- Frank (7/5): Lage Top - Zustand renovierungsbedürftig - Die Lage Ziehmlich abgewohnt und altes Mobiliar.
- Jackson (10/5): Came to ski two days, took advantage of the handy free shuttle to skiing, really felt taken care of - Very friendly staff, beautiful woodland setting, great fireplace, nice kitchen amenities Pool and hot tub could be warmer

- Carrie (10/5): It was perfect once we located our loft. We even got a game from the Cafe which tested our geography knowledge lol. - My friends and I went snowboarding at Crystal Mountain and the location was perfect. You couldn’t tell what letter the building were and parking was tight.
- Sheri (10/5): - Nice place close to Crystal Mountain. Comfortable beds.
- Fady (2/5): Very poor communication with very poor instructions - I didn’t like it Address is wrong on maps, no one answer when you call, communication is by an automated text message only instead of email and there was no cell service 39 min before you reach the property, no crib or pack and play was provided for my baby even though we asked in advance, pool was not heated, no lighter fir the fireplace, app didn’t have my assigned key the whole stay, no staff was at the cafe at 8:07 am.

- Jordan (9/5): Our stay was short but the location was perfect and rooms were exactly what we needed. - Amazing location and staff was so friendly and helpful. Love the pet policy, it really sold us with booking. Will definitely book at loges other locations in the future. Bed was a little uncomfortable but still slept well enough.
- Liana (7/5): Overall a comfortable stay - Great location and responsive, helpful staff. Room was a little worse for wear. Bath drain was completely clogged and window screen in bedroom was broken. Nothing major, and overall a very comfortable stay. Just not really worth the $$ they charge.
- Carina (8/5): -
- Brett (9/5): - Proximity to Mt Rainier National Park is great
- Andrea (6/5): Nice cabin stay - A place to rest. Located conveniently near Mt. Rainier/Crystal. Not much beyond that, which is fair. NEED some more EV charging spots so people don't need to fight over it or risk getting stuck in the mountains.
- RJ (5/5): - Outdated and not very clean room. The location works as being close to Sunrise area of the park. You get an online code for your room prior to check in so no rush to be there at a certain time. Room wasn’t cleaned well. Cobwebs and dirt and the shower wasn’t clean. Definitely very old and worn room.
- Brittin (9/5): - Convenient and nice to have whole “apartment” Didn’t like being on ground floor and the family in unit above was loud and came up and down the stairs beside bedroom a lot

- Kimberly (5/5): - All the staff members we spoke with were super friendly and helpful! We love that they had outdoor firepits and provided individually packaged smores kits and my son enjoyed the cute sauna. (Pool was broken and not a very appealing color.) We liked that the immediate surrounding area was like being in the woods. Like most lodging near a national park, our room was older and could use some updating and more lighting, but it was kind of what we expected. The only downside was that my son said there was a large spider web in the upstairs bathroom and I know the downstairs tub didn't drain well and I think because of that, the tub curtain had what looked like mold stains at the bottom.
- Katie (10/5): Beautiful property. Super close the sunrise corridor! Amazing sauna and pool - Beautiful property. Super close the sunrise corridor! Amazing sauna and pool
- laura (8/5): Lovely remote cabin. - Nice remote area. Very peaceful and beautiful. There was no restaurant on the premise but the staff guided us to a location. Good food. Wish we would have arrived just a little earlier to see more of the area. No restaurant on premise. Even though it was in a more remote location, there were several spiders in the room. The microwave was located very high which I had to use a stool (I am short). My husband did not have an issue.
- Danielle (2/5): Definitely not worth the money. - Spacious unit. No AC and only 1 window and a screen door. Screens were not secure and holes throughout. It was 85 degrees inside and the loft was even higher temp with no airflow. This place is not ideal for the summer months. There’s a mandatory daily fee for use of the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The pool was turning green. We left immediately after arrival and asked for a refund. Wasted $700 on a 2 night stay.
