• Marie (7/5): Ok overall - Didn't need staff so little review but the communication was good from start to end , this was a short notice booking due to somewhere else cancelling so we were very happy to get this place and it was a lovely little house very clean One thing that needs to be advertised is the bathroom , I travelled with my husband who has medical issues and my son who has special needs , I wouldnt of booked if I knew bathroom was actually through the kitchen on the lower level and the stairs were so steep and the hand rail were coming off , using the bathroom during the night was a nightmare and very unsafe due to these things .as it was short notice booking I didnt do much research like I usually would but I cant see anywhere where this is advertised .

• Gillian (8/5): Great house! - The beds were comfy, good size rooms, all of them. The neighbours are quiet. The garden is lovely. Steep stairs, and no baby gate which is needed definitely. No toilet on the top floor, which would come in handy.

• Allyson (7/5): A good house overall but seemed to lack the close attention of some of the details. - Size of property for the price, ease of booking, checking in etc, garden A few things needing attention such as handrail loose on stairs (stairs very steep). Would have been nice to have just a couple of teabags or similar for when we arrived. Local shop nearby but after five hours drive we would have appreciated this. Most areas of house were very clean, some others needed a bit of attention such as toothpaste splatters over things in bathroom. Shag-pile rug in living room had old dog food stuck on and we collected dog poo from long grass in garden. The bins were full so difficult to ensure recycling went in the right one. But mainly the house was clean and we were happy to be in it.

• Thornton (5/5): The stay was ok but needs a bit more comfortable furniture for families - The quick location to Grimsby and Cleethorpes It would of been nice to have the pin code to the heating instead of having to MEssege every time we needed the heating on. The one settee is soooooo uncomfortable. Woke up with a bad back from the beds. No scissors in the draws Advertised with a PS4 it was a PS3. No broom or mop so I could clean the floor, for my duration of our stay.. There was mold in the back bedroom smallest bedroom. No TV's in the bedrooms. If I was a contractor and paid for a room to share with others, I know I would like to go to my room and watch TV by myself. But as a family it was ok but more set out for contractors not family. The stairs are so steep too so had to watch the kids up and down the stairs. The stairs rail needs fixing at the top as loose.

• Stephanie (10/5): great stay near local super markets close to beach front and town centre had a lovley weekend deffo stay again - close to the beach very clean beds so comfortable lovley cosy home nothing
• Petr (10/5): Exceptional - The house is equipped with modern furniture and very cozy. All stuff looks like brand new. Me and my friends had a lovely time here. In addition there is also a furniture on the backyard so you can relax.
• Alex (10/5): we had an amazing time - everything, practically brand new, very very clean, great location and amazing staff Just needs a full length mirror and more mirrors in the rooms upstairs. plus more comfy seating area in living room would be useful
