• Eduward (10/5): Foarte mulțumit. Proprietar foarte, foarte amabil, saritor si iar amabil. Nota 10 - Mi-a placut curățenia, locatia, privelistea catre vulcan si atitudinea proprietarului Liftul, nu încape carutul in lift.
• Davide (10/5): Posizione ottima, gestori e struttura eccezionali - Catania è un'esperienza. Per viverla appieno servono due cose: la posizione per poter raggiungere tutto a piedi e le persone capaci di darti i consigli giusti. La struttura gestita da Mattia e Angelo è facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto (l'Alibus passa proprio lì vicino), accessibile con self-check in e si trova ad un passo da via Etnea. Bagno completo di tutto. Un messaggio dai gestori con molti utilissimi consigli su dove bere, mangiare e visitare la città: io e i miei due amici ne abbiamo usufruito e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Da tornare.

Consiglierei anche di rivedere gli strumenti in cucina perché ho fatto fatica a cucinare per il mio bimbo.

• Katja (7/5): für reine Übernachtung in einer Großstadt ausreichend. Nur 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. - Die Gestaltung des Wohnzimmers mit Küchenzeile war prima. Das Schlafzimmer war auch ok. Die Sicht auf den Ätna ist wunderbar. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Laufweite zur Innenstadt mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten war klasse. Der Wohnblock an sich, der sicher aus den 70ern war und das Treppenhaus macht einen sehr heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Die Lage ist an einer vielbefahrenen mehrspurigen Straße. Die Wohnung war jedoch nach hinten raus, wodurch man von dem Lärm nichts mitbekam. Man muss bei der Buchung genau hinschauen welches Apartment man wählt, die ersten Fotos sind toll, aber gelten halt nicht für alle Apartments, die sie im Angebot haben. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und man hört die Nachbarn sprechen. Das Bad hätte in der Duschkabine sauberer sein können. Für empfindliche Menschen ist das nichts. Die Küche ist nur mit dem allerallerallernötigsten ausgestattet. Wir frühstückten dort nicht und bereiteten auch sonst nichts vor, da wir nur eine Nacht dort aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen logierten und dann abflogen. Dafür hat es völlig gereicht und das preis-Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung.

Lavoro nel settore e questo a volte a porta ad essere più critici...ma la verità è che non c'è nulla da poter dire su questo posto. Pulizia eccellente, i ragazzi sono sempre stati gentili e disponibili. Vivendo qui so che la zona di sera potrebbe non essere delle migliori ma la modalità di accesso da una tale sicurezza che non mi sono mai preoccupata!!! Lo consiglio vivamente.

• Zuzana (8/5): Skvělý hostitel, vše na dosah - Ubytování je opravdu v centru. Památky jsou v dochozí vzdálenosti, placené parkoviště za domem, obchody a restaurace pár kroků od domu. Za domem každý den ráno probíhá chystání prodejních stánků, nám však tento hluk nevadil. Výhled na Etnu z okna je opravdu kouzelný. Hostitelé byli velmi komunikativní, veškeré informace přišli s předstihem, tak ubytování proběhlo hladce. Na ubytování byly nachystány i kapsle do kávovaru, takže o ranní vzpruhu bylo díky hostiteli postaráno. Topení na apartmánu je pouze pomocí klimatizace, na konci března bylo dostačující. Uklizeno bylo, avšak podlaha by si žádala více péče. Doporučuji si tedy přibalit pantofle, jinak budete mít špinavé ponožky/nohy. V troubě byl špinavý plech. Připravte se na bordel a špínu v okolí ubytování. Pokud chcete čisté okolí, doporučuji se ubytovat dále od centra. Přiložená fotografie je z pláže Spiaggia di Catania..

• Zsófia (10/5): A legjobb választás - Fantasztikus szállás, élőben még szebb és jobb mint a képeken. Angelo nagyon segítőkész, kérdés esetén azonnal elérhető. Tiszta, szép, modern szállás, Catania központjában, minden gyalog elérhető távolságban. Még vissza fogunk térni, ebben biztosak vagyunk! :) Nem volt ilyen.

• Iwona (9/5): Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. - Życzliwi gospodarze, chętnie doradzają i pomagają w razie potrzeby. Odpowiadają niemal od razu po napisaniu. Samodzielne zameldowanie to super opcja przy nocnym lądowaniu - instrukcja jest bardzo dobrze opisana i łatwe do zrozumienia. Mieszkanie znajduje się na 7. piętrze, w świetnej lokalizacji, z widokiem na Etnę. Apartament jest w pełni wyposażony: czajnik, piekarnik, kuchenka, naczynia, pralka, ręczniki, kosmetyki, środki do prania. Wygląda dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach. Jest też miejsce, gdzie można wygodnie usiąść i zjeść śniadanie, a także ekspres do kawy na kapsułki. Położone tuż przy Via Etna. Kilka minut spacerem od głównych atrakcji. W okolicy jest mnóstwo kawiarni, a po drugiej stronie ulicy znajdują się dwa supermarkety. Zaraz obok znajduje się pętla autobusowa, a przy bloku jest stacja metra. Byłam poza sezonem, więc w mieszkaniu było trochę chłodno. Na szczęście można było je dogrzać klimatyzacją, choć zajęło to chwilę. Parking przy ulicy jest płatny. Łazienka była lekko niedosprzątana, ale to dość typowe we Włoszech.

