bed was comfy! There was a lot of noise being this close to Caville Avenue and at the tail end of the second week of schoolies, but all in all, the stay was great.
