• Gayle (7/5): Great location. Good for a group. Plan on going to market for essentials. - Very spacious and good lighting in several areas like living room and upstairs bedroom. Poorly stocked. Bare minimum provided. No dish towels or paper towels for example. The items we bought we left for the next guests. Overall the place needs an update.

I didn't get enough soap and essentials in the flat at the start, one of the beds was broken, but at the end everything was fixed and someone came to help us.

• Taylor (9/5): Beautiful property that was spacious for our large group! - Beautiful location close to everything! The space was perfect for our group! The balcony was gorgeous and calm. We loved that there were two bathrooms as well for our big group so this made showers easier for everyone. Washing machine was also a plus! Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here while you are visiting Florence! Not much toilet paper for our stay. Only 2 rolls were provided. Also when we arrived, the cleaner was still there working. There are some stairs to get up and that can be a bit of a challenge with large luggage and a stroller but thankfully it was only a few flights of stairs. The room with brick is close to the street and the noise level is loud all night long with it being close to everything. Thankfully our one year old slept through it all.

• Derwin (10/5): It is very suitable for couples or families on vacation. - The hotel is in an excellent location, just a three-minute walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. It is situated in a quiet area despite being in the city center, which gave me very good sleep at night. This is a loft that combines vintage and modern design styles. The living room is very spacious, and the sofa is extremely comfortable. There are two bedrooms on the lower floor, and another bedroom upstairs with a terrace overlooking the dome of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore — perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening. There are many windows, and each one offers a beautiful view. The bathroom has strong water pressure, and the hot water supply is stable. It is very suitable for couples or families on vacation. I really have no complaints about this hotel. If I had to mention something, there was one power outlet in the corner of the living room that didn’t work, but that was not an issue for me at all. I truly love this hotel.

Incredible gelato store in the street on your left as you walk towards Duomo. Lots of stairs to climb to get to the apartment. Lots. But my family all said this was one of their favourite places we stayed on our Euro trip. Would stay again.

• Paulina (10/5): An excellent stay in a spacious, centrally located apartment with an outstanding host. - We were a family of 6, and this apartment was perfect for us: very spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, super central and ideal for getting around Florence. What really stood out was the host’s attention, she was always very attentive and made sure our stay was the best possible. She shared great recommendations for places and restaurants, even with special benefits, and was always available. The apartment does not have an elevator, which was a bit inconvenient since we were traveling with several pieces of luggage. However, the comfort of the place, the great location, and the host more than made up for it.
• Amanda (7/5): Large in a great location, but tired and not that comfortable. - This apartment is big - lots of space to move around in, and two bathrooms. The layout is a bit confusing, there's a bedroom up the front facing the street that's noisy but full of character with the most comfortable bed. The second large room is right at the back and had an ensuite, it's very quiet though but the bed wasn't the best (low and a thick foam underlay on top that was squishy). The third is up in the rafters up a staircase and is a pull out sofa. Be warned - this place has mosquitoes, even in winter!! We couldn't figure out where they were coming from and my kids got bitten anywhere not covered in a blanket, like their face and hands. They seemed to be worse in the bedroom upstairs, so one if the nights she slept on the sofa. The property provides Vape plug in insecticide but as there was no packaging with warnings / instructions and we googled it didn't think it'd be good to use with our little kids, esp as one has a history of respiratory problems and all the windows were closed as it was winter (and some sort of ventilation is recommended). I wasn't keen to have them on it wasn't a product I was familiar with at all. The heating was good, I like being warm in a place. The location is amazing. The ensuite toilet was broken when we arrived. We contacted the property management and they said to try again, I wrote back the next day that it was 100% broken and they sent someone right away to fix it which was great. I'm glad I contacted them again, but I felt rude having to ask. The property management were fantastic and very responsive. The apartment is a bit worn - stains on the sofa, things are mismatched. You feel like you're staying in someone's house, like house-sitting, not holiday accommodation. Double check the amount of tourist tax you're getting charged - the invoice on the kitchen table was 5 people x 4 nights but kids under 18 don't pay it - if I hadn't have checked I would've lost my money as we only had to pay for 2 x 4 nights, which isn't a crazy amount but it all adds up. The kitchen was large but there was no jug to boil water in?? It seemed to me that a lot of the kitchen utensils / etc needed a good clear out. Seal on the side of the dishwasher hanging off. There were empty alcohol bottles collected on display in the kitchen too, I found this really weird as it's rubbish and they need to go into the bin. They smelt. No lift, up 4 flights of stairs. Walls need a good scrub where the mosquitoes have been squashed against the walls.

