- Audrey (9/5): Good for a short & budget- friendly stay. - Great place for a short stay. Budget- friendly. It is not far from the new town bus stop and easy to reach by 10 min walk, even with heavy luggage. Many restaurants and shops nearby. We didn't mind the 1km walk to old town. We were met with the kind owner who gave us a nice room at the top, accessible by elevator, but need to climb 1 floor by stairs. Room was big and had all the basic amenities. Wifi worked well. Owner also recommended us a nice restaurant. There is no shower curtain and so the entire bathroom will get wet. The TV is not a smart/ internet TV. The refrigerator was not working at that time which we found out only before check-out.

- Cristina (6/5): - Lo mejor, ubicación y terraza. El sitio estaba muy limpio. Los colchones de nuestra habitación eran incomodísimos, razón por la cual apenas conseguimos dormir. También, es bastante incómodo que la ducha sea abierta y el resto de la habitación tenga moqueta.
- Paul (10/5): - The hosts were very responsive and helpful and the room was clean. Since we were there in the offseason the hosts upgraded us to their best Seaview room for free which had an amazing view and balcony. Thanks a lot! We were also allowed to check out an hour late to finish up on a Zoom meeting. All in all very helpful, we had a great stay. Since we were on the top floor, the WiFi in our room was ok but not great, so communication with the hosts if you need a room with strong WiFi might make sense.

The staff was helpful and understanding, providing us with great local restaurant tips, sightseeing ideas, and clear directions for parking. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Локацията на апартамента е много добра - близо е до крайбрежната, ресторанти, магазини и центъра на Несебър. Домакинът е изключително учтив. Силно препоръчвам!

- Patrik V. (7/5): - The host is helpful and welcoming. The room itself is clean, and the beds are comfy. The view from the fourth floor is fine. There is a great restaurant (White Rose) and a surprisingly large supermarket nearby. Some things would make our stay better, such as a cleaned coffee machine (a used pod was stuck in it), the possibility to lock the bathroom (the key was corroded), and a trash can in the room (only a small one in the bathroom).

- Kutlay (1/5): Şaka gibi - Çarşıya yakın. Türkçe bilen personel var. Kış ayında tesis boşken bile otomobilinizi sokağa park ediyorsunuz. İddia edilen deniz manzarası için asansör kullandıktan sonra epeyce merdiven çıkmanız gerekiyor. Deniz manzaralı oda için hayal kurmayın, bir bardağa su doldurup ona bakın daha iyi. Makine ile tesiste beton kırıyorlardı ve bu ses dayanılmaz. Sahibi eleştirilere karşı çok agresif ve kaba. Keşke dış görünüşü kadar, iç görünüşü de iyi olsaydı.

Hay split que calienta perfectamente la habitación. El hombre de recepción muy majo, nos recomendó sitios para cenar cerca del hotel y nos ayudó a aparcar. A 15 minutos o menos de la ciudad Vieja. Calidad relación-precio, genial! (Fuimos en invierno)

Мне ответил хозяин, что жена сейчас меня встретит. Милая женщина, спокойная и приветливая, передала мне ключ и проводила до номера. Объяснила, как оставить номер и ключ утром. Номер небольшой, но уютный с балконом. Есть мини-холодильник, чайник, кружки, чай, полотенца, туалетные принадлежности (шампунь, кондиционер). Утром при свете дня обнаружила, что из окна открывается вид на море. Была приятно удивлена и обрадована. Очень мило! Рекомендую!

Mała lodówka i czajnik elektryczny. Miły, pomocny gospodarz. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko przystanki autobusowe, sklepy i stare miasto. Przydałby się drugi ręcznik. Rozwiązanie z niewydzielonym prysznicem jest słabe bo po kąpieli wszystko w łazience pływa i korzystanie z toalety utrudnione, a papier nieosłonięty.

Имахме минимална комуникация със собственика, защото нямаше никакви проблеми, но изглеждаше любезен и отзивчив. Локацията е на добро място, където си близо до основните забележителности на града, но в същото време на тишина и спокойствие. За нас не беше проблем, но предполагам, ако някой предпочита по-меки матраци, леглото може да му се стори малко твърдо.

- Mihai-Catalin (9/5): - Este o locație plăcută, în care ai de la început un sentiment " de bine". Raportul calitate preț foarte bun,aproape de mare, aproape de vechiul oraș Nessebar. Imediat cum am ajuns am fost întâmpinat de manager care este foarte amabil și care răspunde la orice întrebare. Nu am fost surprins decât plăcut, mai ales că am studiat recenziile și fotografiile locației. Recomand.

Светлый номер, много окон. Кондиционер работает нормально. Нам очень понравилось и в дальнейшем будем останавливаться только тут

- Vladislav (9/5): - Gladly spent the weekend at this hotel. The staff were very hospitable and helpful. Special thanks for the parking space. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location — you can see the beach from the window. There are cafés and small restaurants nearby, and you can order breakfast in the restaurant. A shop is just a 5-minute walk away. The only drawback is the absence of an elevator, but they promise to install one soon. And hairdryer should be updated.
