• Eric Rodriguez (7/5): - Lo amplio que era y que tenia lavadora El proceso del check in, deberian hacerlo mas facil sobretodo cuando hay personas que no tienen internet ni señal de telefono para llamar. Que se escuchaba todo del apartamento de arriba, ya que desperté a las 3 de la madrugada porque estaban viendo un partido de futbol y se escuchaba todo.

• Lucrezia (10/5): Gradevole e rilassante - Informazioni per ritirare le chiavi chiarissime, pulito, ordinato, soddisfava ogni confort, posizione ottima, 10 min di camminata per raggiungere la metro, appartamento luminoso e silenzioso. Soggiorno più che gradevole!
• Kseniia (8/5): - The apartment was great, looks a bit old but everything works fine. The balcony is also a vibe itself! No AC but a ventilator is provided and it worked lovely. A bit far from the metro station but for this price it is absolutely understandable!

• Pascal (2/5): Avoid if you can - Not much Noisy beds, remote to call the elevator that works only one time out of three to go to the 3rd floor, no dishwasher although it was in the flat description, bad smell in the apartment, no mosquito nets, mixer tap and shower head that don't work properly, no functional support for the shower head, broken toilet bowl with bits of metal sticking out, black bits going out of the bath tub tap, living room shutter stuck in the up position which is annoying for sleeping on the sofa. The good reviews « exceptional 10, excellent 9 » (and there are many) look fake, which artificially improve the reviews. Unfriendly staff.
• Seky1974 (5/5): Passable - -Accetable price -they let us have checkout at 12 instead of 11 -the place had a weird smell when we arrived - we arrived at 16.00, and set in the form they send us that we will checkin at 15.00 and when we arrived we still couldnt find the keys and then we found out that the cleaning lady was still there and our room wasnt prepared for us - in the kitchen there is little to nothing, no salt, no coffe maschine or other things you would expect just the absolut basics - the locality is really bad, it is far away from the city center (approximately 1 hour with walking and metro) - metro station is not near, they have written that it is 800m or something but in reality it is 15-17 minute walk approx. 1.2 km - the sink in the bathroom was plugged/jamed, and there was water stuck - we went in summer and it was very very very hot, almost unbearable, no AC, there was ventilator but ut didnt really do much
• Barbara (8/5): Nice apartment in a good location - Spacious, all facilities were available, close distance to supermarket and buses, huge bed and wardrobe The system of entering the room was quite complicated (only at first) and there was a small leakage from the fridge or washing machine, but nothing serious
• Adelaida (1/5): Very disappointing stay – not worth the money - Nothing Very disappointing stay – not worth the money I wouldn’t recommend these apartments. First of all, there is no air conditioning, and the heat inside was absolutely unbearable – it felt like being in hell. Sleeping was almost impossible. Opening the window didn’t help either because the noise from the street was incredibly loud, especially at night. On top of that, after we checked out, the host sent a message asking us to wash the dishes, otherwise they would deduct money from the “cleaning fee”, which is absurd and unprofessional. Be prepared to carry your luggage up to the third floor with no elevator, and the apartment is quite far from the metro, which made getting around very inconvenient. Overall, a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Would not stay here again.
• Joel (8/5): Cheap nice apartment. - The apartment is in a quiet area and has plenty of grocery and cheap restaurants around. WiFi in the strong enough. There’s a lot of storage. We only stayed 1 night so did not really enjoy all the facilities in the property. The access to the property is quite complicated. It’s easier once you get used to it but it takes a while.

Beds were comfy. Spacious apartment. Check in process a bit lengthy. However had no issues self check in at night.

• Nasidze (9/5): Nice experience in PrimoPiano - The apartment was super clean, with no negative feedback about cleanliness at all. Wide balcony, big rooms with cozy environment. The beds were super soft, and our sleep was peaceful.

• Zbigniew (3/5): Avoid. - Nice old room with holes after the sockets and paints falling down from the walls. Hot water, no dishwasher (you can remind yourselves how to clean). If you like escape room, this is the place for you. Operator sent me 10 emails, final with 4 pages instruction how to get. Claiming, that they don’t use booking messaging due to problem with synchronization. Ok. So they don’t answer the emails. Ok. They sent final data how to enter the day before. We arrived at 18:30 with 4 pages of instruction. And we failed. We were not able to enter. Attention: OFFICE WORKS ONLY IN WORKING HOURS AND NOBODY IS TAKING THE PHONE! Standing outside trying to find the way how to enter. Free escape room. Finally I found that they post a messege on booking (message number 10 I guess) just few hours before the arrival that due to some problem they changed 4 pages of instructions… no mail, no call. Ridiculous , unserious operator. This house is in old building, so you will be immediately familiarize with Italian language. One neighbor prefers Rai1 - 24 h a day tv. You can here it very well… another has kids. Francesca and younger…like in the camping.

• Alessia (8/5): Very good - Flat is comfortable and well equipped also for a longer stay The plastic layer on the mattress The oven was unused, when we turned it on the smell of the new oven was unbearable. Would be good to have a ready to use oven. The quality of the towels is not so good, would get too soaked after 1 use
• Qbus (9/5): Superb - Nice flat with separate bedroom, living room and kitchen with dining area. Clean and warm. Smart telly, long ball glasses and working microwave. Takeaways close by. Area is average, didn't feel dangerous though. After short walk metro line available.
• Kasia (10/5): Highly recommended - The flat is sapcious and warm - well heated (in November it was cold outside); clean, big beds, clean linen and towels. Kitchen with all necessary amenities. Plus from my nephew for an Android TV. Location very good, metro nearby. Before we arrived I was a little concerned, if we get the keys easily, especially that we were arriving very late at night and the customer service was closed at that hour, so in case any technical problems with the gate lockers there was no one available for support, but it all turned out easy and smooth. In the end we were very happy with our choice of Astico :) Grazie mille, staff! :)