Abbiamo trovato letteralmente tutto quello che avremmo potuto trovare a casa nostra. La cucina davvero di alta qualità e non mancava nulla.Presenti sia lavatrice che lavastoviglie ( plus non indifferente). Non si può non citare il terrazzino della camera al piano rialzato con vista sulla cupola del Brunelleschi. Nulla

• Stela (9/5): - It was beautiful. lovely interior with retro furniture. We were on a short trip with friends so it was perfect for our needs. It had all of the amenities that we needed. I’d add that, you should be aware that the temperature in each room is different which is to be expected, since it’s a huge apartment. But since it was cold (we stayed in November), when we had to turn on the heating for the rooms on the ground floor, it was making the room in the attic too hot, so it’s not ideal, but for us it wasn’t a huge issue.

Right in the heart of Florence with a view of the Duomo from the terrace (which was a lovely spot for breakfast even in November). It is very spacious with everything you could need and we didn’t want to leave!

• Maxime (9/5): Une très bonne adresse pour visiter Florence. On recommande - L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal: à 2 pas du Duomo, et de la galerie de l’Academie. Il y a une supérette dans la rue pour ceux qu’ils veulent manger à l’appartement. Tout peut se faire à pied. L’appartement est magnifique, très bien agencé, sûrement fait par un architecte. La terrasse à l’étage qui donne sur le Duomo et les toits de Florence est super. Nous sommes partis à 6 et le fait d’avoir 4 vrais chambres est un plus. Chacun a son espace. Il y a aussi un grand séjour avec 2 grands canapés Nous avons eu les instructions pour accéder à l’appartement moins d’une avant l’heure indiquée. Nous étions déjà arrivés à Florence et nous nous demandions si ce n’était pas une arnaque. Mais tout est OK. Les interlocuteurs se sont pas très réactifs quand nous leur posions des questions. Il ne faisait pas très chaud dans les salles de bain et nous ne pouvions pas régler le chauffage. Il manque un peu de vaisselle pour un appartement censé être pour 6 personnes. Prévoyez des bouchons d’oreille car Florence est une ville bruyante et l’isolation des fenêtres n’est pas optimale.

• Colette (5/5): Location perfec. water pressure a let down. - The building was lovely and located right near to the academia museum and restaurants. The apartment is advertised as fully air conditioned and it isn’t. The top floor bedroom with the balcony was disappointing and unusable. The aircon unit was old with no remote. It was a fluke my husband got it going manually. The balcony was a waste of time. Not even a potted plant in sight. Bathrooms dated and water pressure NON existent. If someone turned on the kitchen tap the shower went off completely. They said it was due to planned water works outside so therefore the apartment should have been closed for bookings then.

Ahogy wc-papírt is hiába kértünk, mindössze 2 fél guriga volt 7 emberre, 5 napra. A hajszárítók dugói nem voltak kompatibilisek a gugaljakkal, nem lehetett használni.

Con algunos imprevistos los administradores resolvieron rápido cualquier tema y luego buena atención y seguimiento de los mismos con el cliente. Se valora mucho. El que no tuviera ascensor y no se pudiera cubrir la luz que entra en el salón, sobretodo para los que duermen en el sofá-cama pero el resto todo muy bien.

A lovely set up and enough space for 2 families of 4 to chill out comfortably. Lots of mosquitoes :( We weren't expecting this and a couple of us were covered in bites after first night

Been to Florence a lot and best place I’ve stayed so far Nothing really. Just only thing is it’s an early checkout for 10am and no storage for luggage so had to use an app to book luggage storage. Not a deal breaker but you would need to plan. Later checkouts like on normal hotels would have prevented us for luggage storage.

