• Roxanne (7/5): Convenient Location to Visit London - The location was a short walk to the West Kensington tube station, very convenient. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with several restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby. Inside, it is appointed with comfy living room furniture and a large, bright, inviting kitchen! What made the stay a bit challenging is not a mirror in the main bathroom and there are no outlets in either bathroom to use for a hairdryer or any other appliance. Because the home is listed as a luxury apartment, I also would have expected access to a hair dryer, extra towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The lobby that is shared with the flat on the first floor is quite messy (the flat on the ground level is under construction currently), it is not quite as expected.

• DES (8/5): lovely house/apartment but time for owners/mgmt to take some notice and fix few issues - an amazing apartment in nice and convenient area. nice design and very comfortable. Feels like a house rather than apartment would book again shower temperature knob is broken leak around fridge bedding in one of the rooms was not good enough, duvet case was not buttoned up and duvet was little to cheap central lights in bedrooms were ridiculous...way too low wifi was not good enough for using stremaing services on tv coffee pods should be provided key for front door is very sticky...could cause problems for other guests
• Gonzalo (8/5): Great spacious apartment for a family in an easily accessible part of London. - Good location, generous sized bed rooms and two bathrooms. Great kitchen and dining areas and facilities very tidy and comfortable for a family of 5. Communication with hosts felt like we were being a nuisance and they didn’t seem to know very much about the accomodation itself as in why there was no key on arrival, where things could be found, and where to leave the rubbish during and at the end of the stay. Also messaged multiple times in lead up to our arrival about fans or air conditioning in the apartment as it had not been mentioned in the description and we stayed during a very hot week in London over summer in mid August. We had to arrange our own fans as none were provided or offered and it was very hot. Some house rules or a welcome pack could answer most FAQs felt disorganised and some basics were missing. Also needed to contact them about water leakes in a couple of places which we had no interest in sticking around for maintenance to be done during our stay or having people come in whilst we were on holiday. To their credit they did drop off tea towels and some utensils which we advised them were broken or missing.

• Robert (10/5): - A makeup mirror or two for the girls would be great. I can’t remember if there was a hair dryer and we needed dinnerware to eat with. Other than that it was an INCREDIBLE property and we loved it!!!
