Amanda (8/5): Spacious apartment in a convenient location that would be great for a small group. - Short walk to Louisville Palace. Convenient parking. Very spacious apartment. Hosts were helpful and friendly. This comes with being downtown, but the road noise was loud. The blinds didn’t fully cover the windows.
Rachel (9/5): Large central apartment with kind responsive hosts - Large apartment in the center. Easy access to the keys. Clean. Very responsive hosts. The building may have seen its glory sometime ago. Some strange characters in the hallways. The apartment seems to only be occupied during Derby weekend.
Steven (10/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient location at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. - Very clean and spacious apartment with comfortable beds and large living room. Great location, walking distance to downtown Louisville. Convenient parking right next to apartment building at only $3 a day. Owner is easy to deal with and quick to answer questions or concerns. Will definitely rent again when in the area if it’s available. It’s in an ideal location to do the Bourbon Trail in Bardstown, Frankfort and of course Louisville, which is what we did with 5 family members and had plenty of room. Nothing comes to mind.
Carla (1/5): Don’t waste your time if money!! - Size, very large and open Dirty! Beds, floors, furniture, kitchen, bathroom. Everything was gross. Beds were not changed. Trash on the floor. Chewed gum sitting on side table. The noise was like nothing I have ever experienced. Cars, trucks, planes all sounded like they were in the apt. People screaming outside all hours of the night. You will NOT be able to sleep if you stay there. That’s if you have clean sheet to sleep on. Very sad, because place could be really nice. But it’s not!
