La situation géographique est excellente. - La situation géographique Les WC étaient bouché et les propriétaires ont rapidement trouvés une solution pour réparer le WC Ca sentait un peu le moisi. Ce sont des vieux bâtiments de la ville. Le prix est un peu cher pour ce type de logement.

- Gaëlle (8/5): Très belle découverte de Split 🤩 - Idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied de bars, restaurant, la vieille ville, tout en étant situé dans un endroit calme. Logement propre.Air conditionné. Propriétaire très réactif aux messages. Serviettes en suffisance. Lave-linge si nécessaire. La porte d’entrée n’a pas de rideaux et donc quand la lampe extérieure du logement juste à côté s’allumait à cause suite à la détection de mouvements, la pièce était éclairée ce qui nous réveillait. Quand cela arrive quelques fois par nuit, c’est moins gai. On a mis des essuies à la fenêtre pour réduire la luminosité mais Il faudrait prévoir des rideaux que l’on peut tirer la nuit. Autre souci: toilette qui se bouche facilement. Une petite machine à café style Senseo serait un plus.

- Valentina (9/5): - In pieno centro, molto comodo per girare la città. Indicazioni per l arrivo precise, siamo arrivati senza difficoltà. Non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio in strada (a pagamento, come in tutta la città) non troppo distante.

- Laura (9/5): Great stay - Excellent place to stay. Well equipped and exactly as described. Great location with only a short walk into the main town.
- Bohdan (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect - in the old town, within several minutes of walking to all sightseeing places. The room was clean, however maybe it needs some refreshments (especially plumbing). As the property is in an authentic building on the ground level, there were some ants in the room (which wasn't a problem for us, but can be for someone).

- Sunsetcurls (8/5): Great location, everything you need in one place. - Great location on the east side of the old city really close to the old house street food, kebabs and cheapest pizza place in Split. Easy to get into the old city and Split Riva. Had coffee, cold drinks and snacks available for free. The place had a ceiling fan and air conditioning and blue light. Pekara's (bakery) and cafes are close by. Had 2 burner stove, kettle and coffee maker. Had crockery and cutlery and a small fridge. enough room for 2 people. A little hard to find down the back streets but the hosts were there to welcome us. The hosts don't speak much English but you can understand most of what is said. Couldn't get the TV stations, so watched Youtube.
- Etienne (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect!! Short walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, stores, etc... The apartment had AC and was very cozy. That our vacation was coming to an end...loved everything about this place!
