- D. Cavillan (7/5): Expérience très moyenne - Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel et heureusement car je n'ai pas trop aimé. Déjà l'entrée ne fait pas envie, ensuite ma chambre (double) était vraiment petite sans une chaise pour se poser ailleurs que sur le lit, et la sdb idem petite. Un bon point pour la fontaine à eau dans la chambre. Les espaces extérieurs sont corrects sans plus. Au vu du nombre d'hôtels de toutes gammes à SJDS je pense qu'il est très facile de trouver beaucoup mieux au même prix voir moins cher. Chambres trop petites, celles du rdc doivent être vraiment sombres, enfin le réfrégirateur de la cuisine collective est un cauchemar aucune organisation par chambre, de la nourriture dans tous les sens y compris avariée. Cet hôtel pourrait vraiment faire mieux.

- Knut (8/5): Good and recommendable stay altogether. - Very clean room with fresh water and a well-equipped, also clean kitchen. Highlight: the terrace. The downstairs rooms have no windows to the outside, just to the „hallway“, which means you have to have the curtain down all the time in order not to feel observed. The private bathroom was quite small, yet clean. You have to keep the bathroom door open in order to sit on the toilet.

- Caroline (10/5): Hôtel parfait près de la plage - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait à 5 minutes de plage. Le personnel a bien répondu à mes questions et m'a même proposé de bon restaurant à proximité ! C'est rassurant pour une femme seule qu'il y ai toujours quelqu'un à l'entrée de l'hôtel pour la sécurité. Il y a une cruche d'eau dans la chambre ce qui est très pratique! Tout est présent dans la chambre dès notre arrivée, code wifi, fonctionnement, très accommodant! Le lit était très confortable et propre ! Il y avait une petit odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain, mais on voit que le propriétaire de l'hôtel fait de son mieux pour régler le problème, un diffuseur de parfum est présent dans la salle de bain. On est quand même au Nicaragua, donc c'est quelque chose de tout à fait normal cette odeur!

El hotel es muy cómodo y todo estaba impecablemente limpio, lo cual hizo mi estadía aún más agradable. El personal fue fantástico, siempre muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Además, la ubicación es perfecta: muy céntrico y cerca del mercado central, lo que facilita moverse y disfrutar de la ciudad sin necesidad de transporte. Electrical outlet was far from the bed (couldn't change a phone and be on the phone at the same time). The bathroom door was very close to the toilet (very inconvenient for taller people)

I was upstairs by the sitting area so it was loud when others were visiting but I had headphones so no issue. Very accommodating day staff, kind, friendly. Very clean great little kitchen. I love Nicaragua so everything was good in my opinion!

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine gemütliche Lounge Terrasse mit toller Aussicht. Ich habe mich hier wohl und sicher gefühlt.

- Lydia (10/5): Excellent hospitality - We had a great stay at Chale's house..it is a very nice place, with very clean rooms including A/C, water offered in each room and with a rooftop area to chill as well es a kitchen. High standard but still affordable.. We felt very welcome from the booking up to the time we left. Communication was excellent, and we were offered late check-out, which is, of course, due to availability. They also organized a direkt transfer for us to Granada with a great driver. He spoke English and we had a funny ride with him. Thanks for everything, we enjoyed it a lot and will definitely recommend your place. Good luck to all of you! :-)

- Sara (9/5): Buona scelta in posizione ottima! - Posizione ottima vicina a tutto, spazi comuni accoglienti in particolar modo il terrazzo, ottimo per rilassarsi ed aspettarsi La camera e il bagno sono un pò piccoli anche se non manca niente e il materasso del letto sotto è un pò obliquo e si dorme in modo strano

- Giovanna (9/5): Un buen lugar para finalizar mi recorrido por Nicaragua - Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, excelente en realidad, caminé un par de pasos desde que me bajé del bus, mismos pasos al mercado, muy cerca de la playa y de todo en realidad. Había café en la cocina compartida que podías preparar todo el día, muy rico! Personal muy amable nos trataron de ayudar en todo momento, pudimos dejar nuestras cosas luego el check out y nos prestaron un baño. No poder pagar con tarjeta de crédito, según había leído en la reserva era posible pagar con tarjeta, pero allá me pidieron pagar en efectivo, quizás se debería eliminar esa alternativa si es que no va a ser posible.
- fausto (10/5): - Bel posto, nuovo, pulito e in centro. Offre tutti i servizi, dalla lavanderia alla cucina condivida (pulitissima e ben fornita con caffè e acqua filtrata liberi per tutti) al noleggio scooter. Personale veramente accogliente e gentilissimo.

- Grace (8/5): Good stay, good location - Stayed here for two nights with my partner. It was our first stop in Nicaragua, having come from Costa Rica. Chales House was located right in town with easy access to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff were friendly and facilities clean. The shower was an electric shower and had plenty of pressure and hot water. Kitchen had a coffee machine with free coffee and was well equipped with what we needed to make breakfast. The AC worked well and kept us nice and cool at night. A little loud but no worries with earplugs The bathroom was a little small and you had to sit on the toilet sideways if you wanted to close the door but otherwise was fine!
