• EIRINI (4/5): Απογοητευτική εικόνα αναλογικά με την τιμή. Η ανακαίνιση που έγινε ήταν πολύ περιορισμένη. - Ήταν εύκολη η απομάκρυνση του κλειδιού του αλλά απογοητευτική εικόνα αναλογικά με την τιμή Δεν ήταν σε ευδιάκριτο το σημείο και κυρίως δεν υπήρχε σήμανση του δωματίου στο διάδρομο. Υπήρχε στο κουδούνι όνομα προηγούμενου ενοικιαστή και δυσκολεύτηκα να βρω ποιο ήταν το κατάλυμα. Χρειάζεται περισσότερη ανακαίνιση του χώρου ή μείωση τιμής κατά το ήμισυ. Βρώμικα ντουλάπια στην κουζίνα. Ο χώρος μεγάλος για τα ελάχιστα έπιπλα που διέθετε και έδειχνε άδειο. Το κρεβάτι δεν είχε σεντόνια, μόνο ψιλή κουβερτουλα. Στοιβαγμένα σε σορό τα ροφήματα σ ένα ντουλάπι.

• Steven (10/5): A big apartment with a big view. - The apartment is spacious and sunny overlooking a small park. It gets very fresh air. There is a minimarket on the block. Walking down to the city center is easy.

• Davud (9/5): Interesting place - Spacious, clean, airy, comfortable, pleasant views .kitchen very rustic but functioned perfectly .washing machine was a bonus.balcony was fine for a brew in the sun.There was a nice community of cafes, bars , restaurants and shops near by. There was one or two slight issues but im sure the owner is on with them, nothing to put me off revisitng.

• Ankur (10/5): Great atmosphere that gives a feeling of living like a real local - I loved my stay. The location was perfect for short or long term stays, with a quiet and private atmosphere and easy access to parks, markets, and gyms. The apartment, complete with a charming balcony view, and a full kitchen, made the 20-minute bus ride to the city's main attractions even more worthwhile. You will have to take a bus to get to most of the places you would like to see in Athens, but it is a short ride.

• Rachel (7/5): Good apartment - I booked this property as the location is close to my friends apartment. Bathroom, good, shower excellent and plenty of hot water. Bedroom good, plenty of space and bed was super comfy, best sleep we had and we had been in Greece 10 days prior to staying here. Great balconies The living room sofa was a day bed so you couldn't really sit on it to watch TV as no back to it, would have been better if there was large cushions to use for your back, there were cushions but small ones, we had to use our bedroom pillows but only 2 so not enough for comfort. Kitchen, too dated for my liking. Fridge had food leftover from previous users and cupboards were full of food, which for me I don't like. We only used kitchen kettle to make coffee.

• Nishi (5/5): economic apartment was basic but adequate - good size elevator air con economic constant hot water kettle coffee maker fridge microwave were useful little shop around the corner was handy bedroom blind was jammed and did not get fixed after reporting it we had to sleep with lot of light coming in which was uncomfortable no shower curtain so bath room flooded all the time cleaner needs to make better effort with the bathroom balconies were dusty and unswept could have done with a good scrub and hose down then would have been pleasant to sit out . chuck out the dead plants!

The landlord is nice and she let us in earlier than our check in time. 😊 😍🩷 - The view from the balcony is good, a small market is just down the building, and the place is spacious. 🩷 Noises can be heard from outside, no curtain on the shower and no tv.

• Anna (7/5): A budget flat with a suburbian charm. - It’s a normal real Athenian flat, in a probably 1950s or 60s house, in a lively, slightly shabby neighborhood. It’s spacious and light, the living room has two tall windows and balconies to SE and SW, you can even see the sunset on the balcony. Not perfect location (see next section) but really great landscapes and hills to walk in close proximity. Nice views with a little park with pink blooming cherry trees (in April), a playground and two churches around. The bed is comfortable to sleep in. The location is less than perfect in relation to the center because approachable by bus not subway— the buses tend to be packed, hot and slow and run at long intervals in Athens. Also the host gave no information about the buses even when asked. The place is not in perfect condition, the bathroom and kitchen unrenovated; and weren’t so well cleaned either, e g leaving the kitchen towels and dishwashing sponge unchanged between guests is directly unhygienic. And despite the name, it’s not a very quiet place. The house is quiet indeed and there are also nice sounds around like children playing, birds singing and church bells ringing. But the local traffic, especially motorbikes, is quite loud until late night—not through the night though. It’s very sparsely furnished, would be cosier with a bit more furniture and textiles and softer, warmer lights for the evening.
• Mariana (10/5): A home away from home. - I recommend this apartment to everybody who wants to have an experience in Athens for a month a week or a couple of days. This place is like a home away from home. I'm very thankful for everything.

• Rikke (8/5): Spacious apartment in a nice neighboorhood - Very comfortable bed. The apartment is spacious with two balconies. It has everything you need: washing machine, cooking facilities, a fridge, good wi-fi. Drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning enjoying the sun was my favourite spot. There is a small convenience store in the building. I liked the neighboorhood, because it is not in the city center. So not a lot of tourists. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by and it is only a 30 minute walk to the city center. The host was nice and quick to help.
• Stefano (9/5): Bright and sunny - The apartment is quiet, big and very bright. It has everything you need for a nice and comfortable stay. Wifi works great, coffee machine etc. The place is a 10 minutes walk from the nearest bus station on a steep hill, not very well lit at night.

• Dimitra (7/5): Good - It's OK for a short stay in Athens. Big rooms and shiny. Kind host and easy access to the apartment. It was not so clean. There was not a set of sheets. Bathroom not clean and internet really slow. The door of the apartment is not safe.

• Shelistin (10/5): spacious pleasant modern - property is specious with lots of natural lighting. nothing clogged, modern clean look. private corner unit with balcony and terrace. quiet neighborhood residential area. convenience store right in a building and long working hours. other 24/7 food store couple of blocks away. couple blocks down is large long street with so many shoppings including coffee and eating out places.
