Tikra (4/5): - First of all, the mattress was extremely hard—I’ve never slept on anything so uncomfortable. The two twin beds had no mattress protectors, so when my kids moved around, their skin came into direct contact with the bare mattress, which was concerning given how many people have likely slept on them. The kitchen vent was disgustingly dirty, the walls had visible stains, and the microwave was filthy—it even started smoking when I tried to use it. There was also a loud, persistent noise throughout our stay. I tried turning off the fan to isolate it, but that made no difference. Lastly, housekeeping did a general cleaning but left dirty dishes in the sink, which was disappointing.

hipolito (4/5): - Safes are not bolted down so no point in using them. We had to ask 5 times for them to come and fix the complete lack of hot water in our room. They never came to clean the room even though we asked them to. Don't stay here.
Cleopatra (8/5): - My first day didn't go well. There was a strong odor coming from the bathroom. An hour or so later my hubby and I got horrible headaches and were tired. We took meds and sleep most of the day. I investigated further and realized the odor was coming from black mold throughout the shower area. All the crevices, joints, tile and under the sink were filled will black mold. We are highly allergic and thus it explains why we were sick. The next day I asked to be changed rooms. The lady at the front desk was very kind and moved us to a different room. The new bathroom did have some black mold but it was minimal. I experienced very little odor and no more symptoms. I recommend that you scrub the showers with a strong brush weekly using a strong disinfectant. Then spraying daily with disinfectant. That will reduce and/or eliminate the mold. My new room was much better, comfortable and I enjoyed the view of the park. All staff were friendly. Security was very helpful, friendly and do there jobs very well. Cleaning guys were great. The tall skinny one who cleaned my room on 5th floor daily, did a great job and was very nice.

So every day they should knock on your door (and maybe open it) for cleaning. - There are no carpets. - View from the window was blocked by another building. - Wifi network is open, so you can control other rooms' TV using your mobile (which is totally strange). - Regardless of all of this, the overall stay was good.
