• Jekaterina (1/5): ⚠️ SCAM!! STAY AWAY!! - ✴️ SCAM!!! ⚠️SCAM!! and very unprofessional! I booked a room at 2 Underhaugsveien, Frogner, Oslo. After confirmation, I checked the latest reviews and saw worrying comments about mold and even no bed in the room. I contacted the property owner to make sure everything was in good condition and that there was indeed a bed. Instead of reassurance, I received a vague message saying I had been “upgraded” and moved to a different apartment in another part of the city!!! (Grunerløkka) On the day of check-in, I ended up standing outside the original building late at night, with no access to the room I have booked. I tried calling the owner several times without any response. In the end, I had no choice but to book a room at a Thon hotel to have somewhere to sleep. This property owner manages several listings under one account, which explains why some reviews are positive. However, my experience shows it is completely unreliable and misleading. It was same experience for the other guest too, please filter for negative reviews, you will see that people are writing the same ⚠️ Do not book this place. It is a scam and very unserious.

• Parwin (7/5): - Værelset var dejlig stor og køligt i forhold til temperaturen i køkkenet Man skal igennem en restaurants baggård hvor der var affalds container som lugter slemt og der var meget beskidt med mange fluer.
• Guest (1/5): - Helt grusomt,hele ferien vår ble ødelagt.Vi fikk leiligheten kl 22.30 på kvelden,det manglet seng ..Var mugg å dritt over alt..sengen som stod der var full av hår..det var så ekkelt der..En useriøs svindler..Advarer andre på det sterkeste Helt grusomt ferien vår ble ødelagt,svindler er han som leier ut.
• F. (3/5): - De onjuiste voorstelling van zaken heeft tot een zeer onprettig en onplezierig verblijf geleid. Hallo, Wij hebben een boeking bij u gedaan die tot onze stomme verbazing opeens wordt veranderd in een andere boeking. Er wordt niet gereageerd op mijn vragen met mijn telefoon maar als mijn man met zijn telefoon belt wordt hij wel teruggebeld. Vervolgens zullen wij volgens het management terug worden gebeld om in de kamer te kunnen en zijn wij de stad in gegaan om onze tijd te doden. Omdat dit te lang duurde zijn wij naar het appartement terug gegaan en stond daar opeens de sleutelman in zijn hardloopkleding die toevallig die nacht ook bleek slapen en de volgende nacht ook en druk bezig was met zijn laptop met verhuurtelefoontjes. De sleutelman is dezelfde als de contactpersoon van het verhuurmanagement. De foto's op de website op basis waarvan wij gereserveerd hebben zijn van een ander appartement. De werkelijke foto's zijn te vinden op Google als het adres wordt ingetikt en de verkoophistorie naar voren komt. Volgens de verhuurder is dit toegestaan bij booking.com. Dit is in onze ogen misleiding en het manipuleren van boekingen ten behoeve van zelfverrijking en wel in strijd met het beleid van booking.com. Al met al een onacceptabele gang van zaken!
• Necula (7/5): - the affordable price, it's good if you're just passing through or if you're with a bigger group and you all occupy the apartment. you have all the necessary conditions to stay for several days, but if you get messy or noisy neighbors it's not a good idea to book many days. I was just passing through and it suited me for the great price I shared the apartment with someone else and when I arrived they had 2 dogs inside, I could barely get in, and also the apartment was a mess.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Good spot, good value for the money, easy communication with the host, thanks for keeping our stuff for 4 days. It's a share flat above a nice bar, just in front of the stadium. An good place to rest when you need a proper private room.

• Esther (7/5): A comfortable stay in beautiful Oslo - - Comfortable room in shared appartment. - Good price for the room. - Nice neighbourhood. - Good connection to city center. - Extra fee for early luggage drop off was a bit pricy (about double the amount of hiring a locker at the train station), actually we thought this fee was also for an earlier check-in but that wasnt the case. The room wasn't available yet. - Checking in was vague, as this was no hotel we agreed on a time to arrive, twice actually (a time of the luggage drop off and a time of checking in), both times we were perfectly on time but both times we had to wait outside for quite a bit until we were let in. Tip for next time, to give a phone number (communication was by email) for arrival, or to tell which of the many doorbells to use.

• Svitlana (9/5): Superb - This guest house is an excellent choice for a long stay. It offers everything you need for a comfortable life. Of course, much depends on the neighbors, but we were fortunate to have wonderful ones. I highly recommend this place! It would be nice to improve the courtyard leading to the building entrance.