- Karuna (7/5): Great location but for the money the accommodation were below our expectations. - Good location Pillows were super thick and made it very hard to get a good nights sleep. Musty smoky odor in the entire place and needed airing out.
- Weller (7/5): Good - I had a nice open space around the property. The direct tv was a hassle

- Chi (10/5): Exceptional - Helpful staff. Amazing surprise for the family (we were encouraged to start the fireplace in our room, and was given a set of s'more to play with. Kids love it!
- Picesgirl6 (6/5): Pleasant Stay - Great location in proximity to Mt. Ranier sunrise entrance. Grounds were maintained. The few staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. The BBQs and smokers were a plus. The pool and hot tub need repair. The rooms were comfortable but need updating ; better lighting and furniture needed. The kitchenette was useful but needs updating.
- Viktoriia (10/5): Everything was perfect -
- Arjun (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (8/5): Very good -
- Sherry (8/5): We had fun! - Staff were nice, gave us our space without "policing" our activities. Provided us with s'mores to enjoy around the fire pit. The power went out for a couple of hours for everyone. Definitely unexpected.
- Jeff (9/5): Superb - Zac and other Staff folk were great
Very helpful
I liked the checking but it took some adjustment I liked the checking but it took some adjustment
I didn't initially understand that all comes and check in were phone text based.
Check in ran contrary to my expectations for a motel. It's more akin to an airbnb chec iin process
- Kateryna (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful location, great staff!
- Brad (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful place. Wonderful room. Awesome setting.
- Brooke (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (9/5): Amazing, pool and sauna were great and the property is beautiful - Loved the trails right from the property, sauna and warm pool really made apres a blast. Staff was very friendly. Only one small pan and pot, limited dishes. Would be great to get more silverware, plates, pans and pots
- Morgan (7/5): Good -
- Vincent (9/5): Cozy, Clean, and Close to the Action - The property is extremely close to one of the Mt. Rainer National Park entrances as well as Crystal Mt. Resort. We stayed at the LOGE to go skiing and were impressed with the ‘lobby’ which has snacks, drinks, apparel, and a friendly staff! The best part of our stay was the fireplace which was great to cozy up to after a long day of skiing. We did not use the heater pool but heard plenty of people enjoying it during 20 degree weather. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to rest and recover after enjoying the outdoors in this region of the PNW!
- Lia (10/5): Perfect place to stay for a ski day at Crystal. - Fireplace working and unit was warm! Pillows were too high and fluffy. Look good on bed but impossible to sleep on. Alternative flatter pillows should be available.
- Theresa (8/5): Warm and cozy - It was lovely
- Frederick (7/5): Good - Heated outdoor pool was amazingly enjoyable. Kitchen in the room was pretty warn out. Stove was functional but falling apart.
There was a very inviting looking outdoor sauna that we were looking forward too, but it was closed for maintenance for our entire stay.
- Jonathan (10/5): Cannot wait to stay there again. - Very clean and comfortable. It was very warm inside and the fireplace was a nice touch. All the appliances worked fine. It was a short drive to the ski slopes. I have nothing negative to say.
- Damion (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tiffany (9/5): Superb -
- Aishwarya (5/5): Passable -
- Iparraguirre (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clarissa (10/5): Very cozy stay. - It was very clean and cozy. We were on the first floor and we could feel people above us early in the morning. Also the hot tub wasn’t working.
- Kang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (9/5): Superb -
- E (8/5): Very good - Loved the camp like setting with games in the yard, a fire pit to cook s’mores under the trees and swimming pool A little worn, but clean and cozy
- Iain (9/5): Excellent accommodation in lovely setting with great amenities - The location and general set up was great Pillows were HUGE with no alternative, pity hot tub wasn’t working
- Viktor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Olga (7/5): Poor cleaning quality - Great location, very professional receptionist. Unfortunately, the second floor was not properly cleaned. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed, and the bed sheet was stained, so we had to lay down a towel to cover it. Additionally, there was packaging left behind the bed from previous guests and inside of the stove hood was filthy.