Malheureusement, assez bruyant à cause du marché tous les matins sauf le dimanche et cela malgré les 7 étages.

Dalla finestra si vede anche l'Etna :-) Un suggerimento: sarebbero utili alcune mensole da appoggio nel bagno e mettere 1 interruttore nel salone per la luce poichè è solo nell'ingresso (ma comunque ci sono le lampade dai comodini).

Muy cerca del centro y bien conectado para coger autobús al aeropuerto. La habitación daba a una calle interior donde se instala el flee market de Catania y había bastante ruido desde pronto por la mañana.

• Robin (8/5): - Die zentrale Lage direkt am Markt ist wirklich super 👍🏼 auch die Verfügbarkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft vom Vermieter war sehr gut 👍🏼 Das Zimmer war im 6 Stockwerk, welches jedoch mit einem Aufzug relativ gut erreichbar ist. Nur im Eingangsbereich sind ein paar wenige Stufen zu überwinden. Mit schwerem Koffer und Kinderwagen leider nicht so optimal.

Sicuramente comode le dimensioni dell'alloggio, la presenza di un deposito bagagli, il self check-in e la presenza di un cucinino sono stati punti di forza. L'appartamento è anche vicino a un parcheggio pubblico molto comodo. Anche se rinnovato, l'appartamento è piuttosto vecchiotto e non ben insonorizzato e forse le foto pubblicate lo fanno sembrare un po' meglio di quanto sia. Pur essendo centrale, la zona in cui si trova non mi avrebbe lasciata tranquilla a rientrare la sera se non fossi stata con mio marito.

We have arrived a bit earlier than we agreed and there was no problem with earlier check in and leaving the luggage. He also explained a lot about the area, things to do & places to eat/drink. Also, he recommended the guide for the Etna tour (I took this opportunity and it was awesome!). The aparment was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We felt like at home there. The location is great (very near the Alibus bus stop - the one from/to the airport), nearby the train station and intercity bus station. Walking distance to all the main tourist attractions in Catania. There is a huge, traditional local market just outside the building and a few shops/supermarkets for the day-to-day shopping. Price was ok, everything was perfect. That applies only if you are very sensitive and have troubles with sleeping - sometimes in the evenings/at nights, you can hear the noise/sounds from the streets. Music, shouting etc. But it's not a huge deal and you can still sleep comfortably. In case you need absolute quiet to fall asleep, you should bring something to stick to your ears :) (especially if you are staying there over the weekend)

• Mario (9/5): Superb - Location is perfect , very close to city center and main touristic attractions as well as to intercity bus and train stations. Main Catania market is nearby , famous fish market is also close .There are couple of cafés and restaurants nearby and also supermarkets and smaller shops. Latest but not least, Mattia is a perfect host , always ready to help and support. He is responding instantly to all questions one might have and did his best to meet our additional requests. Nothing

• Ibrahim (10/5): Great stay in the center of Catania! - A quiet apartment in a central location with everything at hand. Walking distance to places to visit. Mattia and Angelo are great hosts, helping you for everything. Would definitely recommend for those planning to stay. Nothing noticeable.
• Ibrahim (9/5): Great Location and Hosts! - Great location, close to Via Etnea and lots of facilities (markets, restaurants, local market etc). Self check-in is quite easy. Walking distance to everywhere that should be visited as well. Mattia and Angelo are great hosts and doing their best to make your stay perfect. Rooms are located at 6th and 7th floors and there is no any annoying noise. Small kitchen is equipped with basic needs that would cover your needs. The elevator is quite small, however it doesn't matter as the apartment is an old-styled building. There is no any else point that might be classified as dissatisfaction.

• Marchita (8/5): enjoable and hassle free - location is great very central to main attractions and shops. there is a paid car park convenient just behind the building. One has to be careful which parking space is used as the middle ones are taken in the morning by the market stallers. communication with the hosts excellent. we had teh studio apartment and felt that the shower is on the small side. Also, i suggest to have some glasses and other small essentials (wine opener, more glasses etc) in the kitchen.

• Boris (10/5): Mattea is a perfect host, he is very helpful to answer instantly via whatsapp for any recommendations regarding restaura - Excellent location, you have all the beautiful sights nearby, fishmarket…bar street …restaurants with true sicilian food and last but bot least if you wanna skip taxis (forget about the taxi service in Catania) aswell excellent public transportation ! The property’s excellent location is No.1 closely followed by its cleanness and easy to access ( elevator).
