Lo peor,la iluminación del apartamento. No hay luz en la habitación y en el comedor ,la luz insuficiente . La tapa del váter sigue sin arreglarse ,ya leí unas reseñas en abril sobre eso,pues sigue igual...

• Stephen (8/5): Mushroom Plaza - Spacious apartment, good amenities all around Location is superb, opens directly to fabulous Encarnacion Plaza. The directions to the property that were provided were unusable and resulted in panicky floundering around the plaza checking doors for almost an hour. The directions included photos that were virtually microscopic in size, no use. Printed directions should have been much better.

• Roza (9/5): nice stay - This apartment has an amazing location — right next to Las Setas de Sevilla — with a beautiful, cozy, and peaceful courtyard. Even though it’s in a central area, the apartment itself was surprisingly quiet. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The spacious bathroom is especially worth mentioning — the four of us (all girls) were very happy with it!
• Alexandra (8/5): Amazing location with quiet rooms - Great location, with restaurants, cafés, and tourist destinations right outside, but very quiet inside. Small but comfortable space. Easy in and out with the key lock box. Good for a couple or small family. Elevator makes it accessible for older guests. Some additional kitchen items and a little cheat sheet for the washing machine would be helpful. Also check out is very early.
• Marina (7/5): Good - The location is very central, the interior part of the building is nice. Beds are comfortable. At first we arrived at the wrong location, beware of inserting the name of the apartment in the GPS. Second, it was challenging to find the place on the correct address, it's a walking area so be ready to travel with your luggage. Third, when we finally got the keys, the middle door which is usually open, I guess, was closed for some reason and there are no people at the reception to help, there is no reception here. We were lucky to meet the neighbor who contacted someone from inside the building. I have to say that the hostess wasn't very responsive, when you have difficulty finding the place and entering the apartment with kids and multiple luggage , you expect immediate assistance.

• Mitja (9/5): Lovely apartment in the Sevilla's old town. - Nice and well equipped apartment in the old center of Seville. A great location from where you can explore the old town on foot. One of main attractions 'Setas de Sevilla' is right in front of the door and is a must see. Easy check-in / check-out with very detailed instructions given from the host. If you travel by car, there is also a nearby garage (Imagen - 22€/24h), from which you can access the apartment in a few steps. Would highly recommend!
• Agnieszka (3/5): Dirty and moldy place - Location The apartment is really old and dirty - the bathroom is covered with mold. It needs a full refreshment. I dont recommend this place, even with such a good location
• Sheila (7/5): Like a home from home. Everything as convenient as could be expected and would definitely go back there. - Very good central location A problem with ants appearing in the bathroom. Not major for us as we used insect powder but may cause issues for other people.

• Yahya (6/5): Reality not as great as pictures show - Great location, very convenient in the hurt of the old own. Bed not comfortable, bathroom needs update, apparent mold in the tub, stains on the covers. Reality is not as great as pictures show
• Helen (3/5): Poor - Good location No towels or bed linen for third person. Booked well in advance for 3 people. Towels and linen arrived 8pm, ten hours after our arrival and back and forth conversations with the owner. 2 televisions, both didn't work. Fixed last afternoon of our stay. Shower couldn't be used hooked on wall mount as sprayed out at 90 degrees above our heads. 3 power outlets didn't work. Kettle had to be boiled on the floor of the dining area. With sofa bed being used as a bed, no comfortable seat to sit on except dining chairs. We paid 50% more than the great hotels we have stayed in. It was an expensive disappointment.
• Lucija (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is on a great location, next to Setas de Sevilla, in the city center. A beautiful view and an attraction right at the entrance to the building. Quiet and tidy building. The apartment is comfortable, very well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. We received detailed instructions from the host. We enjoyed our stay.

The self check-in is always a more problem of the vacation to find the propriety bcos there's not the name out of the building of the door in this case. Plus the owner didn't sent the photo of the area outside to find the apartment and when i called her.. she didn't speak english.

• Adie (9/5): a great place to stay, central to most monuments if you don’t mind a walk of 10 - 20 mins. bus from Rsil is good but no - Space within the apartment. proximity to Encarnación and restaurants etc. it needs some minor maintenance. The key at the ground level entry would not open the gate from the inside and sometimes not from the street. the PowerPoint in the kitchen didn’t work with the kettle. the shower head was too high and not adjustable unless you held it in your hand. water went everywhere. Two bulbs in the light over the dining table don’t work. the table cannot be moved as one leg isn’t secure. these were all minor things but detract from what is an excellent unit. oh and no tea towel for drying dishes.
• Saskia (9/5): Great apartment in a beautiful building, excellent location, central to everything! - Excellent location and great apartment in a beautiful, secure building, a hidden retreat! Very high quality interior, good space. We struggled a little to find the actual apartment even though we got to the plaza area itself no problem, but that was our fault!
• Liye (9/5): Good location, responsive host, and comfortable bed - Perfect location which is literally in the city center and has many restaurants nearby. The guidance to finding the key is clear. The bathroom is spacious and has a tub. The host was very responsive to my questions. I was surprised when I saw the little gift they sent me which is so sweet. Thank you! The only thing is the check-out time is 10 am instead of 12 like many other places. My check-in time for my next stay is from 14:00 so I have to find a place to store my luggage for the next 4 hours... If you can extend the checkout to 12:00, it'd save so much trouble for the guests:)