• Mihailo (10/5): Great place to stay in the historical centre. - Spacious apartment, just near the city centre (Duomo). Excelent for large group, ideal location for city exploratuon. Nothing really. One thing to have in mind is that it is in an old building, without elevator, which may be a problem if you gave small kids, or for older people.

• Nathalie (8/5): A perfect week in a great, spacious modern apartment. Fantastic location close of everything. - We have really appreciated the location of the apartment . We were able to visit the city walking. We had so many services around: cafés, restaurants, … We have also enjoyed the modern style of the apartment, especially the kitchen. The bathrooms. It was a plus to have two bathrooms, but one was really dark and the other one should get a refresh (seals need attention).

Apartment is huge and when you can't work out which bedroom is the master you know you're in for a great stay. Kids were in love with this apartment. No dislikes, the kids said the wifi strength wasn't great and couldn't get wifi in the bedrooms - suited me fine because everyone then stayed in the living area which I loved! And we couldn't get one heater in a bedroom to work but there were plenty of blankets so wasn't a bother.

• Dimitris (9/5): Spacious, refurbsihed appartment, ideally suited for a whole family, in an excelllent location - Excellent Location. Right in the middle of everything. 2 mins walk from the Duomo, 15 min walk from most museums. Excellent restaurant choices in a a radius of 500m. Spacious. Three Bedrooms (one of them upstairs), 2 bath rooms, large living room, spacious and well equipped kitchen, high ceilings. Host was very helpful and prompt to answer all our questions. As it resides in an old building in the middle of Florence historical centre it lacks a lift. It should be noted by guests with mobility issues or with difficulty in lifting luggage to the 2nd floor. Being in the middle of the historical centre, it carries an extra hidden cost (parking) for guest traveling with/renting a car.
• Nitya (9/5): fantastic! would definitely stay again. - the location was perfect, the apartment was even more beautiful than the photos. everything was thought of, even an adapter socket and extra warm blankets for the winter season! the view from the terrace onto the dome.... kitchen counter wasn't clean, probably just an oversight as everything else was spotless.

• Donna (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! There’s a reason why there are only 10 reviews. NO AIR CONDITIONING! - NO WORKING AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL BUT 1 small end bedroom! ALL other rooms our entire stay registered 80+ degrees FAHRENHEIT. The property manager did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation and admitted to knowing of the situation ahead of time, as well as having a “fan” running in one of the bedrooms, as if that would have helped. We had 6 people total in this 3 bedroom apartment and had to have the 4 kids stay in our bedroom because of the extreme heat and 2 have asthma as well. NO ELEVATOR AS WELL. The property is not as advertised online. There are the equivalent of 4 flights of stairs you have to walk up to even get to the apartment on the “second” floor. Would not recommend anyone stay here.

Perfect location right near the heart of it all but still quiet in the unit. Patio and room with view of the Duomo lovely, laundry a bonus and full kitchen w/ coffee maker great.
• Michael (10/5): Art and Luxury Indeed! - We lucked out to find this apartment at the last minute after our previous plans fell through; the pictures looked good and the location was excellent. As it turned out, the pictures don't even do the place justice - it is a VERY nice apartment, and we could not have asked for a better location. The apartment has two large bedrooms at opposite ends of a very large apartment. There are two bathrooms, one en suite and one in the hallway. The third bedroom is upstairs in a sun-filled room that leads to the terrace. All of the furnishings were especially comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. What a treat it was to stay here! It was a little confusing on Booking about who managed the apartment. As I understand it, the apartment is listed with a local niche rental agency. Someone from the agency was there to meet us with the keys. At one point we needed help with a blown fuse and the owner himself came within an hour. All communications were responsive, and despite a little confusion as to the listing, it was no problem at all.
• Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - We were just in awe of the location, the terrace with a view of the Duomo and the front windows overlooking the street. The apartment was just perfect in every way! There is nothing we could find that needed improvement.
