The town itself has so much to offer, with a - The cleanliness was exceptional—everything was spotless and clearly very well cared for. What really stood out were the thoughtful touches, like having phone chargers for every type of device at each bedside. It’s those little things that make such a big difference and show how much the hosts care about their guests’ comfort.(I always forget my charger !!) The kitchen had everything needed! So much more than average. The heating was easy to use and fully adjustable, which made it really comfortable to tailor the space to our own needs—something we really appreciated. The property itself was quiet & private Having a dedicated parking space was also a huge bonus and made everything even more convenient. Overall, this is a place where real thought and care have gone into every detail. We felt completely at ease during our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend.
• Suzette (9/5): I would highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to visit Stratford-upon-Avon. - Superb location. Very clean and tidy. Well equipped. Private parking. Good communications with the owners who were very accommodating with earlier check-in and later check-out. Comfortable second bedroom but double bed could be a king and definitely needs a new mattress. The second bedroom en suite was tiny and perhaps a sliding door and smaller sink would help.

A very comfortable, homely property and excellent value for money. Great hosts - we were very appreciative of the early check-in after a long haul flight! Nothing.

Lots of lovely touches and welcome packs Host arrived at 10.20 am on the morning of check out, we were to be out at 10, we were cleaning up, I thought they could have given us a little more time and as a result we were very rushed leaving. A later check out time of 11 is better
• Anthony (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, everything was provided and was very clean. Communication with the owners was good. Both bedrooms were comfortable with en suite bathrooms. Large tv with Netflix, prime and terrestrial channels. Well appointed modern kitchen. An enjoyable stay and would recommend. Comfortable seating could be improved with the addition of a 2 seater sofa or an armchair.

• Telina (10/5): Excellent property, beautifully maintained - Great location, close to town centre with one parking space. Property beautifully maintained, clean and some great features included like toiletries and condiments in the kitchen. Kitchen cupboards fully stocked with all you would need Hard to name anything but we had a bit of difficulty working out the heating, but was fine once we found the portable temperature controller. Would benefit from at least one extra adult sized chair, only 3 of us but imagine a bit of a squeeze with 4 adults.

Quiet location, easy to access and perfect for exploring the lovely town of Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 night stay and highly recommend this property. Downstairs loo is under the stairs and awkward to access due to restricted height.

• Clive (10/5): Lovely property, always enjoy Stratford, so much to do - As I have said before Stratford is an excellent place to stay & even better to explore the Cotswolds, the location of the property was excellent, short walk to the shops or theatre, the property was ideal in every way ( remember my parents are 85 & 86 years old) so it helps that it's all on the flat Couldn't find much wrong really with Stratford, the Cotswolds do need to look at their parking & payment methods everything seemed to be card which meant I had to park in the street at Bourton on water, we are trying to keep money going where I'm from & won't use cards ( it was nice to see so many agreeing with me , half empty car park ) & plenty of people refusing to use cards

Cosy, decor, good lighting, well equipped, especially the kitchen, very clean, efficient electric stove to top up heating when needed. Both bedrooms had ensuites. Plenty of mirrors and wardrobe space. Downstairs toilet. Free parking close by, patio doors into private courtyard and table and chairs out there. All of it really! We would have preferred a hand towel each , (not one per bedoom) for washing hair. A small armchair would be nicer in the lounge so a group of 4 can socialise better. The nice small armless chair provided was fine, but for a small person only. Parking for just one car limits us recommending it for 2 couples, and as 3 women we would have preferred either 2 single beds or a large double that can be split. FYI the single ceiling light in the larger bedroom is not working, but is not essential anyway.
• Marie (10/5): Lovely clean, well equipped house, close to town , absolutely perfect - Lovely house, within walking distance to the Town Centre, very clean, well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal..Lovely Garden with furniture to relax in. Comfy beds, both bedrooms had en-suite which was great as we were 2 couples so we had our privacy, along with a downstairs toilet. Perfect house with all mod cons, you couldn't ask for more 😄 Nothing everything was perfect

Well prepared, great shampoo choice. Second room bed slats made mattress too easy to roll off the edges. Would have been fine for 1 person, but we had 2 on it. Needed extra blankets.

• Beverly (10/5): A lovely place to stay over Christmas - Beautifully presented and clean. Decorated for Christmas with a tree and decorations. We were able to cook Christmas dinner in the kitchen. Location excellent for walking into the town centre. One free parking space at the property. We couldn't find an oven mitt but otherwise excellent overall.

Lots of little useful touches in the kitchen and bathrooms were appreciated. The house was decorated for Christmas with a lit tree which was an unexpected surprise. Very short walk to the town and river and canal, with good pubs and restaurants on the door step We will definitely rent this property should we return to Stratford-upon-Avon. Absolutely nothing to dislike.

The surrounding was very quiet. And the house is very clean, well furnished and quite a few games made one evening more enjoyable! There was no curtains in the main bedroom which made sleeping less enjoyable but it sounded like bad timing on the delivery...
