Guest Reviews
- Anonymous (4/5): Managable. - Quite environment and neat. Got in late at check in and there was no staff to attend to me,really struggled with locating the property despite standing in front of it and after finally able to solve the puzzle of getting in,I struggled with the door to the room for close to 20mins with no member of staff to assist. The room was not also furnished as expected for the amount paid.
- Daniel (8/5): Very good - Good bed and clean room Building not laid out well and awkward lock on the door
- Riona (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (9/5): Lovely room in a beautiful building with a shared kitchen. - Gorgeous building Nothing
- Noemi (9/5): Superb -
- Ryan (9/5): Superb - Comfy bed, spacious room, couch, desk with chair and a very good shower with good pressure and hot water. Kitchen available if needed with oven, hob, sink etc I would've liked an iron but we didn't have one. A note to user with wheel chair users etc. That there are a number of flights of stairs and no lift to the rooms leading to be inaccessible for some. (But Renovating would be nonsensical and lose the character of the building)
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Gary (6/5): Pleasant - Key fob to get in the front door downstairs but the fire exit at the back was left open all night so anyone could walk in
- Anna (9/5): Great Location and Comfortable Stay - The location was excellent—very convenient for getting around. The room exceeded my expectations with a very comfortable bed and a nice, modern shower. One downside was the lack of hooks in the bathroom, which would have been useful. It also would have been great to have a small desk or surface to place my luggage on or use my laptop.
Overall, a very pleasant stay with just a couple of small improvements needed.
Also, there’s no lift, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage to carry up the stairs.

- Sara (10/5): Exceptional - The room was quite big, and the shower room super new and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. We didn't need to use the heating at all, it was quite well insulated.
- Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional - The room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and the kettle and coffee machine were extremely useful. - as was the large smart television.
- Constanca (10/5): Absolutely recommend! - Room was very spacious and comfortable, location was great (very close to the city center and main attractions). Hostess was very kind and helpful. Couldn't get the room fridge to work, but managed without it. Room was in an old building, so no lift up to the room.

- Ana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Isoble (8/5): Very good - The staff was lovely and the room was lovely and clean also it's nice that's it's a 10 minute walk to centre. The fridge in the room wasn't working, I would of loved a second chair and a table.
- Hardy (10/5): Exceptional - Cleanliness , for sure Flights of stairs
- Nicholas (9/5): Superb -

Washing machine
Comfortable bed
Cosy

- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tianning (1/5): Very poor. Hopefully he's out of business - The room was relatively clean First of all, the location is not easy to find, and secondly, the heating is not hot, and only one of the four heaters is hot. Thirdly, the bathroom was not hot at all, and the floor was cold, so there was no way to take a shower. Fourthly, the price is too expensive, such rooms and facilities are worth up to 50 euros a night, but the store costs 128 euros. Fifth, the service of the store is average, I said that I had a cold at his house, and he didn't have any words of concern, but concerned about whether I would ask for a refund. It's ridiculous, I wish him a fortune
- Luke (10/5): Lovely and Ideal for short to mid term stays - Spacious, Clean, Decor and the TV was a great addition and well used. The location was perfect for those wanting to walk into the centre and yet not be in the centre. Sink plug was jammed. Shower water pressure was weak.
- Johnny (7/5): Good - A good sized room in a walkable location to Crowe Park and the city centre.
Room looked out onto a nice square which was quiet at night.
Came with good coffee machine Lack of milk cartons to go with the coffee machine, only a freezer in the kitchen so unable to store milk.
Curtains are thin so room will be very light in summer
Three flights of stairs to room so might not be for some
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cirstina (10/5): The bed matress and duvet been like heaven! 10/10 - Spacious, large tv, nice bathroom design, nice view. Complementary coffee and tea, all size towels. Everything was very nice A bit drafty, but after we left the heater on during the day, next night it was alright
- Kateryna (9/5): Superb -
- Tara (3/5): Disappointing and cold, adding unnecessary stress to what was a lovely trip otherwise. We are not usually negative peopl - Good bathroom and shower facilities
Shared kitchen area was available
Bed was comfortable and large
Coffee machine and fridge available Only one of three radiators worked, the property was very cold and no radiators worked until I contacted the owner.
It took the owner 6 hours to respond to a request for the wifi password. Said WiFi password did not work.
I was not provided with a pin to enter the room in advance.
We got locked out of the building due to a malfunctioning lock, and had to ring the owner late at night to gain access to the flat which we had already paid for. The owner was aware of the broken lock and failed to mention prior. We had to enter through another building, which was not very secure. The other building took us to a back door, which was unlocked and could have been entered by anyone with access to the rear of the buildings on the street.
There is no manual lock on the door to the apartment, only a pin which the staff are aware of.
It was evident that the property was not yet finished renovations, as the owner asked if furniture and amenities (e.g. the TV) could be installed during our stay (which they weren’t). The fuse box was poorly hidden behind wood panelling.
The windows rattled constantly with the wind and the apartment in general was quite loud, with little to no sound proofing to the kitchen area.
Noticeable draft from gap under the door.