- Bianca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ted (9/5): Superb -
- Emmelyn (7/5): Dissappointed - Nothing special Old , small bed , not worth the price , I expected more for the price being charged
- Philippe (9/5): Great and far beyond our expectations - The setting and the comfy appartment The poor maintenance of the pool (leaves and greenish stuff at the bottom)
- Adrian (9/5): Very nice cabin, very clean, lots of space and good working kitchen. Staff was super friendly, check in was super easy a -
- Vasyl (8/5): Very good -
- Charlene (2/5): Very poor - Location to White River Entrance Road to Mount Rainier NP. Quick text responses from staff.
Welcome gift. This place needs a MAJOR upgrade. The bedroom blind that faced parking lot only came down halfway so anyone in the parking lot could see right on bedroom. Sheets, bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Bedside lamps with usb outlets and electrical plugins for CPap machines are needed because nobody wants to crawl behind the bed to find an outlet. with The room numbers are totally non visible at night hard, which meant we had to totally get out of car to find the correct room. Sidewalks are chipped away and dangerous, especially at night. No elevator. No drain plug in bathtub. No toaster. Wi-Fi was horrible.
- Farida (9/5): Superb -
- Bruno (10/5): Incredible. Can’t wait to get back. - Incredible place, with excellent service. Staff is very nice. Great location for both Sunrise and Paradise sides of the Park. Also relatively close to the Alpine Inn restaurant, which is pretty good for breakfast and dinner.
A great surprise is that they let me borrow one of their two children’s hiking backpacks so I could take my one year old with me on the hike. I can’t wait to come back. The kitchen may be limited depending on what you’re planning to cook. Example: it has no blender and the pan was a bit burnt. Dishwasher was kinda old and noisy, but none of this was a problem.
- Karina (5/5): Disappointing room - Location is great. Bedsheets and towels clean. Bathroom big enough for a couple of days. Kitchen is super small with few dishes etc, still was enough to prepare our meals. Staff helped with what we needed to cock. Little hard to find the place. Look for LOGE sign. There’s not ALTA CRYSTAL sign on the road.
Our room (B1) was on ground level. Second night was unpleasant. Noise until past 10:30PM coming from the room above ours. Next day early in the morning, a little after 7AM, there was noise again. It happened we were under ski and stuff storage room. The noise was probably from the staff and not from guests.
Smelly room. It was because of the sofa. I covered it with a clean bedsheet. They should have sofa covers. The carpet was also dirty. We folded it and finally the smell was tolerable. Probably previous guest’s had a dog because of the dog hair we had in our socks.Didn’t walk barefoot inside the room and my socks got brown.
Our room was too dark. All furniture is dark, little window and no mosquito door net. There’s a lot of mosquitoes and we just could open the window. Bedroom window also doesn’t have mosquito net making impossible to circulate the air inside the room.
The room should have some renovation soon, particularly the kitchen.
- Invisible (7/5): Good -
- Marta (8/5): Very good - good location, very nice suite with a fireplace, friendly staff a little overpriced, kitchen needs a serious update, our room was located on the first floor therefore there was no view :-(
- Prabhakar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amalfi (5/5): Passable -
- Joshua (5/5): Overall great place. Poor bed and pillows. - Loved the location, pool, fireplace and kitchen. Bed was super uncomfortable. Had a really hard time sleep and woke up the next day with a horrible headache and very sore next. My partner was even more uncomfortable. Also, kitchen cabinets were dated and showed a lot of wear and tear.
- Julie (8/5): The accommodation offers a cozy and convenient cabin experience. - Location, ambiance There was no option for a roll-away bed so one of us had to sleep on the floor.
