• Adam (10/5): Quiet and peaceful stay in the countryside near the coast. - Location was in a very quiet estate. There was a Co-op just opposite for any last minute shopping requirements. The house was toasty warm when we arrived and the thermostats were fairly easy to use to adjust this. The kitchen is well kitted out and there were plenty of plates and cutlery. Tea and coffee was supplied as were cloths and washing liquid. The bedrooms had good light and the beds were comfortable with lovely full pillows. All round very comfortable. The hosts are very responsive via messaging and were able to sort out a small issue we had. So quiet... (except for storm Dave but that wasn't the hosts fault). Not anything to mention here.

• Peter (9/5): Lovely stay - Lovely clean, equipped, comfortable and well maintained fully furnished new build house. Has everything you need in a quiet little new build estate. Comfortable beds, tea making facilities and even a little bottle of milk in the fridge. Be good for exploring the East Coast or heading into Louth. Can't recommend it enough Nothing.

• Marie (10/5): Great overnight stay - A lovely comfortable and homely property for our overnight stay. The whole house is immaculately clean and tidy. The owners were very quick to respond to questions and accommodate an early check in. A nice touch that there was tea, coffee, sugar, milk, towels, shampoo and body wash available too. The beds were very comfy. We used the key safe which gave us plenty of flexibility to come and go as we needed. If we are in the area again, we'll certainly use you again. It is furnished and maintained to a high standard and it was very quiet. We had two good nights sleep which tells you how comfortable the bed was and how quiet the neighbourhood is. We will definitely use this accommodation again if we are in the area. The owners communicated well and were in the local vicinity, if we had needed anything. There was nothing more we needed, from this accommodation, for our visit.

It also had two parking spaces, which was very handy for us and the location was great (we were visiting Cadwell Park racetrack nearby the next day). We will definitely stay again!

The hosts made sure we were aware we could call or message with any problems or queries. The house is in a lovely area, very quiet, with a co-op just down the road.

• John (9/5): Superb - It is modern, clean and very comfortable. In a quiet location and has easy access to the coast or surrounding market towns. Unfortunately the nearby pub is currently closed, as are many everywhere, but it's only a short walk to the Co Op if you need anything. Really enjoyed the picturesque location. Thanks It would have been nice to have a hair drier, it's an item not many have room to pack. Whilst understanding you need space, a stand alone shower makes things easier as you get older. This was a common set up of shower in the bath. However neither of these things had any real impact on our enjoyment of the stay.

• Natalie (10/5): The accommodation was larger than anticipated, the host was responsive to our queries. Overall +ve - Location was convenient for our family visits, and to grocery store. It would be helpful perhaps to foreigners not familiar with british homes to explain in a little booklet, you have to put a switch on for plugged in appliances to work, and what areas of the house the heating thermostats covers. Otherwise, everything was great.

• Paul (10/5): A Dream Stay - The house was of such excellence in every respect regarding its design, decor, facilities and comfort we could have wished for anything more. The hosts were amazing and so helpful in providing clear directions and in respnding to the few questions we had. All was so complete on our arrival there was nothing much left to ask, actually. Nothing, all was superb. We wished we could stay longer. An elderly or disabled person may need to connsider the use of the stair to second level bedrooms and to enquire beforehand... That said, we are both over 75 and had no trouble at all with the stair.

Good check in/check out times & we were contacted to say the property was ready slightly earlier. We hope to stay again in the future. Everything was fine. A niggly comment would be some milk would have been nice with the tea/coffee so we were able to make a hot drink on arrival. For the price we felt this could have been provided & perhaps some biscuits. A bin in the bathroom would be a good idea for sanitary products etc. Maybe contact people a little earlier with further details as we were panicking when we hadn’t heard anything until the night before. Just some ideas for future guests.

• Amanda (8/5): Lovely little house - Deep comfy sofas and hard matresses. Host left us a pint of milk which was very welcome and tea coffee and sugar. Quality towels and bedding Clean with lots of storage Tv signal was awful, totally unwatchable. Had to log into our netflix account but at least it was a smart tv so we had that option Heating in living room didnt seem to work. A thermostat was in there but had no life, maybe needs new batteries. Wasnt overly cold so didnt cause us any real issues Could do with some cosmetic repairs but thats being really picky

The Easter eggs were a very lovely treat! - - Great location for if visiting Skegness but wanting to stay outside of the centre. - Wonderful host. - Comfy beds. - Perfect for family of 4. We just missed a pasta colander but that’s us being fussy and not an issue if you aren’t cooking pasta.
• Simpson (10/5): 2 night stay - Place was lovely and clean with all the facilities you need, beds where comfy. Only 1 thing that didn't bother me but did my daughter when she wanted a bath was 1 of the lights kept flickering in the bathroom. Not. Major issue but any standard.
• Eves (10/5): Brilliant - Really is a home from home. Exceptionally clean, warm, comfortable, and quiet. First time we have been able to stay in the same village as my dad. This meant we could spend extra time with family, precious time these days! Host was exceptional, answering queries promptly and honestly. If available next time will be using again! No negatives to report
