- Jojoanna (8/5): Tramlines - It was a perfect location for tramlines festival with easy access to tram stops for both town and festival location. The size of the apartment was just right and mostly a reasonable standard. The apartments opposite have a very noisy gate that was constantly opening and closing, disturbing sleep. There was no tea towel for drying pots.
The log in for the guest verification was hard work and nearly got ignored as it looks a lot like spam. It's not mentioned when the original booking was made. Communication between that and the apartment company was slow. Had to call a few times. Took a while to get sorted.
- Manar (7/5): Good -
- Kieron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donna (9/5): Superb - Towels were a bit hard
- Traveller (5/5): Nightmare staff, missing facilities - Nice place. Great shower. Several appliances, but not everything as advertised. Absolute nightmare trying to communicate with these people. Days before I arrived, I asked for an early check-in. Repeatedly. They kept ignoring me, sending copy and paste responses. I ended up stranded, with no wifi, no sim card, until they extorted additional money from me to allow an early check-in. Even then, they delayed it way past the agreed check-in time. Also, they advertised the place with a tumble dryer - one of the main reasons I selected this place - but there is no tumble dryer. Turned into a nightmare of a stay, due purely to the staff/owner's attitude of lying to and not caring about the guests.
- Jian (8/5): Very good - 2 mins walk from Tesco Superstore
Nice neighbourhood
Apartment itself is ok, would choose it again if I visit Sheffiled in the future It’s not easy to collect and return keys walking 10 mins with a large suitcase, should’ve build a lockbox on the flat wall. And the living room could use more lightproof curtains because there are many people live across the street.
- Tom (10/5): Perfect for a weekend in Sheffield, walking distance to Kelham island and short bus ride to the city centre, would defin - Clean and comfortable place in a good location! Nothing that I can think of!
- Caitlin (6/5): Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. - Nice to look at and comfortable. Few issues, getting into the property and TV was broken upon arrival.
- Anonymous (10/5): really comfortable and clean place to stay. we had a lovely long weekend -
- Luke (10/5): Modern stylish apartment - Modern apartment
Very clean
Lots of amenities - even bought the same steamer haha
Incredible shower
Secure lock system
Quiet area but close to things
- Madeleine (9/5): Great flat, a little let down by block. - Clean and well equipped. Excellent communication from hosts. I didn’t like the block- when I arrived the communal bins were overflowing and there was washing hanging everywhere. I appreciate that none of that was flat owners fault.
