- Denis (10/5): Best homestay - Комфортные кровати, очень чисто, удобная комната с балконом, выходящим на красивую улицу. Вокруг много кафе и ресторанов, есть магазины, по ночам красивый вид на реку с фонариками. 3 минуты до ночного рынка, 10 минут через мост до Старого города. Ничего.

- Angelina (9/5): Phenomenal - We had a fantastic time at the accommodation. The location was amazing! Just a short walk to the old town and everything we wanted to see during our stay in Hoi An. Despite this central location, the street is relatively quiet, so we didn't have any problems with noise from the street. There were tons of cafes and restaurants nearby, so we never had trouble finding something delicious to eat. The owners are incredibly kind and helped us in every way they could. Truly wonderful people. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.
- Miriam (4/5): - The hosts where really nice. when I got there they told me that there is construction work directly at the side of the house.basicallly it was the courtyard and my wall directly facing it. I think something like this should be communicated upfront. They where starting with extremly loud noice at 7 in the morning. But what I really didn"t like was the smell of the room. Without ac running all night it wasn't managable. Smelled like wet walls and mold. When I woke up the next morning i saw the mold on the walls in the room and on the bathroom. Also the Window is facing a wall so it is very dark

- Bryan (10/5): A great homestay - A great homestay very close too the night market and many fine restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious and clean; and are regularly serviced. Toiletries and drinking water is supplied. A tv, fridge, kettle and hair-dryer is in each room. The rooms are quiet despite being very close to a number of noisy bars in the area. The staff are very attentive without being pushy. They can arrange sightseeing trips and other transport needs. They have a selection of cold drinks available in reception . Good for both short and long stays.

The staff were extremely attentive - they go above and beyond to make sure you have as pleasant of a stay as possible, sorting everything for us from transport to washing etc. They’ve got the most beautiful puppy too which is a huge bonus! Would highly recommend and will definitely come back here again if I visit Hoi An!
- Panupol (10/5): Totally worth it. Don't be hesitate! - The staff is pretty nice. The hotel gate closes around 9:30PM, but the reception will open for you if you come late. He is pretty nice and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. Wifi is good. Bed is large and comfy. The water heating works very well. What is best for the hotel is that it is located next to the night market. Yet, the hotel is pretty calm. Definitely would come back. Extra score for the owner's dog "Silly" though. He is super cute. I think AC is not cold enough, but it is not terrible. It is still comfortable.
- Minh (10/5): Great value for a CLEAN place close to everything! - Wonderful property. I'm so happy we stayed here. The location was perfect! It was an easy stroll to the Night Market, river, restaurants and nearby stores, atm and market. More importantly, it was just far enough that you were away from the noise of the bars so you could get a good night's sleep. Hotel was very convenient with an elevator, safe and a super helpful owner. The room was impressively clean and spotless. It had a refrigerator, air-conditioning, towels, and toiletry items provided like toothbrush and comb, hairdryer, shampoo and body wash. The bed was comfortable with plenty of bedside outlets. We booked a triple room for our family which had a queen bed and twin for our daughter. It was a reasonable price. I highly recommend staying here and we would definitely come back. We loved everything, especially the owner's sweet dog.

Location is perfect for night market (far enough, yet close enough) Nice elevator Very affectionate little dog. Everything looks new… Nice little fridge and kettle “Didn’t like” is too strong an expression but might be important to some. My room’s window is on “light well” with obviously, plenty of other windows. Was not a big deal for me. Also, a bit of daytime construction within ear shots… again, since it was during day time, not a big deal (didn’t bother my naps 😂)