It is always difficult to find economic accommodation for 3 when no two people of the party are a couple
- Sheri (2/5): DUD: Dirty, uncomfortable and disappointing. - I wanted to love this place! Really looked forward to a midweek break and some time to rest and relax. The room was filthy and made the stay very uncomfortable. The teapot was full of mold. The floors were so dirty I couldn’t take off my shoes. Pieces of moulding missing from the walls. Seems to be headed toward an overall state of disrepair. Maintenance and housekeeping both sorely lacking.
Photos do not accurately depict property or its amenities. Description is in accurate as well. There are no robes. There is no restaurant at Loge Alta Crystal. You have to go 7miles up the hill to get to the only 2 restaurants around. The “store” they mention has very minimal, entirely unhealthy options for food. A frozen Tony’s pizza, a few bags of chips. A bit of junk food. That’s it. Staff at the desk barely responded when asked questions. They were really captivated by their phones, which they seemed way more interested in than their jobs…
- Madoc (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hiroko (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (3/5): Scam price for dirty, unmaintained room. - Well, there was a hot tub which was hot, but the jets are broken. One of the staff were nice, the others indifferent. Bed was comfortable despite being smaller than advertised. Shower worked well. Don't even know where to start. Paid 300 for a night for the most unmaintained room I have ever seen. Light fixtures were broken and hanging from the walls, paint a dingy mocha color, hot tub jets didn't function, the keypad to the pool near our room was broken so we had to walk 300 feet in the cold around to the other side to get to the hot tub that was 15 feet from our door, no tea provided, advertised as queen bed but only a double, the pull out couch had mouse feces and stains so we had to share a double bed as two men. They charged a 75 dollar manditory equipment use fee, which we didn't have any use for and they didn't even provide kindling for the fireplace which was supposed to be part of that charge. The TV only gets infomercial channels so they obviously aren't paying for it. The floors had not been cleaned and even the bedroom was gritty, getting my yoga mat all dirty. There was dog hair absolutely everywhere, the rug was matted with it and musty, as well as the sofa. Didn't want to touch anything. Worst hotel experience I have ever had for 100 per night let alone 300. They have a nice sign and van, obviously got some Covid money and spent it on BS instead of maintaining the property. Sadly the only place near Crystal so we will only be doing day trips from now on.
- Marina (8/5): Very good -
- Shu-tai (8/5): Very good - the room wasn't as shown as the web pictures.
- Jorge (10/5): Exceptional -
- Labban (9/5): Our stay was wonderful; we would love to return - The loft unit was wonderful with beautiful views, and Charlie at the main front office was outstanding; very kind, helpful and full of positive energy.
Looking forward to returning during ski season. The initial unit on the ground level, right next to the pool fence, did not have decent views, which one would expect when staying at the Loge, in Enumclaw, Washington.
- Mengyuan (9/5): Superb - It was a great location for our road trip, The staff were nice The sofa bed was not very comfortable and sounded loud.
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good -
- Jeremy (8/5): Very good -
- Katherine (7/5): Pack food! Beautiful location but more amenities for food are a must…or at least a warning. - Loved the scenery and being out in the woods. The young lady working the reception area was amazing and so kind! Rooms were roomy and gave us the outdoor/cabin atmosphere we were looking for. We wish we would’ve known just how secluded it was. We hadn’t packed any food or anything and there is absolutely nothing up here. Luckily resort up the hill had a not so great deli open so we were able to grab lunch and something to go for dinner.
- Wei-ren (9/5): Nice place to stay, - quite, clean, comfortable, enough bed sets. a bit pricy, restaurant at least15 mins away.
- Stahr (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (8/5): Very good -
- Shaw (8/5): A good option in the area - Location and amenities Some parts a little tired, but all functioning
- Kira (8/5): Very good -
- Florin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriele (2/5): Very poor -
- Weirong (9/5): Everything is good, but too pricy. - Location is near sunrise visit center. Have all required facilities in the room except wash and dryer machine. None
